They arrived in a timely fashion and they were very nice. They identified themselves and explained what they were doing.

Following the above review, Terminix contacted me and explained why they bill in advance for the termite protection. It seems some people pay for the service in installments. I didn't know this was an option. They also reduced the cost of my quarterly pest control. I am impressed that they were concerned about my original review and I appreciate the cost reduction. It really pays to express your opinion on Angie's list.

The work is good. They leave the area clean. They are very prompt and give me a three-day to a week notice when they are coming. I would tell a friend they have good and reliable service. I would use this provider again in the future.

We dropped them. We stopped using them. I used them for about six months or so. I just wasn't happy with them.

We do pay a couple hundred dollars a year for their services. They come out every year to do a pest exam.

It works well. We have contract with them. Jim is very personable. They call ahead to let us know they are coming. My husband deals with them.

They've always done a good job for me and I have no reason to look elsewhere. They come out quarterly and I typically see positive results with the pests. I'd definitely recommend them to neighbors!

They come out when I ask. I do not like that they just assume that I need the service all of the time. I just have an ant problem. The staff does not seem to be very knowledgeable. They show up and do the job and next thing I know I am getting billed for a service I did not ask for. I was very dissatisfied by that. They got rid of the ants and I did not need them to come back out. I do not plan on using the company again.

Feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. Will never use them again. Had someone else take care of the problem. They identified where the mice were coming and treated the area for mice for under $200.

We have been using them for about 10-12 years. They always come out and take care of any problem that I may have with pests. They do a good job.

Just signed up for pest control maintenance. We don't have any major issues The technician was wonderful. Super nice and great with both my kids and our pets. Overall really happy with service

Overall, they are extrememly professional. However, they simply couldn't get rid of the bugs. BUgs were reduced, but not eliminated.

I would rather live with bugs and pests than ever hire Terminix to service our property again!! We have had them service our property since 2007, but canceled them last year due to extremely poor management!!!! First of all, they have no control over their automated phone system that randomly gives you appointments via a machine phone call. I guess they are too big for their britches to have A REAL PERSON set up an appointment time with you!! We repeatedly complained and called just about everyone we could at Terminix (management included) about this consistent problem every quarter. Same answer, different person, every single time. "We did turn off the automated system, we have no idea why our machine is still randomly calling you." Seriously........that was their answer. If they can't turn off a machine, how can I expect them to put poisons around my property?? The funny thing about this was that even when they made that random appointment, they didn't even show up!!!!!! We went without pest control for most of spring of 2013. Their appointments are a joke!!! The last appointment was the straw that broke the camel's back! The machine randomly called us, like usual. We called our tech's cell phone and told him that, once again, their random appointment time would not work for us!! We scheduled a different appointment....Guess what?? The tech, who I personally spoke to on his cell phone, came at the original cancelled appointment time, when we were not home, and sprayed anyway!! Of course, with us not being home, this drove our German Shepherd, who was inside our house, crazy and he proceeded to scratch every single one of our new Andersen wood window sills. After I found out about this, I called up this locations manager and read him the riot act and asked him if he was going to replace our window sills due to his staff's EXTREME negligence. He said he would speak to the tech and call me back. When he called me back, he completely admitted fault and that it was an oversight (always an oversight!!!) and that there was nothing he could do about it. Thanks TERMINIX!!!!!! You lost this customer forever!!!!!!!

My experiecne has gone well. I have been using the company for a while now. I have been pleased with their services and would recommend this company to others.

However, they keep showing up at my mother's and try to talk their way into her house. They supposedly found "evidence of termites", but when I called another company in they found nothing of the sort.

I had Terminix at my former residence for 10 years with complete satisfaction. Based on my experience I contracted with Terminix for termite protection at my new residence. I discovered the company still had my old location at the service location. I have repeatedly told them that I no longer owned that property. I was trying to contact them for pest control other than termite protection. The key word is "was". I will no longer use this company.

We had terminex come out for an inspection for what we found out was carpenter beetles. They only looked in our beds and our kids beds, because we mentioned being worried about bed bugs. The inspector and call center did not return my messages asking what I needed to do to prepare for the treatment, as this was not properly addressed by the inspector. When the technician arrived to spray he had to call the office to find out what he should be spraying in our house! He could not answer any questions that we had about the bugs. After finding more bugs I spoke to a manager who also could not answer questions about the bugs, but did mention that the treatment they use only lasts for 28 days, while they only reccomended that we recieve treatment quarterly. She sent someone out free of charge to spray again which was mentioned in the contract, but 12 days later I am still finding bugs. I have decided to go with Scherzinger.

They follow the policy I have with them and cover everything that comes with it. They are there to take care of anything that might arise but we have had no problem at all. They just come over our home to inspect. They do not spray at once. If they were to find termites and bugs, they attend to it professionally. We bought the house that had a policy with it. The previous owner of our house had problems with pest and Terminix took care of it. Since then we have had no problem. I would use them again in the future.
