Description of Work: I had a new furnace installed. Everyone that I had contact with was very professional , esp. Donna who is always very helpful because the one issue that I had with this company is that their communication sometimes was lacking , but Donna was always helpful to get me the info that I needed. The service guys were always there at the stated time, they were very polite and professional. The product was installed as promised and we are very happy with our purchase. We did shop around and found the pricing to be a good value and I would recommend this company.

Description of Work: I bought this deal for an outside faucet bib in front of my house; current handle is old, broken and very difficult to use. The technician arrived exactly at the time that was promised; spent about 35 minutes with me, determining that the only option would be to find a piece that would fit my old bib. He called a plumbing supply org 20 miles away (Milford, OH) who told him they have one, he drove all the way there/ back in rush hour traffic, but the piece did not fit. The only other option was to tear out dry wall ceiling and walls in my basement, and I did not want to do that. All in all, I tied up this gentlemean's time for about 2 hrs, and he charged me nothing - game me a credit on my deal I can use on other svcs.V Professional!

Description of Work: When Service Pro offered a deal for replacing an outdoor hose faucet for $49, it seemed like a great deal. When the technician came to do the work, the job would require accessing the faucet from the inside, which would be an additional expense and then needing to repair the drywall. It would be additional money if I wanted a frost-free faucet. That was more than I wanted to have done, so I declined the service. The person I spoke with on the phone and the technician were both very polite and professional. They scheduled me quickly and the technician called ahead and arrived on time.
