Description of Work: Replaced an entire HVAC system with new and more efficient products. All of the owner contacts with T&G employees (sales,engineer,technicians)were courteous,professional and responsive to questions and needs. All work was performed in a timely manner and as scheduled/promised. At this point, I would not hesitate to use them again in the future for any HVAC needs.

Description of Work: My air conditioner stopped working and they did a diagnostic service call. They found the issues and gave me a quote for having the repairs done. Because the unit is over 20 years old, I am having a representative from the company come to give a quote for replacing the unit. I will then make a decision on whether to have the repairs done or replace the unit.

Description of Work: Thomas and Galbraith has provided regular heating and air-conditioning service for my home. The most recent service was our annual air-conditioning check. We had to have a filter replaced. Four years ago we purchased a complete HVAC unit. Since they were purchased by TruHome the customer service when you call hasn't been as good. The service technicians have all been wonderful.
