Kendall and Joe are honest, timely, and communicative. I worked with the previous owner 3 years ago — and he was honest too. Despite the fact he underquoted us due to a mis-measure from someone on his team — he stood by the original quote, like an honest person. 3 years later, there was a wee problem with one of our gates, so we reached out to Kendall (who responded immediately), and Joe came back out within 48 hours and made it perfect -- totally free of charge! He just swung by and fixed it first thing in the morning. Again, this is particularly notable because at this point they had changed ownership, but they helped us out anyways. Anyways, based on my experience, I would recommend this company. They gave quality work — and just as important, they were upstanding citizens (which, I am finding, is increasingly rare).

Original contract was signed in May and was estimated a 4-6 week waiting period. Work was finally completed 5 plus months later. While I do not fault DPM for the delay (lumber shortage due to COVID), I do have problems with their lack of communication regarding the delay. I had to email multiple times asking when work could be started. At one point they said work would start "in a couple of weeks" and sent me a revised contract with a $520 increase. They refused to honor the original, signed contract. I continued service with them because at that point I had waited so long I just wanted it done. I signed the new contract and still a month later work had not started. I emailed the owner and said I was giving them one week to get started or I would go with another company. Exactly one week later, someone came and knocked down the old fence, left it laying in the yard and left for the day. When measurements were taken for the project, there seemed to be no concerns with what I wanted. However, once work began he wanted to change the layout and the gate locations that were originally planned. While I agreed with his logic, I wish I would have been told the information at the time of the measurements because I made arrangements that took quite a bit of work for the gate placement that I later had to redo. Over the next several days work proceeded as necessary and overall I will say that I am happy with the end product. Nearly all work was completed by one individual who only worked 8:30 to 1:30 daily. Having full-time workers or even multiple workers would definitely shorten the wait times. Several places along the fence have a 3+ inch gap at the bottom of the fence line. I emailed all of my concerns to the owner before making a payment and he was very receptive. He agreed to send someone back out to put up pickets around the bottom of the fence to cover the gap. This was done later the same day and it looked like the work of a child - I removed them myself within an hour. I have a dog that is sometimes prone to digging and will have to come up with another solution. In their defense I do agree that I have a strangely slopped yard. Overall I wish I could give two ratings one on the work which would probably be a B and a second on the customer service which would be an F. I would strongly not recommend. FYI, if you do use them, the small print on the contract says you must leave their sign attached to the fence or the warranty is void.

Excellent. Josh was very responsive and kept me informed about approximate date of beginning the work. He responded quickly to my emails. Said they would be out to give an estimate, they never called to give me an estimate.

We bought a new house and have 3 dogs , we needed to enclose the gaps in the backyard so I received a quote for 61 ft of chainlink fence . Before booking I asked if they had an idea on how long it would take to get started as timing was important to us and was told just a couple of weeks. Several weeks later after booking I reached out a few times asking if they had put us on the installation schedule yet or if they had a general idea on how much longer but was informed they didn’t have a date selected and that someone would reach out a few days before they would start . Since it was confirmed via email that a date had not been selected nor even a ballpark idea on when they would start I told them to just forget about it that we were going to go in another direction . I then quickly received an invoice for 153.00 for a cancellation fee for the project that wasn’t even scheduled yet. I could understand if I bailed after it was all setup but we literally didn’t know if it would be another few weeks / months etc

Overall I would give then A. I would used them again. Fair price and work was good. I had to go through the estimate twice. First one did not work out.

Well for starters DPM didn't contact me for 4 days, that contact was on here, an email. Then I was eventually contacted via phone call. Joe called me last Thursday giving me times he could come to my house to start the estimate process. I agreed for the next day, Friday. I asked him what time. He said morning-early afternoon. I took off work so I could be home. And guess what? He never showed or called. Then today, a week later, he sends a text. Are you serious?! So thanks to Joe I went with Lowes instead of DPM. If this is the kind of business DPM runs, its not the type of business I want doing work for me.

After waiting months for another company after I sent a picture of what I wanted. The job was scheduled and completed within a couple of weeks.

The estimate and proposal went smoothly. Price quoted was very competitive and estimator and Josh (owner) both seemed professional. During installation, installer began using existing terminal posts instead of new as stated in proposal/contract. Josh stated he never intended to supply new and stating them as new material was a mistake. It was an unpleasant conversation and experience. We agreed that installer would re-use existing terminal posts and paint them black. POST SALE: The fence mesh is sagging - clearly not stretched tightly enough when installed. No response to my call to have situation corrected. I would not hire them again, nor would I recommend them.

They did high quality work with high quality materials. The installers were friendly and worked hard. They got the job done in one day. The owner, Josh was very friendly as well and gave us a good price.

I emailed and text to get an estimate and they never responded. Not very good business practice. Very disappointing.

Josh and Kristen contacted me very quickly after my e-mail and set up an appointment to review the property. Kristen arrived on time, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She made suggestions on placement of the fence, the gates, etc. It did take a few days to get the estimate (the company I chose wrote up the estimate before leaving the property), but Josh was very helpful at answering any questions I had. Their price was a little higher than the company I chose but not out of line. I chose another company based on their recommendations and estimate, but mainly due to a personal reference from my cousin. I would not hesitate to contact DPM for any future projects.

We called and made an appointment for DPM to come out and give us a bid on fence installation. No one showed up and no one returned our phone calls following that. Extremely unprofessional.

DPM was fantastic from the initial consult, to the writing up of the proposal to installation. Throughout the process Josh kept us well informed and our installer, Giovanni, was able to complete the job in one day. We could not be happier with the result!

Due to way too much rain this season, the install team was a little behind getting to us. But, when the sun finally came out for a couple of days, they knocked out our job with no issues. Communication was great, very responsive to questions and offered a suggestion to solve a zoning hurdle. DPM definitely exceeded our expectations.

I can't say enough about how great this company is. Took only 3 days from start finish. We're waiting on one more gate that's in order but his team sealed the gap so we can let or dog out without her getting away until it comes in. Josh and his team are top notch. They're fair priced and their work exceeded our expectations. I'd recommend them to all my friends and family.

Vendor never responded to query asking for estimate.

Kristen was at our house within 2 days of contacting DPM to measure and the estimate was emailed the following day. The installers were excellent. I made a last minute change and needed to have some brush removed to finish the project. Giovanni was very accommodating with the schedule so that I could find a tree removal company. Everything looks amazing!

Total install time was 2 days, fence looks great.

The crew came as agreed upon on Saturday morning and they worked till 5 pm. They came back on Sunday to complete the job. They took down the sheds and left the trees and vegetation around it pretty much untouched. All the material and surrounding trash (extra wood, chain links, bags of concrete, pipes, etc...) were taken out and hauled away. They even swept up the soil/mud that came off the tires on to the driveway and street.

The fence and gate look awesome, and the work done was better than expected. I would definitely hire this company again.

Appointment at noon to assess job to give us a quote; no one ever showed up. After waiting an hour, we called the office and left a message to say no one came. She(Kristen?) returned the call later that day; she had an emergency and someone was supposed to call to tell us. Okay, things happen so we rescheduled with her for the following week. On the day of the next appointment she calls 10 min before the appointment to say that her car broke down on I-75 and she would come in about 45 min. Over 5 hours later, no one has come or even called. Guess they are not interested in our business and will not get it.

We got several quotes and then talked to Josh at DPM Fence. Josh actually listened to what we wanted where some of the others tried to oversell their services and he came up with a plan that we loved. After waiting a few weeks they started the job. Josh and his guys were courteous and arrived exactly when they said they would. They paid attention to detail and gave us a better deck than we envisioned. They cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions. Overall, a great experience. I would suggest them and would surely hire them again.
