Our basement had leaks in multiple locations. The crew did a great job and thoroughly explained how the system works. And it has! We have had heavy rains and the basement it completely dry. I highly recommend Everdry.

After paying a $3,000 deposit and agreeing to finance over $18,000 we asked them to add DuraShield to our order. We had to pay over $2,200 cash. This was hard to do but we wanted the basement to look more finished after the waterproofing was done. Nice guys but poor quality, dishonest work process, and terrible follow-up from the office. The crew was to excavate outside on 3 sides of the house and put in all new drainage inside along with a new sump pump. The week we had our waterproofing done was rainy, so 1/2 of the crew did not show on the first and last day. The crew really needed another full day to finish - which we would have gladly been available to do if we had been asked. We were told the basement would be clean, what was left behind was a disaster. Mud and concrete dust all over the floor and walls. The concrete was rough and had water pooling all over. The handle on the sink in the basement was lost, pipe cracked on the sink that caused dripping and water issues before concrete was dry. There were gaps and holes in the DuraShield. Outside is where it got interesting. The drainage from the house was only 3 feet away. A pop-up drain was used that would come off every time the pump ran (Every 20 min) The ground was soon saturated. In the front of the house, they roughed up the mulch to appear AS IF they had done the work however, when we dug down 3 feet, found it had NEVER BEEN DONE. We had to wait 4 weeks for a new crew to fix the issues - they sanded down the concrete to make smooth transitions, fixed the sink, and had to re-dig and fix 2 places in the basement. They moved the drainage to about 10 feet from the house...In addition, they did the work that was not done the first time in front of the house. However, the drainage outside is STILL NOT RIGHT. We have a swamp and cannot mow the grass and this is on the top of a hill. The sump pump is still running regularly and is getting louder. I asked for some type of refund for my trouble and for the fact that the crew was dishonest by saying work was done that had never been done. (Breach of contract?) If we had not dug down in the ground, we would never have known. I have called more than 6 times since June 17 and have been assured that someone will get back to me. I have talked to Danielle, Amanda, and Kenny. Still, NO RETURN CALL. Yet, I am expected to make regular payments on a job not done to my satisfaction.

No issues at all renewing and maintaining my Everdry warranty. I purchased a home in 2019 that already had everdry waterproofing and I have not had any issues!

Our basement began leaking to the point that any time we got a heavy rain come morning we would have a 1/2 inch of water covering the floor. We contacted Everdry and a representative was at our home within a day or two to give us a quote. We chose Everdry to waterproof our basement, partly due to the lifetime warranty. About 90 days later (this was due to my schedule) they began work on my house. Over the course of the next three days Everdry waterproofed my basement to the point my dehumidifier hardly ever runs now. Once they had finished we experienced several heavy rain fails, this is when I would have been expecting to have to go to the basement bare foot. Not the case, basement bone dry. We were so impressed with how dry our basement now is that we had our basement finished and is now our favorite place to spend time with our family. Money well spent.

Everdry did a great job from start to finish. They were polite and professional. We will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

We "inherited" our waterproofing service and warranty from the previous owner of our home. When water issues became apparent in our basement during extremely heavy flooding in June 2019, I contacted Everdry, who sent a crew out to address several issues around the foundation that had deteriorated due to weather erosion over time. The best part? There was no bill! It was all covered under the warranty. I don't know what the initial waterproofing service cost, but the $75 annual warranty renewal is worth every penny for the peace of mind it brings to know that my property is covered!

Everyone was professional, from the inspector to the salesperson to the workers and especially the customer service representatives. All questions were answered up front and any concerns were resolved quickly.

We got a quote from EverDry soon after moving into the house. We found out that the previous owners had not disclosed the water damage in the basement. Everytime it rained, you could see the water dripping down the walls, and when it poured, there were puddles on the floor. We contacted EverDry and their very professional salesman came out. They gave us a fair price and we signed the paperwork to get the job started. They helped explain what we were getting and how it worked. They were flexible with financing terms and took away costs for paying early too. They also helped provide some paperwork to the lawyer we were talking to about the water damage that wasn't shared from previous ownership. Construction happened pretty quickly and overall, we are satisfied with the work. We haven't seen any water intrusion since they came out. We are about to hit up the one-year mark and have a check-up booked.

We had Everdry waterproof our basement over 11 years ago (2010) and have not had any issues with water in the basement since. If you have issues with water in your basement we recommend having Everyday out for an estimate; they solved the issues in a house (built in 1939).

The project was completed on May 12th, 2021. I am looking for the same long-term positive result of water proofing our crawlspace as indicated by other reviewers. I will check back in with a report after a while.

We are more than happy with the results of EverDry water-proofing our basement. It has been about 6 years and we are still happy. The customer service has been more than polite and helpful.

We had major basement flooding just about every time it rained. Everdry installed interior and exterior drainage system, as well as a sump pump in the basement. This was in 2011 and we have had no issues since. The workers were polite professional and did quality work. I would highly recommend this company based on our 2011 experience.
