Hill Air is a name that I can trust. From the very first meeting a few years ago with their sales rep regarding an estimate for my now installed new AC unit by Hill Air I feel comfortable with their service & products. I will not have anyone else service any of my systems. They offer an affordable yearly maintenance service package that I utilize to service my AC & Furnace. Hill Air technician serviced my furnace and notified me that the filter will need to be changed & that my furnace which is about 18 years old is functioning properly. Prior to Hill Air other technicians would tell me that I need to replace my furnace for various reasons but years later it is still functioning properly. Thanks Hill Air for your honesty! Chris came by due to an issue I was experiencing with my furnace blower fan. He was on-time, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Chris found the issue within a very short time and had it resolved immediately. In this day and age where honesty and truth seem to have taken a leave of absence, Chris did not try to take advantage of the situation. I appreciated the technician got on the phone to talk me through all the initial things to check to see if they could help me without having to charge me an in home charge.

The technicians were extremely friendly and knowledgeable during our preventative maintenance visits for AC & heat this past year. As a new homeowner, the technicians simply explained aspects of the systems I didn't know and answered all questions I had. During my heat visit, it was discovered that my humidifier wasn't working. The technician replaced the part during the visit and at a reasonable cost. I know I'm in good hands as long as I have Hill scheduled for my yearly visits!

We have used Hill Air for a number of years for our Preventative Maintenance and service, and again this year they did not disappoint. Justin is always very knowledgeable and professional, and fully explains the service options when needed. He helps us weigh the pros and cons and does not push anything that is not really needed.

HIll-Air techs are always professional, courteous and clean (tech wore his mask the entire time he was in house). Informed me refrigerant was low & I authorized him to add some so hopefully it will last all summer (it's 12/13 years old). Sales rep came out at my request & presented a no-pressure presentation and left me with a detailed written proposal for a new A/C, should I need it this year. Can't say enough good things about the entire company.

This was a semi-annual routine maintenance appointment. Employee was on-time and friendly. Performed maintenance check completely and efficiently on both inside and outside units. Replaced filter as requested.

The service technician arrived within the hour of placing phone call. The technician was open and honest about the fact that the furnace was old. Didn't try to push any sales. Had the spare part needed in the van; replaced the part and furnace was operational again. The service technician was nice and outgoing.

Hill Air installed our new furnace and AC system this past May, and we could not be more thrilled with the performance! Their work was flawless and the cleanup was spotless. Since then they have completed one routine maintenance check during the AC season, and now just completed the routine maintenance for the heating system. I never actually was aware of how much goes into just routine maintenance. The expertise needed to do it is impressive. All of our contacts with Hill Air from sales to office to the technicians has been so professional and friendly. We recommend them highly!

We have used ONLY Hill-Air since we purchased our home 25 years ago. We have NEVER been disappointed with their work. They have never tried to sell us parts we didn't need. During one of our seasonal visits (we do 2 a year) the technician let us know there was a part that will need repaired soon. He let us know we could wait until the next visit, it should easily make it that far before needing repair. The next time he came he said we could wait another visit if we needed to. We waited through 4 visits before it became essential. He didn't have to be honest with us, we didn't know any different. When it came time to get a new air conditioner, he was very honest with us and didn't even try to sell us the biggest unit. He went through the capabilities of each unit and how it would effect our home and then let us choose. Absolutely no pressure. I can not say enough good things about this company. Even the customer service is stellar. They actually answer the phone, and do so promptly and are so polite when we call. You will not be disappointed with this company.
