We had Hill-Air install a new heat pump and air handler at the end of February, 2019. Everything was top-notch and professional, from the initial consultation/quote to the installation and follow-up. We've used them for our biannual maintenance since we moved to this house in 2012, as the previous owners had, so we were familiar with and trusted them.

Chris showed up on time. Had part and price was even lower than quoted. Handled everything professionally and quickly. Thank you.

We have been using Hill-Air for 28 years. We have stayed with them because everyone technician we have worked with has always been friendly, honest and very good. We recently had Chris out to look at our 'noisy' furnace blower. He was very friendly, knowledgeable & patient in explaining what was wrong and our options. Cameron was out today to discuss options on replacing our 14 year old system. Of course he was also great to work with and we feel confident we will be happy with our new system. We also love that the warranty is the best.

Preventative Maintenance agreements and Parts & Labor warranties are a must with today's more complicated HVAC systems. I am convinced they are well worth the money. Justin found an arcing circuit board before it did any serious damage to my home or system. My 10 year P&L warranty paid for itself with this visit. Justin is the best there is, period!

Technician was very knowledgeable with my equipment. Made a number of measurements and checks, resulting in an adjustment to stop heating system cycling off and on unnecessarily. Explained what he was doing. Also helped me with an unrelated problem (pilot on my fireplace) at no charge.

January 4 2019, service technician arrived on time. I have the winter summer maintenance agreement. Technician pointed out 2 specific items that needed attention during his maintenance check. The winter summer damper was not in its proper position and he fixed it. Also the valve going to humidifier was not working properly and he corrected that. I will continue to use Hill Air maintenance program.

Very nice! Answered all of my questions, and gave me tips to save on my utility bill. Will be seeing them again in October for another check up.

I’ve used Hill Air since the mid-80s, and they’ve always provided quick and excellent service. There’s never been a problem, and their techs have always been great about answering a laymank’s questions when necessary. Last service was for a motor which was replaced under warranty.
