Our family has used Hill-Air Heating & Air Conditioning for more than 15 years, and we've had a service contract with them for many years. They installed energy efficient furnace and air conditioning units in 2010, helping us reduce our energy costs dramatically. We find the Hill-Air technicians are always courteous and show up within the time period promised. More importantly, we've found they often give us advice to help us save money or improve energy efficiency on things like furnace filters. If we ever need service in some type of emergency, they have always responded promptly. We highly recommend Hill-Air.

Chris comes out in the spring to make sure that the Air conditioner is working to its top performance and again in the fall for the furnace. He brings a career full of experience to monitor our HVAC system as it ages to make sure it is running at top efficiency and the furnace is operating safely and efficiency. The service is always great with Hill Air. Quick response, reasonable price and great technicians.

They called ahead came early which was a plus, were very polite. Estimate of how low the system was was twice as much as was actually needed. Price per pound $192 way too high was going to be almost $800 / had me thinking just buy new a new system. I went with someone else filled it for under $200. I will not be buying a new system from Hill-Air

AC stopped working, I suspected it was a bad capacitor, but figured I'd call Hill-Air anyway just to be sure. The tech was available to come out quickly, and was able to diagnose and solve the problem in a timely manner. He also gave me some tips to keep up on routine maintenance on the AC unit. It works now, and all is good. To be honest, the price was a little on the high side, and it's a repair that I'd probably perform myself in the future -- but I wasn't sure what it was exactly and they did fix the problem quickly.

If you need an air conditioner or furnace (or both) replaced. These are your guys. They are punctual, hard working, and very dedicated. Very dependable and have your best interest in mind. I have had them come out to service my units over the course of 18 years and they always tell me what I need rather than trying to get me to purchase something else or replace this when I do not need it quite yet. Very through. Technician was here for a much longer time than we expected and gave us a through breakdown at the end of what he did, what we should do in the future and what will probably need replaced in the future.

I had a scare with my AC when my unit froze. I was able to defrost it and realized it was a clogged filter. My bad. But I decided to call someone to do a checkup on my system. I had heard good things about Hill Air so I made appointment. The Hill Air technician was on time and was very pleasant. I am usually very hesitant to allow repairmen in my house when I am by myself but the technician put me at ease with his professionalism. He went through the checklist and gave me details about my system. He did not pressure me to buy new parts or upgrade my system. The technician showed me where my system was strong and where it had weaknesses. On top of that he showed me the costs associated with the service and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hill Air. You will not be sorry.
