The previous owner had Everdry do work in our basement. Even though we didnâ t pay for it, Everdry stands behind their work, and their lifetime warranty is excellent. Weâ ve had a lot of little issues that Everdry has come out to fix or deal with. Itâ s not always quick, but they reliable.

I bought my home in 2014, knowing it had significant water intrusion issues in the basement. I hired Everdry to perform their waterproofing method on my basement and it has stayed dry down there ever since. I really wanted to finish my basement when I bought the house but knew I couldn't with the water issues it had but now after Everdry's work, I know that finishing it is now a possibility. I appreciate the work they did to put my mind at ease about the health concerns that come with a musty basement - not a worry for me any longer!

We moved into our current house in Cincinnati in 2019 and EVERDRY was already installed. We have had zero issues with water in our basement. The only other house on our street with a dry basement, has an EVERDRY basement as well. Great customer service.

I literally had, not only black mold, but mushrooms growing in my basement due to the high moisture and water coming up from the cracks. after doing a lot of research on basement waterproofing, EverDry was the only company whom I thought did the job â the right wayâ . Other companies wanted to put the water track on top of the footer of the house (which makes no sense). EverDry put in a system similar to a French drain which took care of 75% of my basement problem. Then they tackled the outside problem. The foreman and his team were courteous and knowledgeable. True that theyâ re not the cheapest option out there, but theyâ re worth every dollar. I would definitely call EverDry again for another house or recommend them to another person in the same situation.

5 years ago we moved into our home and within the first few months our basement flooded 2-3 times. We had EverDry come out and it was the best decision we made! The peace of mind just knowing that our basement will not flood is wonderful!! I would highly recommend EverDry!

When I bought my home 3 years I had the opportunity to continue the basement waterproofing warranty. Since living here I've required Everdry's services a few times, each time they showed up on time and fixed the problem as explain.

Every time we had a heavy rain, or even a moderate rain, we would have water in the basement...it came up through the floor. Everdry came out and in only a day and a half, they worked their magic. Waterproofing, when done correctly, is not inexpensive. Everdry did an outstanding job and has been very thorough in follow-up. We've lived in our house for 38 years and our basement has NEVER been so nice, dry, and doesn't smell like a basement.

Everdry came out and completed 2 jobs in a matter of a year of me moving into my home all under their warranty! The problems was fixed with ease and I'm so happy that the previous owner hired them for the job!

We had EverDry Waterproofing protect our basement in 2018, and have been dry ever since. In 2020, We had a discolored patch in one corner, Ever Dry came out, inspected, and fixed the situation inside and outside. Theyâ ll even do an annual inspection of the sump pumps and battery backup for free. Great not to worry when it rains anymore!

Everdry completed an extensive waterproofing of my basement in spring of 2018 to include: removing concrete next to outside walls, drilling weep holes, installing drain tile, connecting the drain tile to a sump pump and then repairing the concrete floors. They also regraded the exterior of the home AND installed an E-Z Breathe system to improve moisture/humidity levels in the home. The work was completed professionally and according to the agreed upon schedule. They even came back to extend the exterior drainage pipe when a minor landscape issue occurred several years after the install. While other neighbors continue to have basement water problems, my home has been completely dry!!! Very happy I decided to go with EverDry!
