After heavy rains our basement always had a small pool of water on the floor. We tried several companies before using EverDry and their solutions never worked. Finally, we contacted EverDry. Their representative assessed our situation and told us exactly what actions were needed to correct the problem. These included rerouting downspouts, sealing several foundation cracks, and putting in a filtered SubFloor System which included a submersible pressure sump pump. Installation was completed in 2015. Nine years later, we still have not had the first drop of water in our basement. We highly recommend EverDry.

We hired Everdry in the winter of 2021. Sales was a little pushy but we needed to get something done for the water leaking in our basement. It was expensive, but we have had a dry basement ever since. No complaints so far.

They were very friendly and informative during the process. Cleanup afterwards was quick and easy. The whole time during construction, they had plastic laid throughout the house so that they aren't tracking mud in throughout. They they had plastic all over furniture/ object/wall and hallway openings. This really did help with the dust. After they left I hardly had ANYTHING to clean up. They were amazing. We are coming up on a year since they came to the house and we haven't had any flooding since! If I could, I would give them a higher rating. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!

I have been a Everdry Customer since the early 1990's. I've been completely satisfied. My home was built in the 1880-1890's, so the basement was really an old cellar. Additionally, it was a Rock Foundation. Everyday turned my cellar into a usable Basement. And it has been dry ever since. This was the best investment we have ever made on our home. We have continued our warranty payment every year. The sump pump went out, Everdry sent out a tech and replaced the sump pump no questions asked...Great experience.

Please allow me to explain my 1 star. Im sure that the everdry product is very effective. My parents also used them which is why I hired them. Their only issue was that they spilled cement down their stairs. But Im giving them 1 star because of day 2 of the job and the absolute nightmare that it turned out to be. It was the last day of the job and should have been a short day. However, when going to detach the sink that was next to my washer, the pipe detached from the water heater and began spraying water. Did the foreman come to me and ask where the shut off was? No. And I was home the entire time on both days. Although I will admit that I didnt know where it was but when I learned what was going on, I was actively trying to figure it out with them. For 40 minutes, water was spraying out all over my basement. I was assured that they would clean up the mess. They didnt. I asked before the foreman left if the water was turned back on and he said it was but I had to call him back out because it wasnt. When he went back down to the basement to turn on additional water lines, I was on the top floor making sure everything worked. He failed to close the basement door and the cats went downstairs where there was wet cement. There are paw prints all over the place, one had to go to the hospital and is now on numerous medications due to the cement poisoning. They threw random items in the sink and theres cement pieces in the sink! And there were pieces of their plastic tarps somewhere near the washer dryer because I now have a pair of damaged leggings as a piece of plastic is fused to it. They cracked one of the tiles. And I have an outlet that has cement in it!! I have a baseboard that is broken and the base of the door is busted open. The cat tower previously stood there so I do not know what happened but you can see wood now. And theres a gap between the cement and the baseboard. Im aware they can come out and lay more but after everything that happened, I can honestly say that I dont trust them to do that because I dont want the cats back in the hospital and I dont want further damage and mess in my basement that they NEVER cleaned up. They never even cleaned up the water that they spilled because the water is still on the floor. You can see it and feel it on the carpet. If you are wondering about the picture of the door, I then noticed that my storm door no longer closes properly. I have no idea what they could have done but we cannot even shut it properly anymore! They left that door hanging WIDE OPEN too. I am so baffled by all of this. All in all, I am so disappointed because it is the complete opposite of what I was promised. I feel Lance sold me Chanel but they delivered me something off of Wish. You gave me a nightmare that will take me a year to clean up because I am disabled. I am going to have to clean up their mess that I was told they would have left to begin with as well as the complete nightmare that was the install. I also want to mention that they brought in a mop to mop up the water and mud but tossed it aside which threw mud onto the couch and left the mop here. I cannot in good conscience ever recommend you now. You destroyed my basement and you have remained silent after doing so. I am utterly appalled by this company. To add insult to injury, three of their employees came out to observe the damage. Chris was an absolute ASS and tried so hard to blame the outside waterline for the pipe that they broke. Even with photographic and video proof, he tried to say my carpet was never wet but now I have to bring in literal hazmat team because progressive had asthma attacks. You told me you would clean up your mess. You didnt. You even suggested that I should have had people come out to suck the water out of the carpet that you poured in when you broke the pipe! You left a larger mess than you ever came in with. And you pissed me off further with this visit.

I bought my grandmas house it had a yearly warranty fee with the company but I didn't know sadly. I had to pay a large fee to upgrade equipment. They were super easy to work with. I'm happy with the work they did.
