Description of Work: They inspected and cleaned the A.C. and then gave us an estimate of $2800 to fix a valve which we declined. The A.C. Is working better since they cleaned it do I was satisfied with that part.

Description of Work: Service Heat Pump. Really complete and happy with work performed. Only disappointment was the technician couldn't diagnose a problem with the fan motor, so his suggestion was to leaving it run all the time. The noise was at start up and shutdown. He left the impression that he would contact Trane and get back to us. We have not heard from him since and the fan still make a loud noise.

They quoted me a price for a new unit I did not use them because I got a much lower price and a quicker installation date from Rupert heating and air. Description of Work: I was very happy with the services they provided. They did the work quickly and efficiently. they ended up having to come back a second time because another part went out but they didn't charge any additional service call - just parts for fixing the new issue. My back fence gate is broken and I have to manually latch it back up - the serviceman was very aware that he did this everytime he returned to his truck as to not let my two dogs out of the yard. very happy with the company and will be using in the future when needed.

Description of Work: Could not be more satisfied with the Air Conditioner service. It was top notch in all respects. I'd taken an Angie's List special offer to members and, price not-withstanding, I am pleased to know of this firm. Even prior to arrival they kept me closely informed as to arrival time. James, the service person, immediately on entering our home put protective baggies over his shoes and complimented us on a nice home. He did every thing related to A/C service that I could think of and made sure I was fully informed and satisfied before separating. He also explained an offering for a service contract at a good price if I had interest.
