The company was very responsive and came the same day I called. The work was done promptly and for a reasonable price. After this experience, I will always ask Tri County Door to all future work on my garage door. They are very good.

Better than I possibly thought it could, I called first thing in the morning to schedule an appointment and my garage door was repaired by 11 AM THE SAME DAY! Otis was professional, polite and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Just one person came out to complete the service. It took about 45 minutes for the service to be completed. They left the area the same as how they found it. They showed up the next day.

Vendor was easy to work with for hiring and scheduling. Prices were transparent and given over the phone ahead of the service. Coupon for Angie's List members took about $10 off the service fee. The technician was friendly, showed up right on time, and worked efficiently (a little over an hour). He stayed to make sure the garage worked well with repeated runs and tweaking. My husband and I were both pleased with how easy this transaction was and we thank them for their professionalism.

Service call was able to be scheduled quickly...thank goodness, because my car was trapped in the garage! They were running a special to replace both springs (which you should do even if ony one is broken since they are the same age). Extremely pleased with service, promptness, quickness of repair and going the extra mile to oil all hinges on this big door and give me general overview of condition. I was even able to use my $10 service call coupon for Angie's list. Price much better than others. Local business for more than 40 years. Highly recommend.

Went excellent. They were out the next day, early in the morning. Quick and painless! I called on a Monday afternoon and they were out Tuesday by 9am. Their pricing was on par with their competitors and with the Angie List discount I saved even more. The person I spoke on the phone with was pleasant and very helpful to explain my options. Would hire again!

They were very courteous and they did expeditiously and they did their job well. I really, no problems. Everything was good. Work was fine, good.

Otis, the service person, was extremely polite and well spoken. He explained what happened, gave me the options and made a recommendation (replace both cables). It turns out the capacitator was smoking and needed to be replaced. I am very pleased! Used the Angie's list coupon for a reduction in the service call.

The two guys from Tri-County Door Service were great. They got straight to work and had the springs replaced very quickly. They oiled all of the rollers and balanced the door. Overall, I was thrilled with their professionalism and the quality of their work.

They set up two appointments and didn't show for either of them I took off two afternoons from work then called 2 days after the second missed appointment and told me someone was at my house to do measurements I was not home. They then acted like I put them out.

A spring in one of my garage doors suddenly broke. I called Tri-County the next morning, and within 90 minutes the job was completed, plus Keven inspected my other door and gave me some good advice about upcoming work which will need done. I will certainly be calling them when I need more work and/or replacement doors.

This has happened several times to us over 20 years or so - we go to open the garage door and a spring breaks. It is rarely at a convenient time. We call Tri-County door (recently I think it was a Sunday night) and they called back quickly and were at our house the next morning to replace the spring. We couldn't be happier with the service and fast response time.

Message left after hours was responded to before opening the next day. Technician arrived 1.5 hrs later and all repairs accomplished in about 40 minutes. Technician was organized, efficient, very professional.

The service was fantastic. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. I felt the cost of the service was very good, I will definitely use Tri County Door service in the future.

Both on 9/15/2015 & today (10/22/15) Kevin was punctual & very personable. In fact on the 9/15 call I asked & he suggested a plumbing company for a toilet replacement job. Although he wasn't sure that plumber was still in business, I found Al Ulle Plumbing/Heating listed in Angie's List & called. As it turned out, Al Ulle retired & Campbell's Plumbing returned my call, but their estimate for the plumbing job was twice the amount of another plumber, who just today did that work for me. While Kevin was here today, he also reprogrammed the outside keypad as it had failed to operate also. I rated Tri County a B for Price because I'd paid $200 for that battery replacement & thought $100 to do what they had to do was pricey. Although Kevin said they normally offer a Sr Citizen's discount, that wouldn't apply because Tri County Door had to pay shipping to/from Lift Master! Bottom line is I'm satisfied with services from Tri County Door. I'm less than happy with Lift Master for having a $200 battery cost me another $100 to replace it after the original lasted 10 years & the replacement just 1 year!

Tri-County was very flexible in their schedule. They accomodated me when I had to reschedule at the last minute. They are very easy to contact via email or phone. Kevin was on-time, friendly and professional. He knew what was wrong right away and told me the cost up front. He fixed the sensor and oiled the tracks. He told us that we have a good opener that should last about 15 years (we've had it for 12 years), and that our garage door was of good quality. We paid him, gave him our Angies List coupon, and he was on is way to his next appointment. It took about 1/2 hour at most for Kevin to resolve a problem that had aggravated us for weeks, and he was pleasant to boot. Easy peasy.

Repairman arrived in a timely fashion. He was friendly and courteous. Immediately knew the problem and proceeded to fix it and what caused the problem. Was done quickly without a sales pitch. Reasonably priced with coupons.

They came out the same day we called. The gentlemen was quite personable and friendly. This is the second time we have used TRI-COUNTY DOOR SERVICE, INC. Exceptional service both times.
