Description of Work: We have them do a quarterly spray for all bugs. They do the outside of our house and if we want them to do inside they will also. If we have any problems with bugs they come out immediately. Highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They come every year and do a great job. A few years ago we had a water leak in the foundation which attracted termites. Even though the termites swarmed after they had come to inspect they came out again and took care of the problem no cost to us. They prevented termite damage and we haven't had any problems since.

+ -1 moreTERMINIX WAS AN OKAY COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I DIDN'T LOOK AROUND TOP COMPARE PRICES OR ANYTHING, SO I FELT I SHOULD GIVE THEM IN-THE-MIDDLE TYPE OF RATINGS, BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW IF THEY ARE GOOD OR BAD COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES YET.
Description of Work: THEY SET UP TERMITE STATIONS OUTSIDE THAT THEY CHECK ONCE A MONTH FOR ACTIVITY OF ANY TERMITES IN THE AREA.

+ -1 moreWE DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH TERMINIX UNTIL WE CANCELLED THEM. I KEPT RECEIVING BILLS AFTER WE HAD ALREADY CANCELLED THE CONTRACT WITH THEM. WE HAD TO SPEAK TO SEVERAL MANAGERS BEFORE THEY FINALLY STOPPED BILLING US.
