We were impressed by the service we received. The deck and fence both look great. We would recommend DPM Fence to anyone. They were there when they said that they would be and they completed the work when they said that they would. They also cleaned up after themselves and everything looks great. The value of our home has increased! Awesome job!

Installers were on time, professional, and polite. They finished in good time and cleaned up the work site. Josh from their office was responsive to my emails and very professional. The use of an electronic invoice was helpful.

Unfortunately, due to weather and being overcommitted (I think), we didn't really get scheduled until October 2016. There was a lack of communication about people coming out to survey the situation and when we would start. Obviously, DPM is super busy. However, once the 2 gentleman did come out, they were impressive. Kind, Courteous, Clean, Communicative, and VERY VERY good workers. They did an absolutely amazing job on our fence, top notch! It was just bad timing and such that pushed out our job so long. Overall, I would hire them again and had a very good experience. I did talk to another fence company and they were also very behind, so it's not just DPM.

The fence is beautiful but be prepared to wait and wait and wait long after the estimated installation time is quoted. I got my quote in May was told it would be 6 weeks- months went by and the only time I had an update was when I contacted the company. Each time there was some reason why it was going to be delayed again. It was finally installed in September. It is well priced and was very well installed once they showed up.

We really like the work they did and the price was right. They were able to install it in one day while we were at work. My emails were always answered in a timely matter. The only snag was trying to find a time for them to install, but once they did find the time there were no problems. We would definitely use them again.

The price was great compared to the other estimates that I received. The price included removing brush in the area where the fence was installed and a gate. The downside was that it took over 6 weeks from the initial contract to perform the work to actual work getting starting. I was originally told it would be 1 to 3 weeks. In addition to the delay, there was no contact from DPM unless I called them to ask if and when they were coming out. I have no complaints with the work or the price. I would hire them again.

They went above the call of duty and I would recommend them to anyone.

The company and their employees worked with us on how we wanted the fencing installed. A couple of areas had to be routed around some large existing trees. The fencing also had a right angle on a slope which was more complicated. The workers were experienced, cordial, told us when they would arrive the next day and cleaned up after themselves.

I contacted DPM Fence to inquire as to having some fence repair work done in my backyard. Josh Hinkle contacted me right away. I explained that I would be putting my home on the market and time was of the essence. He offered to come out to give me a quote but also gave me the option of sending him pictures of the work to be done so that I could get a faster quote. He let me know very qucikly how much it would cost, kept in contact when the workers had a question, and provided customer-focused service every step of the way. The work was done quickly and accurately. And his crew was very courteous. But the most noteworthy part of the experience was that after the job was completed, Josh called me to say that it went more smoothly than anticipated and he was going to BILL ME LESS THAN THE AGREED UPON AMOUNT. Now when did anyone ever tell you to pay less when you were prepared to pay more? I can't recall any other business doing that. And as a retiree on a pension, it was one of the nicest surprises I'd had in a long time.

DPM built a fence using two types of fencing to contain my dogs. They came twice to measure and estimate and then built the fence about 6 weeks later. They used no pre-built materials other than the gate. Their estimate was lower than the others I had received. They did a great job!

The fence looks great! Everyone I had contact with was professional and prompt. I received a quote in a timely fashion and the workers were punctual and did a great job. They cleaned up and removed the old fence. I wouldn't hesitate to refer my friends to DPM Fence.

I purchased the DPM Fence $99 fence tune up deal through Angie's list. DPM contacted me the next week and gave me a time frame for the service. the technician came out and repaired the fence while we were at work. everything was done well. he readjusted the single fence gate and re-aligned the double fence gate. I was impressed, they performed everything well and the gates are back as good as new.

DPM did a great job for us, very impressed. Service/Responsiveness: Josh Hinkle was extremely responsive. He continually followed up by email. We had just moved in and overwhelmed, but he dropped a quote in our mailbox the same day I sent the request for quote. I waited for other quotes for two weeks and had to follow up with the other vendors. Ultimately, I went with DPM due to the response time I got from Josh even though my neighborhood had a lot of work completed by a competitor. Quality: The product they offered was very high quality. The end result met our needs and looks fantastic. Labor: Originally, I thought this would be a two day job, but the crew did not stop. They worked hard the entire time, finishing in one day. After the job was complete, Josh took time out to do a walk through. He was very thorough and polite. I highly recommend this company.

Asked for quick dates - didn't meet their schedule. I understood that, and we made other arraignments. Not a big deal, just a small hassle.. Person was professional, but did not hardly do ANY work for the money. We know that our two fence gates catch and rub against each other. We KNOW that. That is why we purchased this deal. It was to repair up to two gates. Well they came out on an extremely cold day, so everything was "shrunk" apparently. So he walked the fence, stated to my spouse that he oiled the gates (6 small hinges) and told my wife that they were not rubbing that day. We know that they do and the person should have seen that on the wood. Never suggested that he would come back out and fix them right when it was warmer. They apparently were just happy to take the quick money and run without "fixing" anything. They were there for not more than 10-15 minutes per my spouse. Very disappointed.

I received a call the same day that I posted for the job. Josh Hinkle set up an appointment 2 days later to give me a quote. He showed up exactly when he said he would. I had a quote on my email by the end of the day. I had to get my land surveyed and get a variance from the Township. After that was done Josh said it would be 1 to 3 weeks for the job. The following Monday Josh emailed me that they would begin work on that Friday morning. They showed up exacly when they said that they would. They finished the job exactly when they said that they would. I have a hilly back yard with many uneven spaces where they erected the fence. i expected to have a fairly uneven top to the fence. I only put the fence up to keep my new puppy enclosed in the yard. I was thrilled that they kept the top of the fence very even and landscaped the bottom to keep my dog from crawling under. They left my property in much better shape than they had found it, and surpassed my expectations by quite a bit. I do not usually respond to giving service reviews, but felt that this company earned my time to say these things, by the way they proffesionally erected my fence. I will recomend this company to anybody that I hear that needs this service.

So far, he has only replaced one of four pickets included in the deal, and has not nailed down the loose pickets the deal said he would.

Josh was very punctual and professional with his quote, and I was impressed with the fast response to my initial contact. The crew ran one day behind, but called to make me aware of the delay, and worked on a Sunday to get caught up. The work was finished on Monday, and the yard was cleaned up of all tools and materials upon completion. My only complaint was that I found a couple of cigarette butts in the yard after the crew left, and I also found some staples in the yard from the materials.

The work started the day before Thanksgiving, even with the bad weather the fence was completed within the 5 business day period outlined in the contract. The fence is beautiful. We couldn't be happier! The ending cost was spot on the estimate, no surprises. John the owner was very nice and easy to get in touch with. His employees were very polite and easy to work with. If we are to need fencing or deck work done in the future we will be calling them again.

The service went fine. One technician came out and showed up as scheduled. He replaced some boards and secured some nails. He also realigned the gate so it opens and closes better. He completed the job in under an hour. He was friendly and did what weasked. I had no problem scheduling the deal and everything was scheduled through email.

Josh did an excellent. He met with my husband to discuss the job and my husband was really impressed with him. My husband likes to deal with small business owners like himself but is picky about how they handle themselves and their businesses. He gave Josh a thumbs up.
