Everdry has been very accommodating. They make sure your satisfied with the work they complete. I reached out to other companies and they told me they couldn't help me with my basement. Everdry completed the work and I have not had any leaks. I am able to utilize my basement as a household place again.

We chose Everdry based on the price for the waterproofing work and their customer service. We did not have any problem with our basement after the service. Ehe maintenance was made before 4 years. *this review is incentivized, but honest. Everdry offered to waive two years of my warranty payments for reviewing them on three websites.* The salesperson was not honest with us, we were told we would not have to remove the drywall framing in the basement and that they could install around it. This was untrue and we had to rip out all of that ourselves when the time came. We were told we were financing the entire job, but one week before were told we owed almost $2,000.00 that wasn't financed. After threatening to cancel the install, they waived that. The crew were unprofessional and the materials installed on the walls were crooked and do not look anything like the photos we were shown by the salesperson. Our washing machine was reinstalled incorrectly and leaked onto the new concrete, causing it to set incorrectly. They had to come fix it. The wall material around the basement windows is uneven and crooked, the seams running up and down the walls are all crooked, and overall it looks terrible. The foreman pressured me to write a letter of recommendation before he left, stating that if I did not it would impact his pay. The only reason this review is three stars and not one star is because the basement is dry, which was the point. But we would definitely not choose to do this again.

Had the basement waterproofed when we first moved in. They did nothing for the foundation outside. We started having leaks in some parts of the basement. Everdry did foundation work outside and inside. Their guarantee is great. I would highly recommend.

We had a water issue and drainage issue complicating the lower-level water issue in our home. This happened many years ago. EVERDRY gave us a plan to resolve our multiple problems and completed the solution effectively both outside and inside our home! We have never had another issue, although many of our neighbors did!! And EVERDRY makes sure we are completely satisfied with meaningful contacts and updates.

We've got an early 80's Zicka 4 BR house. Turns out the foundation drainage wasn't done properly when the house was built...our sump pump only drained ~1/4 of the basement because water doesn't flow uphill. Everdry jack-hammered the inside perimeter of the basement, replaced the drain system, installed a Cadillac-grade sump pump, trenched around the outside of the foundation, installed plastic sheeting & french drains. I've never seen a crew work like them. Wasn't cheap, but the job definitely wasn't easy. I hope Ian the crewleader runs for president.

In 2017 we had experienced water seeping in part of our basement after heavy spring rains. We contacted Everdry to come out and address the problem. They gave us a prompt inspection and proposal and scheduled for the first available date. They provided detailed explanation what they were going to do, how they would minimize disruption, and complete the clean-up. The Everdry team showed up on the scheduled date, and their team conducted drain line trenching on the exterior foundation as well as the basement perimeter foundation floor. I was impressed how efficient that their team worked at the very labor intensive digging and drain line installation. I could tell that the work team was very knowledgeable and experienced at doing this. We enjoyed a dry basement for until this past spring 2023, when a small amount of water showed up in the corner of the basement after a particularly intensive week of pouring rain. We called Everdry, and they sent out a service person to determine what was causing this. He identified the source of the problem, and an easy fix that was addressed several weeks later. I appreciated their responsiveness and ability to provide a timely solution. While they may not provide the cheapest service, they are excel at what they do and I highly recommend them.

Since Everdry waterproofing we no longer have to worry about the rain. The sound of the sump pump going is welcomed sound. Plus the transferrable warranty when we go to sell just makes it more appealing for the buyer. Already recommended to coworkers.

WE LOVE EVERDRY and are extremely happy we chose to have them waterproof our basement. Please, do yourself a favor and call EVERDRY to fix any basement problems you have. We have total peace of mind now during hard rains, and want that for you, too!

EVERDRY Waterproofing did a great job installing a sump pump and waterproofing our entire basement. We can now enjoy our basement as a finished, carpeted family room, and storage area, without worrying about water damage. When we had problems with some cracked concrete outside that was allowing water to seep into the basement, they came out promptly and sealed the cracks, and the water seeping was fixed. They also replaced the sump pump battery, all without any charges. We are very pleased to have the transferable warranty, as that will be as asset we can list if and when we decide to sell this home. We would definitely recommend EVERDRY.

Everdry water proofed my basement about 10 years ago . It was the best investment i ever made !! They came out earlier this year for an issue and they promptly rectified the issue !!!
