Description of Work: They made appointments they didn't keep. Didn't come at the time they were suppose to. I just had a toilet leak. They wanted to charge me $ 500 for a new toilet. Didn't need a new one. Now I don't know if he was trying to scam me because I was a woman or because I was a Senior.

THE TWO MEN DOING THE JOB WERE HARD WORKING, MADE MY WIFE AND FAMILY FEEL COMFORTABLE AND EVEN SWEPT OUT THE GARAGE (WHERE THEY WERE STORING SUPPLIES) WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY ARRIVED WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF THEIR EXPECTED TIME EACH DAY AND WERE POLITE AND CLEAN. RALPH JACOB ENCOURAGED ME TO SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY ON BALANCING THE SYSTEM AND IT WAS MONEY WELL SPENT! A FIRST CLASS, QUALITY JOB WAS PERFORMED. THEY ARE WELL WORTH THE MONEY AND I DONT REGRET SPENDING EVERY PENNY BECAUSE IT WORKS, AND WORKS RIGHT. A+++++ QUALITY JOB. I GOT 5 PRICE QUOTES BEFORE HAVING THE WORK DONE. RALPH STRESSED THAT QUALITY INSTALLATION IS THE DIFFERENCE (JUST WHAT CONSUMER REPORTS SAID) AND WAS THE ONLY ONE TO TALK ABOUT IT. I DECIDED TO BUY THE QUALITY EQUIPMENT BUT WAS GIVEN CHOICES IN ALL PRICE RANGES. A QUALITY, FIRST RATE JOB.
Description of Work: REPLACED FURNACE AND A/C, TUNED AND BALANCED HVAC SYSTEM. RE-ENGINEERED THE DUCT WORK AND CORRECTED A PREVIOUSLY POOR INSTALLATION.
