Representative was professional and explained the options thoroughly. The lifetime parts and labor warranty is definitely a plus. However, the quote was for around $3000, which is substantially more than a competitor with a different gutter protection system.

The team of workers arrived daily and started right to work. We were given daily reports on the progress. The job went very smoothly. They cleaned up very well. We really like what they did!

Great, No Leaks, looks just like it should. Cleaned up really well. No complaints.

Ray St. Clair Roofing did an outstanding job. The two employees who worked on the house were thorough, answered all questions well and professionally, and cleaned up from their work very well. Also, appreciated the 'quality' inspection that occurred, as well as the followup checks.

They did not start the job on the date promised. They were 2-3 weeks late on starting the job. It took a couple of months to complete the bulk of the work even through our representative told us it would only take a week or two. We had to call them several times to remind them of work that needed to be done. Work was often incomplete according to our detailed estimate and they were called back to the job several times. Months later when I realized there was more work to be done I decided to go with another roofing company, Malloy's, instead of RaySt. Clair. Ray St Clair is very expensive so the service should be better. I would not recommend this company.

estimator was quite knowledgable and this was primary reason I chose this contractor even though it was not the best price (Schneider quoted a price for job of $800 cheaper for exact same manufacturer of windows and doors). The install actually was a day earlier then scheduled and they completed job in 1 day. All windows installed look good and operate well. However, the exterior moldings are rather cheap looking (white simulated woodgrain) and the caulking job is incomplete in some areas. The interior install of the windows is very good (good caulk job and good appearance on molding). I was not present to inspect the sliding door install until after they had left. On my return I noticed that the door features were not as quoted. There was no key lock or foot lock as had been quoted or shown to me by salesman. The interior molding had been torn away by expanding spray foam leaving a good 3 inch by 3 inch exposed area and loosening the molding over a few feet. The screen door had been damaged in transit with a large crease in the middle exactly where the screen locking mechanism is. This makes the lock inoperable. I called Ray St Clair and was able to get the quality control inspector out about 10 days after the install. He was polite and understanding and assured me it would be repaired in 2 weeks. After waiting 3 weeks with no word I called again. He was again polite and said the replacement parts were in the warehouse and that he would be calling in the next day to schedule the repair. However it has been 2 weeks and I have not heard from them. Meanwhile the company called and wanted the check for the balance and so I paid to avoid interest. The install was on August 6th and it is now September 8th with no actions to repair any of the subpar install or damaged door. So overall this was an extremly poor job on the sliding door and screen where the product quoted was not installed and the installer would have certainly seen the damage to the door and just ignored it and installed anyway. Very dissappointed and ended up wishing I had used Schneider and saved myself the $800 for the exact same services and products. I chose Ray St Clair over Schnieder thinking they would have better quality on the install and better service and follow-up after the install

They are friendly and I would definitely recommend them.

Pleased with their work. While I thought the price was somewhat high, I know that what I needed done was not something that a lot of roofers had experience in. (In fact, several I contacted didn't even want to give me a bid.) I really like the work though when it was completed and am happy. The workers were polite, prompt, cleaned up after themselves and even added in an extra small project of removing some awnings. From the estimator to the job foreman to the crew, they were easy to get ahold of and answered any questions I had. I would consider using them again for other work.

It was a large roof 81 stacks of shingles, and a complicated roof. The weather was very hot. They called before they came to work and they called when they finished each day. The roof looks great and the new gutters and gutter helmet are both operating very well

They were thorough and did a good job. The shingles they replaced matched perfectly and the replacment vents/gutters were a close match. They cleaned up daily :) The only issue we had was that we had to call them to finish up something they forgot.

The quote was fine, but more expensive than anyone else. In terms of everything else they were fine. They seemed to have a good experience with it, they seemed to provide quality. The only reason we didn't go with them is because they were more expensive than the other people.

I mean, it is what you expect with working with a larger company. Sometimes there were delays in getting the bid, sometimes there were not. Communication was good. And ultimately, their bid was the highest, even against another large commercial company by 3k. So. To me, I just did not understand the overhead that must be involved to double it from a lower bid, or the overhead that must be involved for them to be higher than an equally sized company by 3k. I am sure they have more competitive bids and service for conventional residential roofing.

We couldn't have asked for a better job! They were punctual to the site and cleaned up after themselves. We did have to clean up anything ourselves! From the estimator to the workers, everyone was prompt and friendly. Ray St Clair didn't try to up sell us in any way. Another company quoted us for a roof replacement, which Ray St Clair deemed unnecessary. With the coating they applied, my roof is good for another 10 years! They really worked efficiently without disturbing us. My wife works nights and sleeps a part of the day. This was obviously a concern during a larger project, but the workers were quiet as mice! Besides the completed work, we could hardly tell they were here! I couldn't have asked for better service! Most importantly, we haven't had any issues with leaks. They completed the job beyond our satisfaction!

Originally one employee came out to examine my problem. He spent a considerable amount of time trying to diagnose the problem (which I was told by multiple people was difficult to diagnose). He seemed very nice and thorough. However the more time he took trying to diagnose the problem, the more things he recommended I replace or repair. However, he had no "proof" that any of these repairs would fix my problem. After examining the problem for at least an hour, the original employee believed my problem might be with my roof flashing and called a colleague to come who was more of an expert in roofing. The colleague almost immediately recommended that I replace my flashing where the garage meets the house. He seemed sure this was the problem & I needed to fix it right away but couldn't make any guarantees that it would fix the leak. In the end, I received estimates for the following: Replacing all of my gutters - $1856 Replacing the boards and covering with PVC coil stock in the problem area - $1699 Replacing the siding on the upper right wall of house and installing breathable backer board insulation - $1989 Replacing roof flashing on section of house over garage - $1571 I felt Ray St. Clair Roofing was trying to sell me things but couldn't tell me for sure that even one of their repairs would fix the leak that I had originally called about. In the end, I went with another company that diagnosed my problem with evidence to support their diagnosis. I didn't need all of these repairs to fix my problem.

They did a nice job and cleaned up well. They were a little pricey, but the work was good. I would call them again for another estimate if needed.

I did not have them do the work, because their estimate was at least twice as much as either of the other two companies (around $10,000 vs. $4000 or $5000). My house has two skylights, and the estimate included removing and reinstalling them, which may have been part of the difference in estimates. The other two companies did not indicate that removing the skylights was necessary.

We noticed that a long section of gutter was sagging and had pulled away from the soffit. Called this company and told them what was needed and they said they would be able to send out a repair individual within a few days. They called in advance and I told them to procede with the repair. The repair was made promptly and the service man was most professional and also checked out the other gutters to be sure that only one problem was involved. The problem was due to the original installation using too small of a screw and not using screws that provided a seal when inserted. Job done quickly and professionally. Will difinately use this company in future for any roofing or gutter work.

The estimate was for $10000. The thing I didn’t like about them was that I had asked a quote on one job only, but they gave me quote for jobs I didn’t ask for. I will not use this company again in the future.

They had a tremendous estimate, very detailed. They had the best estimate. I did use them because the price was too high. I was very impressed with his knowledge.

It was a well written estimate and everything was explained. They were easy to call back to speak with regarding the estimate. The person that comes out to do the estimate is the one who will do the work.
