The previous owners purchased the service on October 28th 1995, We moved in 2003 and we have not have any issues whatsoever. We don't have to worry about our home getting water damage and that is a great feeling. I do believe their Quality is what sells the service and product. I was so impressed with Everdryâ  s customer service and work. They arrived on time and explained the timeline of the process. (They were very polite and courteous) They completed the job in the time frame that was stated. They came back several weeks later to inspect their work, to make sure that that job was done right as well as to make sure that I was satisfied. Iâ  ve never had a company come back after the job was completed, just to make sure that the job was done correctly, and to make sure that I was satisfied. We had a minor issue with our waterproofing several years after it was done. We called to have someone come out to look at it and they promptly sent someone out to address it. They stand by their warranty. The gentleman that came out were very kind and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Everdry.â

Three years ago I came home to my entire basement flooded. My basement was a finished basement where my bedroom was. The water came up pass my ankles, and it was continue to come in as I was trying to pump it. Once we got the water pump out of the basement, I contacted several companies and EverDry was one of the companies that came in and told me exactly what they needed to do. I am so happy that I was able to contact them and they came in and they did an amazing job getting me back into my basement a lot sooner than I thought. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them an 11. I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

It has been 7 years since we had our basement fixed. We have had no problems with our basement leaking since Everdry fixed it. Everyone has been friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. Itâ s great to not have a wet basement anymore!!

We had an Everdry system installed in our previous home, and it was already installed in the home we purchased 2 years ago.
