Description of Work: I initially called because my garage door would not open. The tech was extremely professional and took the time to show me what exactly was wrong with my door and worked with me on the price! Now I have no worries with my garage door. Thanks Tri Country Door Services!

Description of Work: change garage door opener | |Unable to open garage door. |Came and said maybe some part of garage door is broken but the door was 15 years old. asked us to choose if we are going to try to repair that part ( I dont remember the name) which will cost almost 200 USD and No garatee if I will be fixed ( !!! what is that kind of offer? for me if it does not fix means you are not doing your job- or mainly means you did not know what 's wrong) or just get a new opener. We went for a new opener which cost 350 as it garantee to work | |They came fast to diagnose the problem. Only thing I dont like was asked me to choose to repair ( with no garantee if it will be fixed) versus new opener. I feeel like the technician who came for diagnose the problem either dose not know exactly where problem is or jsut want to get more money from pur pocket. But the guy who came to change the opener was great, very patient with us. The new opener works well.

Description of Work: Garage door became off the track and was missing a track roller late evening during one of the coldest periods of January. I I called early the next morning and was told they could fit me in that day, and I was overjoyed. they called and gave me notice they werre on they way. KJ was professional and knowledgeable. He had my door realigned in very short order. this is the second time over many years I have used their service and have always been extremely pleased.

Description of Work: they were prompt when we inititially called because our garage door would not open. He told us that we needed to replace ours. We ordeded a new one. It took 2 weeks as they said it would. When they installed the door there was a few gliches but when we called they came out immediatly to fix it and then the owner came out to makesure it was fixed the right way. He spent 45 min. makeing sure of it.

Description of Work: I called to ask them to come out and assist me to get the key pad and remote garage door opener to work. They said that they didn't want me to have to pay the service call so they helped me over the phone. They were extremely nice. I will use them if and when I have a garage door problem.

Description of Work: We called the TriCounty door service to adjust door since it wasn't touching the ground and raccoons were getting into garage. The repairman fixed the door and added a seal when he saw that it was falling off and helped fix the crack in the garage for corner. No more raccoons! He fixed it quickly and promptly.

Description of Work: My garage door spring broke Friday evening. I called Tri County door that evening.They returned my call and sent a fellow to determine the type of spring needed.He also advised as how to opener and close the door until it was repaired.The following Monday the the broken spring was replace, the tracks were lubricated, and the opener was calibrated.
