Everdry Waterproofing of Cincinnati

We had our basement waterproofed and a sump pump put in. EverDry did a professional job and continues to take care of any of my needs. The are reasonable in cost and give a warranty on their work and products. Whenever I have needed anything, their staff at the Cincinnati office has always been helpful and nice to me. I would highly recommend using them to any of my family or friends.

We discovered that we were stuck with a wet basement just a couple of months after moving into our home, which had been built in 1920. EverDry Waterproofing of Cincinnati came to our rescue! While it was an unplanned expense to have the basement waterproofed, it's been worth every penny. The work was completed in September 1999, almost 20 years ago, and the system is still working great. We continue to renew our warranty with EverDry each year. Any time we've had a question or small issue, they've been quick to respond and solve the problem. As a bonus, the sump pump they installed in our basement floor proved to be very useful on the day our water heater broke when we were at work and leaked gallons of water before we could get home and shut it off. So in a way, EverDry Waterproofing of Cincinnati has come to our rescue twice!

We had EVERDRY out to our house to remedy a pre-existing basement water issue that was not disclosed to us by the previous homeowners. They were concise and efficient with their proposal and were able to quickly and thoroughly complete their work in our basement. We are now able to use our basement for storage, living space, and a play area, without issue. The investment was well worth the cost. We are so happy with the job Everdry did for us. No more water laying on our basement floor and no more mold from the moisture. We have used our warranty 2 times due to sump pump issues. They replaced the pump, with no additional cost to us. Any issues we've ever had, they come out and fix it.

I am very satisfied with the work they did. They installed drains and waterproofed my basement. They have also been attentive to any needs that have occurred since the initial work. My basement is dry and doesn't smell damp and moldy anymore. Sump pumps still work great. I would recommend.

We had Everdry waterproof our basement a little over a year ago and after enduring YEARS of issues and a couple floods, we now have zero water issues in our basement. The crew that did the job was top-notch and did a fantastic job!

My basement has been dry for over 20 years thanks to Everdry. My sump pump quit working a couple of months ago so I called them. They were at my house first thing the next morning to replace the pump at no cost to me. The transferable warranty is a great selling point if you ever decide to sell your home. I would give them a 10 star rating if I could.

The sales person was a joke. All he talked about was how many awards he won and how many famous people he met. I finally went and called the head boss and had my work done through him which was 100 times better.

We have had Everdry for over 10 years. They have replaced the sump pump one time and the whole system works great.

I purchased my house 14 yrs ago from someone who used Everdry to waterproof his basement. The warranty transferred to us when we bought the house..such a great feature of the warranty! The yearly renewal for the warranty costs very little and is worth every penny. I have called them for service 3 or 4 times and they have taken care of me every time, repairing and replacing sump pumps as needed. I called, they responded quickly, worked hard with a full crew inside and outside. They installed the drain systems and two sump pumps and explained the warranty. I called a few times over the years and they responded quickly, fixed the problems and I give them good reviews. I have and will make referrals to them when/if other of my friends or relatives talk about wet basements.
