Description of Work: They quoted one service/product, after getting the information and check from the insurance company the service/product changed. I had to deal with different people that wasn't in agreement with each other. | |They also wanted me to pay for the install before any work was done and couldn't give me a date to do the install.

Description of Work: They replaced our asphalt shingle roof. They did a good job and were courteous and clean but I wish they had checked the gutters before putting gutter helmets on.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate. They sent someone out. He got on the roof to check it out but left without talking to me or leaving an estimate. |Someone from the office called to make sure he showed up. I told her what happened. She said she would contact him and get the estimate to me. It never arrived. I never heard back from them.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate. I got a call back saying someone would go by the property and check out the place and send me an estimate. I never got it. I called back and explained what was expected and what didn't happen. They, again, said that they would send someone to check out the property for an estimate. Again, nothing.

+ 0 moreAfter a summer with no rain it rained for several weeks, causing the project to be rescheduled several times. The roof was removed and installed in one day. Although the contract included rubber lining for the box gutters, it was decided that this could not be done due to years of built up coatings. The roof was installed and the decision was made to see if the box gutters leaked after that. They did. The box gutters leaked bad; worse than ever. Mr. Roof was back quickly to seal the box gutters, even in the rain, and made sure that there were no leaks. The roof looks great and seems to be very good quality work, although I will need to replace the box gutters at some point (the house is 137 years old). The product I chose was the Thunder Guard system, which seemed to be a superior product and comes with a great warranty. I was very happy with Mike Morris, the sales rep. He responded to my emails within hours of writing and made sure that everything was taken care of.
Description of Work: Removed 137 y/o metal roof, placed sheathing, repaired/replaced wood, installed shingle roof, sealed box gutters on a 2 story house with a moderately steep roof.
