We have used ONLY Hill-Air since we purchased our home 25 years ago. We have NEVER been disappointed with their work. They have never tried to sell us parts we didn't need. During one of our seasonal visits (we do 2 a year) the technician let us know there was a part that will need repaired soon. He let us know we could wait until the next visit, it should easily make it that far before needing repair. The next time he came he said we could wait another visit if we needed to. We waited through 4 visits before it became essential. He didn't have to be honest with us, we didn't know any different. When it came time to get a new air conditioner, he was very honest with us and didn't even try to sell us the biggest unit. He went through the capabilities of each unit and how it would effect our home and then let us choose. Absolutely no pressure. I can not say enough good things about this company. Even the customer service is stellar. They actually answer the phone, and do so promptly and are so polite when we call. You will not be disappointed with this company.

This company is always on time, the service personnel are always friendly and very competent. Their pricing and quality of work is much better than others we have used in the area. This visit was for annual heater maintenance that we have a contract for, the only cost was for a new filter for our humidifier. We highly recommend Hill-Air Heating & Air Conditioning.

Project went Great! Hill Air Heating and Cooling was called for an estimate on an AC unit replacement. They came out within a few days of my request and was very honest and professional. Every other Heating & Cooling company that came to give me an estimate also tried to make me purchase a furnace as well with the additional discount pricing. If you buy a furnace then you AC unit is $500 bucks cheaper. My furnace does not need to be replaced! Jeff was very kind and took time to explain the units. When I asked what about my furnace he stated that there is no need to replace at this time. Bingo! Honesty leads to trust and as a homeowner this is more important than pricing! Hill-Air installed the furnace and AC when our house was built and they were our go-to company to do the replacement.

The experience was great. We deal exclusively with Hill Air. This was routine maintenance. CA was polite and courteous. He was wearing a mask without being asked. I appreciated this. Work was done in a timely matter. When it’s time to replace our heating and cooling, we will go with Hill Air.

Our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days in July. I contacted multiple companies but due to the time of year & the pandemic; I was only able to get 2 companies to come to my house to diagnosis our AC not working. Those 2 other companies had my head spinning to say the least. Frustrated and exhausted I contacted Hill-Air late that afternoon. They were able to send a technician (Chris K.) to my house within 2 hrs. Chris was nothing like the other technicians I had dealt with that day, He was knowledgeable, understanding & above all honest. While temp. fixing our AC, Chris contacted salesmen (Roy H.) to have him come next day to price us a new unit. Roy was just the same as Chris. Didn’t give us a bunch of technical jargon, told us his honest thought of what best suited our needs. Having workers who don’t BS, are compassionate and understanding were honestly what sold us on purchasing a whole need unit from Hill-Air.

We needed to upgrade from electric baseboard heat and window units AC to central heating and air conditioning. Hill-Air was the only company that I contacted that would do a complete installation (duct work, vents, furnace, AC unit, gas line, etc) in and existing structure. From initial analysis of our home, to presenting options, to installation, to final setup, Hill-Air personnel were very thorough, professional and personable. The quality of the installation and products was/is exceptional.

Hill Air was extraordinarily responsive to our urgent need when we called that our heat had stopped working. They showed up first thing in the morning and helped discuss our options for repair or replace. I found the team to be trustworthy and extremely professional.
