calls were not returned and a second or third call was made. The Sales person from Mr. Roof wanted to see my insurance claim and I said no way. I couldn't unstand why they would need to see the amount of the claim Other then that I have a nice new roof and it only cost me $500.00

After searching numerous companies the history and the price is what sold me. The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions to the nth degree. The price was a little lower than most, the warranty and everything they covered is why I went with them. It took a day and half to complete. The crew didn't speak english and the lead man spoke very little and was hard to understand but he was very nice. They weren't able to reattach the satellite and they covered the cost to have directv come out since they promised it wasn't going to be an issue. The site project manager came to inspect the job after the crew was done and found a couple of issues and had them come back to take care of it. I have only had the roof up for up for 2 months but so far there hasn't been any problems, I couldn't be any happier with the job.

Mr. Roof responded immediately to a request for an inspection of possible hail damage and an estimate. The representative was efficient and professional, explaining the process in detail. He came out again to meet with our insurance adjuster, they assessed the damage, and the repairs were scheduled. The roofing crew showed up on the scheduled day, started right in and finished the job all in one day, including a very thorough clean up. We were advised that the gutter replacement would be scheduled within a week or two. We waited several weeks in fact, but when they finally came out the job was completed in one day. Looks to be a very good job with excellent cleanup.

I responded to a postcard that offered a free inspection. After waiting several weeks, Sam came out to my home and looked at my roof with his binoculars and said he couldn't see anything. A few weeks later he called me back and said that he decided to actually climb up on my roof and inspect it. 2-3 weeks after he said he was going to look at my roof, he called me and said it was "a little light." I called him back twice to find out what he meant, but he never returned my call. As it turns out, I have storm damage and my roof, gutters and downspouts will need to be replaced. I have already selected another roofing company to complete this work. I wasted 2 months with Sam/ Mr. Roof. All I can say it that they missed out on a $12,000 sale!

So far we have not had any work performed, just an estimate. That being said, we have been speaking with Gary Marsh from Mr. Roof and he has been outstanding. Their company is one of three from which we requested bids and their price was better than the other two companies. Ultimately we chose Mr. Roof because of Gary's willingness to go through what we have, what we will have installed, answer all of our questions, and discuss pricing options. We are looking forward to getting our new roof, siding and tuckpointing soon and I will post another review after the job is complete. Great company to work with so far!

So far I have been very satisfied with the service I have received. After receiving my quote, I started getting financing through my bank. They were very flexible with the down payment and timing. When I was ready to proceed,bI called them on a Tuesday and by Thursday evening I had a brand new roof and by Friday, new gutters. The price was very favorable compared to other places I got quotes. I was able to go with a couple upgrades as a result. I can think of many ways to spend thousands of dollars that would be way more fun or exciting, but I am so happy with my new roof and what it has done to improve my curb appeal that I feel it is money well spent!

When I called in the lady who took the call was extremely friendly and responsive so I scheduled an estimate. The guy came out, jumped on the roof, gave me a quote and then I paid 50% so I could get a discount. The estimator was supposed to get back to me that next night to get me an email estimate on a garage door and installation. He never got back and it took multiple calls to have them schedule the repair that I fronted half of the fees to. The installer did a great job when they finally came out but it took forever to get a response.

After a recent wind storm I noticed several shingles missing from my roof. Knowing that it was most likely in need of replacement due to being at least 25 years old, I called a number of contracters to get an estimate. I chose Mr. Roof because they were competitive (in the middle) on pricing with the other two contractors I contacted, their advertised warranty was excellent and they offered same as cash financing which was not offered by the other two. The only complaint I have is that the installation was delayed by a week or two because of the weather and they didn't offer to cover or find a way to prevent any possible water entry while we waited for the install. Even though I mentioned it.

I called Mr. Roof to come out to my house for an estimate to fix my siding (I lost about 10 pieces of sidling in a wind storm). I had an appointment scheduled for 11am on 1/4/13. No one from Mr. Roof showed up. On Monday 1/7/13 a customer service rep called me to ask how my appointment went. I explained that no one called or showed up. The rep told me she would look into it and call me back. After waiting a day to hear back I called Mr. Roof. The rep told me that there was a problem with their system and the representative never received the appointment. We scheduled another appointment the following Saturday (1/14/13) at 11am. Once again on one showed up or called to tell me that they would not make the appointment. After an hour waiting I call Mr. Roof and received a message that all their reps were busy and if I did not want to hold I could leave a message and and some one would call me back. Needless to say I never heard back. Very,very poor customer service.

Mr roof did an excellent job from the initial estimate to the final inspection. All work was done in a timely and professional manner. The workmen were skilled and diligent in finishing a quality job on time. The supervision was excellent. He kept us informed each day of the progress. Our roof was very steep and has several complicated peaks. They installed vents and did some extra finishing touches to accommodate our home. We highly recommend Mr. Roof.

I scheduled a free estimate with Mr. Roof to have a look at our gutters on our house because we knew we had to get them replaced because of visible problems with them. I set up an appointment with them at 5PM. The man coming to do our estimate called our house at 12:45 to try to come early if at all possible because he had time, but he called my home instead of the cell phone # that I gave the woman I set up my appointment with. My husband and I both work, therefore I did not get the message until 4:40. I called him back, he did not answer so I assumed he was still coming at 5. At 5:20, still no Mr. Roof so I called the cell again. Still no answer, so I left a message. At 5:40, still no Mr. Roof so I called the main number. When I question why he wasn't here because I really needed to run an errand and was not planning on being here so long, the operator quickly changed her tone from "How can I make you smile today," to "well mam, didn't someone explain to you that he has an hour window?" I did not appreciate that response, but I accepted it. Still no person at 6:20, so I called again! Then she went back to being nice and apologetic. I declined setting up another estimate time because I had other companies coming out anyway. I ran my errand and then the man showed up at 7:15 as I was finishing cooking dinner. He apologized for being late but stated he was caught up working with an "old lady." My husband allowed the man to get on the roof and check things out after he told my husband that we really should do the roof before we get new gutters. After he finished inspecting things, he attempted to write up an estimate but failed to be able to because his computer "died" on him. Needless to say, it was a HORRIBLE experience and I will never try to use this company!!

They were excellent. I called and there was a sales person out to my home the next day. They were there on time and had the job done in a very timely manner. Overall it was a very positive experience.

I gave him a commitment on Monday, and it was done on Thursday. It the lowest bid I had received.

Overall, the quality of the roofing materials and craftsmanship installing the roof was very good. The crew that performed the roofing job worked diligently over the period of 2 days (9am - 9pm on the first day; 9am - 12pm on the second). I can in no way fault their labor on what was a difficult and extremely hot job. That being said, we did encounter problems with the company's pre-planning, both in terms of materials and time alotted for the job. As a result, the work crew tried to squeeze a lot of work into a single day, which was not feasible. I believe this led them to rush their preparations of the yard and other safey precautions, which caused a few issues after the job was complete. At one point, we collected upwards of 40+ roofing nails that were not properly cleaned up after the job. After the issues with the roofing install, the gutters, gutter guards, and downspouts were installed successfully (by a different crew, which I believe was a subcontractor). To accommodate us for some of the chaos above, Mr. Roof's GM even provided us additional feet of the gutter guards at no charge. To that point, the GM was very professional and easy to work with, and that did a lot to satisfy the concerns raised during the roof installation. I would recommend Mr. Roof again because, as stated above, the quality of their actual craftsmanship is very good. I would, however, caution any prospective buyer to challenge them thoroughly during the estimating phase, to ensure that both parties understand the scope of the job before it starts. I would also be diligent in ensuring that the work crew take the proper precautions for collecting the old roofing nails, to avoid any potential safety hazards.

Mr Roof told me they don't do written estimates. They said they would meet with the adjuster. My insurance adjuster had a two hour drive. The rep from Mr. Roof did not show. I even gave him a courtesy reminder call about the meeting. When I called to talk to the Manager he sided with the employee. He said the empoyee called me about missing the meeting, which he did not. All the while, I was dealing with a leaky house. They were not responsive to my needs at all and I had to find someone else to get the estimate from.

Overall our roof did turn out looking great. However, dealing with the salesman and the insurance company was very difficult. This company uses sub-contractors to do the roofing. I don't think any of these guys could speak English and were not very courteous when we had to leave and enter the house. Two of the windows were scratched when the shingles were removed from the house.

We didn?t have to pay for it as insurance took care of it. We had to replace the screens because the people who did the work had chosen to use the hammers to get the ice out of the gutters. It wasn?t great, but they did what any company would have done which was to stand behind their work and make it right.

I am not going to go into a lot of detail. Suffice it to say that we are very unhappy with both their product and the after sale service. Very, very bad.

The quality of the work appears fine (no problems so far). There was a delay getting a crew started initially, but once they got started, the work was done quickly. They worked with our insurance company and much of the replacement cost was covered (due the hurricane remnants wind damage). I would consider using them again in the future.

The work was done well. However this was a job paid for by my insurance company and the salesperson for Mr. Roof mislead me as to the final cost. The estimate was nearly $1000. less than the final bill and I am currently trying to work this out with my insurance company. The AR person at Mr. Roof was aggressively rude and nasty to me over the phone. I would never recommend this company.

He helped with my insurance company and I really appreciated that.

Although the estimator was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous, I found the price was a little high for what I was searching for. It was a tough decision to make, but they were in the running as well.

We are having icicles all along our roof, which shouldn't be happening. I had problems in the beginning with three skylights leaking. They came out seven times to fix the problem, and finally got it right. They had to remove part of the work they did. I had a problem with ice this past year, but not near as bad as this year after the bad storm. They should be responsible for the work that was done by the company while they were here in Indianapolis. The Indianapolis location is out of business, but is still operating in Cincinnati. I have a forty warranty on the roofing work. Their past experience to responding to my complaints was good when they were here in Indianapolis.

I scheduled the appointment, and the day that it came no one showed up, so I called them to see where he was. They gave me the name and number of the worker who was supposed to come and I called him. He told me that he didn't have me scheduled, and he wasn't going to be able to come out. He said they would call me for another appointment, but I still haven't heard from them, and I haven't called them back because I really don't want to work with them anymore. I'm sure that he was overworked because the windstorm was so bad and it was a Saturday. Something went wrong with the communication between the office and the estimator.

It's a very nice reputable company. They're very informative and the new replacement roof is lifetime and the warranty is transferable.
