My husband and I have been utilizing the excellent services of Hill-Air Heating & Cooling for many years. Ever since purchasing our high end heat pump we’ve maintained the prepaid maintenance each spring and fall. Each visit brings a familiar face, such as Mark’s ever smiling countenance this autumn. Not only was Mark prompt that Saturday morning, he recognized our home, the unit make/model, and that we have a very people oriented cat. She adored his affection and I appreciated our brief chat outdoors later. Put simply, we are introverted people yet I never fail to enjoy interactions with friendly Hill-Air technicians. The office staff are also efficient and pleasant. That sweet Kroger gift card drawing doesn’t hurt, either. ~grin~ What more can one ask?

The technician, Chris, did a fantastic job of listening to our concerns and questions. He then checked everything out, and came back with a clear explanations and solutions.

Just had our summer maintenance checkup. We have them out twice a year to make sure things are still going as the should. We've used them exclusively for maintenance and to fix things as needed. The service people are great to work and very professional. Wouldn't think of using anyone else!

Terrible company! The are dishonest and charge ridiculous prices. Beware of their sexist and detection named Tyler, too.

Once again, a great experience from Hill-Air. Tyler performed the semi-annual check-up on my AC system. He performed a thorough check of the components, cleaned the outdoor unit and brought to light some areas to keep watch for in the future. He also made some suggestions to help keep the system running at peak performance for many years to come. Hill-Air has provided excellent service and response since they began servicing my HVAC system in 2017. I look forward to another seven years of great service - and beyond.

It went very well as usual. I have been using Hill Air for years. For the past several years, I have been having the yearly maintenance done on the heater and air conditioner. They are very good and professional people to work with.

Love Hill-Air! We're new-ish to Hill-Air; maybe 2-3 years. All of their technicians have been pleasant, prompt, informative -without being overly complicated - and not at all creepy like some home maintenance folks can be - you know the ones where you feel the need to check that your windows are still locked when they leave! Hill-Air also makes it super easy to manage your maintenance plan - they send reminders and allow scheduling 6 months in advance. We've had Tyler H and "BN"(?); both were very friendly, considerate and patient with those of us that are working from home - they didn't interrupt and were quiet if I was on a call and I felt very comfortable allowing them to let themselves in and out of my home. The office staff is also very amiable and easy to work with.

The technician was on time and completed a thorough check up. I always have confidence the Hill Air technicians are taking good care of us.

The service technician was professional, answered all my questions and was efficient. He was also on time, as promised.

Very impressed with how responsive this team was. Tyler came out and gave us an honest opinion on our furnace issue. He was very personable and explained the furnace in terms we could understand. He gave us great options to solve the issue we were having and put our minds at ease.

Tyler was fantastic! 1. He called and let me know his arrival time and he was on time. 2. He covered his boots with protective booties. 3. He was polite and explained everything he was going to do with the furnaces and heat pumps. 4. He was extremely knowledgeable about our oil furnace which is quite rare these days. 5. He answered all of my questions.

My heat stopped working and I contacted Hill-Air to have it diagnosed. They came out and quickly identified the issue. It was a main part but was luckily under warranty still. While no one wants to have to pay for a repair, I am pleased with the service and was so glad to have heat - as the temperature dropped to 15 the very evening that it was fixed.

Chris was here right on time. He was very thorough in his inspection and servicing of my furnace. He certainly is an expert in his field and I felt confident my furnace is in good shape for the winter.

We had the best service technician come out to our home at 10:00 at night to review a problem we had with our AC. He was absolutely wonderful! He explained how the unit was designed to work, showed us the problem and we were back in cooling process within minutes. Best service I have ever had!!!

They originally installed our HVAC system back when the house was built - 2006. We've used them for yearly maintenance and to fix the Occasional problem. Great to work with and the service people have been very professional, helpful and nice to work with.

Routine maintenance was performed. Service specialist was on-time and performed the maintenance in an efficient manner.

They arrived quickly after I called, 30 minutes which is excellent. Work was done in a timely manner as well.

Had an AC problem and called Friday evening. Then came Saturday Early afternoon and were able to promptly replace the broken part.

Hill-Air air conditioning was great!!! The tech arrived the next day, he was quick and and very knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely use Hill-Air again!!
