Hill air is the best company that we have used out of 2 other companies we have never been so satisfied and happy with our choice of hill air they answered all our question did everything a a good cost and was very respectful. We had a heat pump installed by Hill-Air and they were fast, courteous and knowledgeable. They have up to date equipment and did a superb job! They have an excellent finance program. We will definitely use them again for all our heating and air needs.

We are on a annual maintenance plan where they come out twice a year to inspect and clean the air conditioner (spring) and furnace (fall). We've been doing this for about 17 years now. Well worth the investment. Hill Air is wonderful to work with. Easy scheduling at convenient times. All the technicians have been polite and knowledgeable. They do a great job and take care of your property (wear shoe covers and clean up afterward). Highly recommend!

Over the past ten years, Hill-Air has done all of the preventive maintenance (which I highly recommend) on my Carrier Infinity heat pump. I purchased the state-of-the-art system from Hill-Air in 2008. Very reliable and efficient. In my opinion, it is critical to do preventive maintenance to keep a heat pump running at peak efficiency. In fact, my technician (Justin) recently did my fall PMA check-up. As always, he was very methodical and thorough. Very professional and trustworthy. I look forward to seeing him for my spring check-up. I am definitely.a happy camper. I plan on remaining a Hill-Air customer for a long time.

Justin, a Hill-Air technician, recently completed my summer preventive maintenance check-up. As always, he was very friendly, professional and thorough. He inspected my entire system to make sure it operated reliably and efficiently. I am so impressed with Justin that I ask for him by name whrn I schedulev service. I have been a Hill-Air customer for over ten years. They installed my Carrier heat pump. It is still running strong. And it has paid for itself in the form of lower electric and fuel bills. VERY HAPPY !!!

I have had a maintenance Agreement with Hill-Air Heating since they installed my furnace & a/c in 2009. They send a postcard reminding me it's time to have either the a/c or furnace checked in preparation for the weather ahead. The tech arrives within the appointment time frame, is friendly and they always wear paper booties over their shoes when inside. No complaints in almost 10 years says how much I like them!

Hill-air just installed an Infinity HVAC system in my home. It is without a doubt the best engineered system I have ever encountered. This fall has been a particularly warm one that has had very warm days followed by cool nights. I have had a chance to try out the "automatic" mode on the thermostat and, using both the furnace and air-conditioner it has kept the house in the two-degree comfort zone flawlessly. Also, the dehumidify feature does a good job reducing our home's humidity close to the air-conditioner's set point. The Hill-air technicians removed the old system and installed the new in just under a day. They did a neat job and cleaned up after themselves. I am so pleased with the Infinity System, its effect on our homes comfort and Hill-air's installation and set-up of it.

This company is very timely, they have professional service people, and are easy to schedule appointments. Over the past four years they have prevented problems due to there preventative service and timely to arrive when any problems occurred.

We most recently had them for Fall maintenance (they come twice a year). The visit was quick; all was well with our system, which has been under their care since the installation of our geothermal unit about 8 years ago. I appreciated that the tech came close to the start time of the 3-hour window.

I used Hill Air when I bought my first house 30 years ago. I was out of the area for a while. But when I came back and bought a house, their preventative maintenance plan was the first thing I thought of. They catch problems fast, respond fast and are always looking out for me.

Set up appointment date and time window for seasonal service. Service man came at appointed date and time. Performed service. Replaced filters. Paid for filters.

Very well. Office staff was courteous and field technician very knowledgeable. The only problem was the part price was a bit high, but I realize that companies need to make money so that doesn't really deter us from using them again.
