They always have the same worker come out to perform our services. It’s nice to speak with the same two people. It's very important to me to have a familiar relationship with the workers who come out.

They are very professional and fine. They are really expensive for what they do. They always try and sell me extra things just like other companies. I would use them again in the future.

We called three other people, and before the other people called back, Terminix was here and treated the whole house, killing the termites. They drilled holes in the floor because they came up from the ground and then treated the outside of the house. They also did some interior where I had pulled up a floorboard that had a lot of damage. They called to tell me they were going to inspect, which they do once a year, and it was about the time they usually came, but when they came, it was pretty clear that their purpose was to sell me more home insulation. They weren't high pressure and I did not have to push them out of the house. We have a 12 year relationship with them. They come to inspect and treat any infestations. If they find a live infestation while they are monitoring and treating, they would repair whatever damage was done.

They are very accommodating and very friendly. They send me a message on the phone. So, I know when the scheduled appointment is. When they come out, they let me know that they are on the premises. They ask if there is anything internal that needs to be taken care of. They are a friendly company. They are very customer-focused; I have no complaints with them. They also share other services that they provide. They have addressed all the issues that I have had. They typically arrive within the window of time mentioned by them.

They have changed their program they no longer treat specific problems they only come every quarter. I am not happy with the quality of their work and their responsiveness. They always send a different technician each visit and we are not happy with that.

I purchased a plan with them. They were very courteous. They explained everything. It was a pleasant experience. I found them on Angie's List.

I didn’t like that they didn’t clean up after themselves. I didn’t like that even though they gave me an alternative to dealing with carpenter bees, the workman tried to be a salesman as well, and I didn’t like that mixing of roles. They were very punctual.

We have been using them for many years, and I haven't seen any infestations. I have asked them when would be good time to discontinue the treatments, and they give me the run around. I have decided to discontinue their services for the carpenter ants, the probably the termites next. because I am tired of the run a round. I know they want to keep my business, but they don't give me a truthful answer. Some people might not care, but I care about spending $150 to $300 a year! I just want a good answer for how long I need to keep using them! I have never compared their pricing. They answer all my questions, except the length of time they need to keep servicing me. Other than that, they are quite professional. I would use then in the future.

We don't see any bugs in the house so they are doing well.
