I used A to Z Appliance Service relative to some of the other high rated Angie’s List appliance service providers since I knew A to Z Appliance Service to be an official Whirlpool service provider due to prior work. I became aware of this since I had an in-warranty issue with a Whirlpool microwave in 2011 and A to Z Appliance Service was sent by corporate Whirlpool. While they are headquartered in the Dayton area, they have a satellite office north of West Chester to service the northern Cincinnati area. The technician, Ethan, who came for this service call, as well as for the prior microwave service call, was on time, knowledgeable, very professional, and finished the job efficiently. I was also impressed how A to Z Appliance Service makes effective use of technology. Ethan used a cell-connected laptop to track his jobs and, as needed, access detailed appliance manuals for reference. Payment was made electronically as well, with the invoice and receipt e-mailed to me.

Problem correctly diagnosed and repair done as promised. Techs. very professional (Nate did the actual repair). Frig is working well now.

They worked with me in getting an appointment to match my work schedule. Tech was prompt, very nice and knowledgeable about the product. I would certainly use them again.

A to Z was responsive and professional. They fixed the problem and found an additional problem with the wiring in my home.

Considering the minor cost difference (about 30 bucks), we decided to go with the factory-assembled part with the idea that if the original element (about 15 years old) broke, the rest of the assembly was probably at the end of it's life cycle, too. The technician also noticed the plastic and quot;glidesand quot; which help the drum turn smoothly inside the cabinet were badly worn and would probably fail soon. Since it would take about 2 minutes to install those glides now since the dryer was already disassembled, we had those replaced too. About an hour later, the dryer was back together and running again. The clothes were drying properly and the drum seemed to be turning in a quieter manner. A to Z Appliance Service is an excellent company who should be the first one you call for a repair of a washer, dryer, refrigerator, etc. Their estimates have always been accurate and a little less than we expected to pay. They are respectful and polite both on the phone and in person. They accept checks for service, too.

They did a really great job. They repaired my washing machine, which was 12 years old. It works like new. They are fantastic. They explained what need to be repaired and explained that I may be able to us my machine for another five or six years.

It turned out that a plug got unplugged, so they came in and fixed it. They were very prompt and nice. They seemed to know what they were doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were okay. They completed the work and charged what they had estimated they would. I think they did a good job. I didn’t really see the work because it was done in my rental. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

An excellent experience as the serviceman was very informative and absolutely knew what he was doing. It took multiple calls to various service shops to find a shop that serviced our brand of appliance (LG). We were very pleased with the service and would use these folks again. Their telephone customer service representative was very informative and their service follow through from telephone call to completion of service was excellent.

I FOUND THEM TO BE PROFESSIONAL, AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS QUICK. THE SERVICE MAN WAS VERY PLEASANT. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE TO THE PROBLEM WITH MY DRYER. HE REPAIRED IT AND WAS ON HIS WAY.

HE WAS VERY TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS AN OLDER GENTLEMAN AND I COULD TELL THAT HE'S DONE THIS FOREVER BECAUSE HE REALLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. OVERALL I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE JOB.
