Everdry Waterproofing of Cincinnati

When we moved in our home 20 years ago, we had severe water problems in our basement. Everdry installed a system that turned rainy sleepless nights into rainy sleep-filled nights. We had one minor seepage problem several years ago, and Everdry addressed the issue quickly and completely.

Everdry waterproofed my basement a year ago. I haven't had any water issues since it was completed. They did a great job and I recommend them.

When we bought our current home in 1993, there was significant water leakage in our basement, any time it rained more than a little bit. The problem turned out to be a gaping crack that ran almost the whole length of one of the concrete foundation walls which had been hidden behind paneling installed by the previous owner. We chose Everdry to do the work. They repaired the crack, sealed the outside of the wall, installed drainage tile outside as well as under the basement floor, and installed a sump pump to catch and remove any water caught by the drains. Since then, there has been absolutely no water in our basement. In all that time we have had only one problem with the pump -- the power cord got chewed by an animal that managed to find its way into our basement. Everdry came out to service it and replaced the whole pump with a new one at no charge. I was impressed with the speed of their response and their willingness to upgrade the pump rather than just patch the cord.

When I bought my house, it was a typical hot, dry summer in southwest Ohio. I didn't realize the extent to which the basement leaked until after I'd signed the papers and closed on the sale. If it rained for more than 15 minutes, I was in the basement with a bucket and mop, cleaning up water from from five or more spots. It got to be a very depressing situation. After doing some research, I called Everdry. They explained my options for fixing the basement and making it a useful, safe part of my house again. It was a big job, and not cheap, but it needed to be done. Everdry helped me with financing and then got to work. They installed a perimeter drain system with a sump pump, extended the downspouts outside, and improved the exterior grading to pull water away from the house. The whole thing was done in about four days. The crew was professional, courteous and respectful of my property. Those guys worked hard. It turned out to be a great decision to fix the basement. No matter how much it rains, it's dry down there. After about 18 years, the system still works perfectly. I've had Everdry out to do some additional waterproofing and replace the pump as part of my warranty. They've been a pleasure to work with over the years. I'll keep renewing that warranty, too.

We bought a brand new home, and the heavy rains led to seepage and leaking in our foundation. We were dreading dealing with the issue, but we are very happy with the outcome after they did their work. The team was courteous and hard working. they explained what they were doing as they were doing it, and stayed right on schedule. No one wants to waterproof their basement, but I would definitely recommend Everdry of Cincinnati.

We had been having water in our basement in several places every hard rain since we moved into our house about 15 years ago. Finally, I decided to do something about it, so I checked out a few different water proofing companies. The guy from Everdry seemed to know what he was talking about and the estimate was reasonable (but not cheap due to all the work required inside and outside). The workmen came out and dug a trench around the inside of our basement and around the outside of our house. The inside work was quite dirty and dusty but they contained the dust and cleaned up thoroughly. The outside work dug up some bushes that were too close to the house but otherwise everything was OK. At first, they trenched around the furnace, but it leaked. So they came back (I had the furnace temporarily moved) and redid the inside work behind the furnace. It has been almost 2 years and we have not had any leaks. I am very happy with the work. It is also comforting to know that when we do sell the house we have a transferable life-time warranty to give the next owner (a big selling point). I would highly recommend Everdry water proofing company.

We had Everdry waterproof our basement over 5 years ago. They did a great job and even went the extra mile when we found little surprises along the way. They have come back once a year to check their equipment and have take care of an issues we have had with no charge. We highly recommend them and very glad we chose them to take care of our issue!!!

We had Ever Dry waterproof our basement over 30 years ago! But I do remember being really surprised at how efficient they were at their work. They were respectful and wore coverings over their shoes when walking through our house. Obviously it is going to be noisy when they are digging up concrete in the basement and I dreaded thinking about all that concrete having to be taken outside. To my surprise, I never saw any of it. They took it out through the basement window and cleaned up so well after themselves. I worried about the landscaping but it all survived just fine. When they left and I looked around outside I was just amazed at all they had done in only a few days and now everything looked back to normal. We have been so pleased with the results. Over these many years there have been only a few times we've had to call them when we noticed a little bit of water close to the pump. One time the pump had to be replaced but it had been years since it was installed so this wasn't a shock. No charge for anything. A couple other times they had to come and do some minor things. Fortunately it was always the wall by the pump that was the issue and they were able to remedy the problem. Again no charge. We would highly recommend them

We bought our house in February 2019 and were aware that we would need to address some water issues. Instead of settling for a quick fix, we decided to explore our options for a high quality solution to give us peace of mind. Yes, there was initial sticker shock, but they worked with us to help get the best possible price on the project and ultimately we knew this investment would help the property in the long run. The crew was great, efficient and communicated with us along the way to make sure everything was going smoothly. They showed us the equipment and the features of the final product so we would understand the project. Although it was a big first project at our house, we know it will be great for the resale value and ultimately give us peace of mind with the rainy days we get here in Cincinnati. Would recommend!

When we purchased our 107 year old fixer upper home, it came with an EverDry warranty that was around 35 years old. Everdry waterproofed our basement. They did an excellent job. The foreman met with me each day of the project and showed me what was done and what they would be doing. To keep from damaging my lawn all foundation digging was done by hand. We appreciated their care of our shrubs etc. They did a thorough cleaning afterwards. I now have a new family room, and completely dry and no musty odors basement. Wish I had done this sooner.

We had an excellent experience with the salesman who explained to us the waterproofing process in details , and also the workers. All the digging outside was done by hand, all our landscaping stayed in tact. On the inside, a sub floor drainage system was installed, including a sump pump and an E-Z Breathe ventilation system. We were quite impressed with the workmanship and the efficient cleanup. A couple of times, I had to call the company for minor problems which were fixed with in days. Very professional staff who provided excellent service and quality workmanship. My basement got wet after it rain and has been dry since everdry waterproofed it. We had an issue with the foundation moving a couple years after being waterproofed and everdry came out and fixed it. Now that we've used everdry for the waterproofing we have a lifetime warranty on our foundation and waterproofing. That was the best purchase we've ever made for our house.

Our home was built in 1956 with block foundation, so you can imagine the water intrusion we had in the basement of our home. A previous repair was made before we purchased the home and the quality of the work was embarrassing, not to mention illegal in the way it was done! My wife and I were concerned we would never have the issue corrected... Enter Ever Dry! They came out and gave us a quote on the repair and informed us the work was guaranteed for the lifetime of the home as well as transferable to a new owner should we sell the house. With a flexible financing option, we pulled the trigger on the repair and could not be happier. Ever Dry finished the work in two days time and walked me through everything. They had to remove an old washtub out to complete the repair and the foreman was kind enough to install a new one free of charge out of his own pocket. 2 years have gone by since the repair and we did get some water in the basement after the first repair was complete and they were quick to come out and correct the issue to get us back to no water in the basement. We had our basement waterproofed in 2017. We haven't had any problems since. They were efficient. Definitely satisfied with the results.

We haven't had any water issues since Everdry waterproofed our basement. The salesman was professional, quality of work was great, we had them come back to check the battery in the sump pump (customer service is also great). We would highly recommend!

It's been one year since the EVERDRY team came out and fixed my basement. I didn't write a review immediately because I wanted to make sure the work held up. My basement flooded all the time. Sometimes when it rained, sometimes out of no where. My aunt and uncle used Everdry and told me to call them. I'd seen their basement before and after and it was like a different house. I called and the rep came out. He explained everything to me and took a lot of time answering all my questions. I research everything and never make an impulsive buy so I had a LOT of questions. I didn't sign up that day because, well, I had to research. ;) I called a few other places and found one or two that could do it for 1-2k less but wouldn't offer a guarantee on the work at all and definitely not a guarantee that is transferable to new owners if I sold the house. All the good reviews and the warranty are what did it for me. Shawn and his team came out and they were great! They worked extremely hard and were very personable. They were very careful with the flowers outside around the house and everything in my home as well. Shawn was able to answer any questions I had and even walked me through each process and each step the guys were on. I felt completely in the know and I saw firsthand how hard the work was. They had to dig through the cement floor and walls of my basement! They were here for 3 or 4 days and finished on time, cleaned up the mess, explained my next steps and what to look for and who to call if there were any issues at all. There haven't been. I am SO glad I went with EVERDRY. The entire company- from rep to installers to owner to customer service has been great. I truly appreciate the work and my family appreciates using the basement! Also, if you have a choice between getting the EZ breathe or not, get it. Within 24 hours I noticed a difference in the smell of my entire house. I cant say enough about the whole EVERDRY team.

EverDry waterproofed my house in July 2019. From the first meeting with the Sales Consultant I felt confident that this was the team for me. He explained all my options in great detail and provided clear estimates for each option. I chose to do both inside and outside based on the age of my house. The team that performed the work was pleasant and professional and worked hard in 100 degree heat! The whole process took about 3 days and the Foreman kept me informed every step of the way. Another team came back about 12 weeks later to do an inspection and address any issues. Again, the team that came out was pleasant and professional and took care of everything that afternoon. Everything has settled nicely and my finished basement has stayed dry ever since. I would highly recommend EveryDry.

We had a very bad leaky foundation. We called EverDry after contacting a few other contractors. We hired them on the spot. Their pricing was great, their quality was perfect, time was great, and CSR is the best. We haven t had any other problems since . Our air is cleaner with the air purification system. Best of all no leaks and no concerns. I definitely recommend EverDry.

We Bought an old farm house in 2017 and the service basement had three feet of water, called Everdry and they solved the problem. Even after finding more than they Bid they pushed through and fixed the problems. Water free and still Dry.

My basement leaked for years. We had mold and it was very disgusting. Everdry came in several years ago and ever since we have used them we have not had one drop of water in the basement. It was totally worth the investment in our home. My basement no longer smells musty or has a stale odor. The gentlemen that did the job were professional and knew what they were doing. I would definetley use them again.
