I emailed one evening. The office called at 8:30 the next morning to find out about the problem, explain their fee structure and schedule a time to come out and have a look. They were here the next day. The time slot was 10 am to 1 pm. A got a call before 1 pm saying that the Tech ran into some issues and asked if it was OK for him to come between 2:30 and 3. I was good with that. Frank showed up in that time slot, asked questions, explained what he was going to do. When he was finished, he explained what he had done and why he thought the repair was necessary. He was polite, friendly and professional. I'll definitely call Tri County again if I have a problem and ask for Frank.

The repair was well done by the repair techs who came to the house. The problem was identified on Saturday by Otis and the part was installed on Monday by Jayson. Thumbs up to Otis and Jayson. The Angie’s List coupon which shows a discount on the service call was not honored. The coupon doesn’t indicate any qualifiers for use. We called on Friday at 4:15 but we were called back on Saturday. The service call for Saturday was seventy dollars. The fee was applied to the cost of the spring replacement.

Went well. Record cold temps did not stop them from coming out and taking care of the problem effeciently and professionally.

From the first conversation to the end of the work, these guys are absolutely top notch. I highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their garage door or opener.

I called these guys to install a garage door opener, and in less than an hour there was a technician at my house. The install went well, he was friendly and afterwards walked me though everything I needed to know to use and care for my new opener. Would definitely use again.

I had hired Tri County a couple of years ago when a spring broke in one of my garage doors. At the time, the serviceman said that I should probably replace both doors soon, as they were in pretty bad shape. I finally decided to do it this summer and called Tri County. They were great throughout the entire process, and I couldn't be happier with my new doors. Thanks!

Extremely responsive from the first call. Ordered the parts. Called me when the parts were in and were able to come out same day. Technician was excellent. Even replaced the burnt out bulbs and reprogrammed all of our garage door openers. Would definitely use them again.

I am writing this review a little late, but I always wanted to do a review and never remembered until now (the work was done back in April/May2016) . They did a great job. They were punctual, very nice and gave a fair estimate price. My garage door hadn't been working and somehow they were able to get a door in for me very quickly and way ahead of schedule. They did a great job of installing it and cleaned up well afterward.

They came out the day after I called. The gentleman was very friendly and professional and within a half hour had finished the job. He had me come out and take a look at it to make sure I was happy with it. I was. I have used Tri-County before and would definitely use them again. I know it could have been a DIY job but it was so nice to just have a professional come out and do it and know it was done correctly. They have the knowledge and the right tools. Well worth the money.

Technician was rude and didn't even know the address of the company. We needed an authorization number from our home warranty company. Tech refused to answer her questions, got frustrated, packed his equipment and left. Upon a call to the office, the office staff also had a very nasty attitude. Based on this one interaction, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

He arrived on time. Very professional and easy to talk to. Got right to work and was done quickly. He advised me that he could install a key release for my door because there are no other doors or windows in the garage. I was glad he told me and had it installed. He showed me how to use and let me try it. Very good experience. I will call them again if I need to.

AWESOME! I called and was told someone was in the area finishing up a job. Frank was here within 30 minutes! He was professional, understanding and quick. He did have to return the next day to replace trim that was ripped off, but he was here right on time. I used the Angie's List coupon, which saved me on the service call, but everything else was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend and they will be our first call next time! thank you
