Terminix - Fairfield -Termite & Pest Control

They were good but not too good. Their services seemed to be effective but they sent 4 people out and I was only expecting 1. The last time I had them out they were very thorough but this time they only sprayed where I saw the spider. They also put termite sticks up around the house when I don't even have any wood. He didn't explain what he was doing and why. I normally have them out several times a year so this was just a single occurance.

We used them because we recognized them.

They spray inside my home and place power on the outside. The staff is very nice. The owner has been out to do the work. Their product is pet save.

I pay them on a yearly basis. They spray my yard outside the house. If I have any bugs inside and I tell them. They will come in and spray inside. As long as I have no problems inside then they will come and spray outside around the perimeter of the house in the yard. This keeps down the bugs and keeps them from coming inside the house. If I tell something I need, they do it. The experience was fine. They just call me and tell me that it’s time for my service. They come and they do it. If I tell them I have a problem outside then they come and do it. If I tell them I have a problem inside then they come in and take care of whatever it is. They are usually here about the time they say they will be. I would use them again in the future; in fact I have been with them a long time.

It didn't cost me anything because my landlord sent them. They've always been great. I would recommend them to others. They were very professional and very friendly. They always do a good job. They are always on time. I would continue to use them.

They were right on schedule. The man who provided the treatment was very conscientious. He thoroughly inspected the area with termites. When he saw a possible problem, he investigated the situation to make sure he resolved it. He was very good.

Over the course of time that they have serviced us, they have done a good job.

I thought they were excessive. They basically wouldn’t give a quarterly treatment option; they wanted to do it monthly. The quarterly was more expensive. I ended up firing them and found a company who would do it quarterly which to me is more cost effective and less disruptive to my lifestyle.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the service.

They are the only one who has a guarantee. In terms of price, they are the only ones who do it. So there is no way to compare; there is no point of having a guarantee. They are ok in terms of responsiveness. They are fine in terms of punctuality and professionalism. I would continue to use their services again in the future.

They are pretty good and I am happy with them. There were some mice coming in my garage and I didn't think they would take care of them. I mention it to the guy and he said he would take care of it and he set some traps. Next day they were gone. They also fixed a place where some pests were coming in. They were very helpful.

I don’t see them because they do only the exterior spraying. They had good ratings on Angie’s List and I haven’t had any problems with them as well. I would use their services in the future too.

I have an active account with them for termites and recently signed a contract with them for mice. So far they have caught one mouse. It has been very hot recently, so the technician believed that the mice would not be in the attic. I had seen a mouse on the on the exterior near the roof and my landscaper noticed one outside.

Everything has been ok with them. I have been using them for a long time. We had to have them come back out and retreat our property for termites. I was not very happy that they only treated the one spot where we had problems rather than the entire house.

They asked my husband to pay for it upfront. There was an issue with their credit card processing . We paid $378 and posted it to the credit card. My husband didn't tell me he paid it and I mailed a check for the same amount. Just a few hours after mailing, I called to explain the mistake and they told me they would call me back in a couple days. They called back and said they would post a credit to the account. I called back asking for a refund. She said the check was already cashed and she said it would take 6 weeks to be mailed to me. I then asked if they could credit my credit card. They said no. They keep putting me on hold and they never come back on the line and I end up having to hang up. I don't have the time to sit on hold all day when I work. I don't understand why it is so difficult to mail a check back to me when I alerted them before the check was received that it should be cancelled.

I would never use them again. They were unprofessional in terms of work quality. They were in contract so they would just come in and look around a little bit and would say everything looks fine. They would come in the wintertime when there’s lot of flame outside. They would say they came for the inspection but they couldn’t really look at the outside, that kind of things. They were relentless. When we said no phone calls and letters, they still sent me letters. They stopped with the phone calls. They could not understand ‘no’. That was another reason why we did not continue with them. I did not have confidence that the annual inspections were being done well and I did not like being harassed after I ended the contract. I would not use their services ever again in the future.

I like that they schedule in advance and come out automatically and I don't have to worry about it and I don't have to call them to make it happen. They make it easy. The negative thing is that, when they came out to inspect for termites, the guy was more of a salesperson than an actual inspector. It did not seem like he had a lot of background in identifying termites, and he wasn't that interested in digging. He was just trying to sell the service. We had termites but he wasn't really convinced that we did. He wasn't willing to look the house over that well.

They are really good. I have been using them for a year. They work as per schedule, and they will change it as needed and they will come extra if I have signed up for the yearly contract. They will come an extra time if I want them. We have a problem with yellow jackets, and they come multiple times to kill them. I pay $350 for the entire year. They send the same person every month. I know my guy George and he knows my dog. I would continue to use them in the future; in fact, they are coming today.

The person from Terminix Company did a good job with the inspection today. He found a dead mouse in my attic which I’m happy about. He removed the dead mouse without me having to look at it. He took it out through the garage without putting it in our garbage bin. He was considerate. He was friendly. He was knowledgeable. I would continue to use Terminix Company in the future.
