+ -1 moreThe overall service was kind of terrible. The person who inspected the ac unit replaced the compositor, but when she hooked the compositor back up she actually flipped two wires so the fan was blowing in a different direction - blowing the hot air towards the unit as opposed to away from the unit. Because of this, the unit failed a few days later. This is when their responsiveness really dropped off. I called them about the issue and it took multiple re-scheduling just to get them to come out. There was a no-call-no-show for one of the appointments that they actually made. I called them several times and they just kept saying that someone would call me. That was when I contacted Angie's List, tweeted about it, and wrote reviews. After that is when I was contacted by the owner. He sent out a guy and the owner did give me a one-year warranty on the compositor. The technician who came out at this point knew immediately what had happened and it ended up being a three second fix to flip the wires on the compositor. He was fine and everything, but it was just a frustrating experience overall.
Description of Work: They came out and worked on my ac, water heater, and furnace.

+ -1 moreThe type of hose I needed was a frost free one, but that’s not what the deal included so it would have been an additional fee. I declined because it was going to be 300+ more. The technician was very nice about everything. I got my money back. The deal could have been more descriptive to save us both time though.
Description of Work: I purchased a deal to replace an exterior hose faucet. They came out to the house and I found out they couldn't replace it with the coupon.

+ 0 moreI had to get a refund. What I wanted from them was to resolve a clogged plumbing line, and it turned out to be a collapsed French Drain & a clog. I got other quotes and found their quote to be very high. I was disappointed with the whole process. I think everything, overall, went well -- just that they were pricey.

+ -1 moreAs I recall, it was not great. The technician was not familiar with our system and as a short cut, snipped one of sensors. The sensors were able to measure the temperature from the outside so this caused a lot of problems for us afterwards. The technician didn't have the knowledge upfront and didn't do the research either.

+ -1 moreIt was good. They did all the repairs before they merged. The scheduler does her job but she is not as friendly. They were on time. They used to call me to make a fall and spring appointments. Since they merged they have lost their personal touch.
Description of Work: They fixed a leak in the pipe that goes to the air conditioner. They had to use an outside construction to fix the ceiling.

+ -1 moreI would not use them again because they had the wrong equipment and they were playing around. They didn’t find the sewer gas that I smelled. A local plumber was able to find the gas. The office personnel is very nice.

Description of Work: I've had them do a lot of work in the past, including the original install of my HVAC system. This summer, my A/C kind of broke. They replaced parts twice, but they called me to let me know that they should've used different part originally. They fixed it on their dime.

They were unaware he had two previous work orders to complete the morning of my appointment. Other than this scheduling faux paus, I was very pleased with Phil Jeffrey's professionalism, thoroughness and quality of work that he performed.
Description of Work: Air conditioning tune-up. This service consisted of inspecting, cleaning the internal / external coils, checking refrigerant level and performing operational check of A/C system.

+ -1 moreIt was free because it was a part of our new install agreement. At that time, it was the price of the unit that they were putting in and the parts of the unit that they were putting in. We got quotes from different people on the same type of unit and it was unbelievable how far apart the two were. They gave a better price. The only thing we were concerned about was the fact that they was a name change or a company organizational change. That was the only thing that we didn't like so much about. The reason why we went with this company was to have a new heating and air conditioning system put in.
