Terminix - Fairfield -Termite & Pest Control

We haven't used them for about three years. There are no dislikes about them. Their price is a little on the higher side. They came on time once a year. They billed regularly as soon as they came. We inherited them with our house and we kept them on. My husband is able to do that type of work for free. If I needed a termite inspection for a house before I sell it, I might use them.

I have been using them for years. They come every three months. I like the people that come and do the spraying but I don't like the administrative aspect. I am not really thrilled with them and I am using them so I don't have to change. The guy that comes gets the job done for me. They have always been professional. Sometimes they don't always call us to tell us that they will be coming because I have a side gate to unlock, so they will just spray the other areas. That is working a little better now, but for a long time I couldn't get that to work out and that has been some of my frustration with the administrative aspect. It seems to be doing ok now with the current guy that is doing the spraying so I think everything is ok right now. Yes I will continue to use them again in the future.

The termites had come in a gap in the foundation and were eating the soft-wood framing of our hall closet. We called Terminix, after talking to many companies, and they did a really good job. They have good rates and good techniques. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. It's been about four years and we haven't had a problem since with termites.

They are responsive. If I call, they will come within two or three days. The overall experience is excellent. The price and quality are good. I think all of the companies are pretty much the same. They are punctual, responsive, and professional.

I had ants and when I called them, they came in the next day. They come back for free if I get bugs between their visits. They are good and do their job. Their prices are affordable.

We let them do the service for one year and they used to come and spray around the house. They did it for a year and then we decided we didn’t want it anymore. They were pretty good and we had no complaints. I saw something and I thought they were termites and so I called them but they told me it was not termites. If I happen to come across something in my house I would definitely call them. They could have told me it was termites and sold me a $1000 treatment.

I've been using them for 10 years. I am not totally crazy about them right now. They have been fine. Their prices are probably average. Their service is consistent but I still have problem with certain pests. I will continue to use them.

I pay about $75 for each spray treatment and will use them again in the future.

The gentleman they send out has been a regular, he knows the house, he knows what to do, he knows whats going on. When we have had problems and we call they can ususally send someone out in a day or two days max. They are very good to work with I have been very pleased.

I do update this one and they come out every quarter. I pay $108 every quarter. They sprayed outside maintenance and I think they did spray inside initially. They don’t spray inside every quarter but only outside, debug. We’ve haven’t had any trouble since we started using them.

They do what they say they are going to do, come out, and take care of everything. I've been using them for about 6 years and it's $80 a month. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

Terminex showed up and stuck head into the attic. Missed that we needed to wrap an exosed exhaust stack. By not going into the attic they missed a huge cavity from a removed exhaust stack. They gave me a spiel about being the only ones who could provide insulation that was an insecticide and a mouse repellent, which cellulose impregnated with boric acid will do. They then gave me a price, with a large "loyalty" discount which was slightly better then other quotes, but did not include wrapping the exhaust or fixing the cavity. They then added tax. In the State of Ohio, contractors doing home improvement do not add tax.

I have been using them since 2005. I have a contract with them. They employees are good but not everyone. One of their employees who came in the past did what he to do quickly and left without entering the house which I expected him to. They last employee who came recently did a thorough inspection and employees like this make me want to stay with them. They did not respond quickly and as such I had to speak to the manager twice. The people who answered the phone were however responsive and said the manager would call me back. I would use them again in the future.
