We had our pre-paid furnace maintenance. Great service provided by Billy. He replaced the filter for our humidifier and checked the furnace. He was on time and finished quickly.

Technician was on-time, professional, and friendly. He answered questions thoroughly. We have used this company several years now and we are always impressed with the level of professionalism. Techs always wear booties over their shoes when entering our home. There is never any trace of dirt when they leave.

The tech gave us information to maintain the equipment outside of service calls.

Hill-air has been doing service on our furnace & AC units since we bought our house. Always professional, and shows up as expected. If they are running late they call & give you an estimated time on when they should arrive. Justin is great at his job, and always explains everything when he's done. He will also make any recommendations for the next service. Always professional & courteous.

We have been using Hill Air for about 4 years after they installed our air conditioning unit. We use their annual maintenance contract so just had our furnace check up. The technician arrived on time and did a thorough review. He even showed me how to change the filter on the humidifier. I appreciated the 8 AM appointment so I didn't have to wait all day.

We have a spring & fall maintenance agreement which works out great every year. They have a 2 hour service window so you don’t waste your day waiting on them to arrive. We have done business with them since we moved here 20 plus years ago. Highly recommend.

Hill Air installed my furnace and air conditioner in my home when it was built and have serviced it for the last 16 years and have had nothing but good luck with them. They are very professional and the technicians are very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. After 16 years this year I had to replace a part that had a cost of 250.00. They explained if I had it replaced today it was cheaper than if they had to come back.

Over 15+yrs they’ve done my tuneups. I bought the system from them. Their service has always been easy to setup, arriving on time, and quality technicians explained concerns or potential future issues to prepare for. Price can’t always be the deciding factor, it’s the whole package and consistency over time. They’ve improved over the years, from what then wouldve been excellent!

One of the few times Hill Air sent a technician that I thought was more than competent. Fixed my furnace with minimal cost and provided an honest review of the issue and fix. If you must use Hill Air for a repair, ask for Chris.

No heat and its freezing out. Chris came out and got the heat working but before he left it went off again. He went right back down and started to track down the problem. Short story we need a new furnace but Chris called the salesman and he came out tonight. We had Chris on other problems we've had he is always very nice and professional.

Hill-Air Heating & Air Conditioning just put a system in my home and I am very pleased with the whole system. It was a pleasant experience. The workers were very polite and efficient . They worked well together and cleaned up after themselves then swept out my garage which needed it before they came and they had not gotten it dirty.

Hill-Air is extremely professional and always prompt. Chris K., our service tech, does an awesome job of explaining everything he's doing and why. Never in a hurry and always willing to go the extra mile. We are very happy.
