Technician was professional and very pleasant. The only downside (and I give them the benefit of the doubt) was technician was late due to vehicle tire problem. A little disappointing, as I had time pressures that day, but it happens. Otherwise, everything was good.

We were so pleased with our experience with Luxury Heating. They responded immediately to our emergencies. Their pricing was middle of the road (not the highest, not the lowest). We were most appreciative of the thorough examination of our house performed by Paul. He asked a ton of questions (something the other vendors we spoke to did not do), and we felt like his recommendations were based on our actual needs. The guys that performed the actual installations were polite, punctual, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely call upon Luxury Heating for check-ups and any other heating and a/c needs.

These guys charged my parents for AC repair and included extra fees and told them that they needed to replace a 90 dollar fan blade that did not really need to be replaced. My parents, now in their late 70's agreed to pay for these "necessary repairs." When I called to inquire about why the fan blade was replaced Luxury Heating told me that "Our prices are our prices, that's what keeps us in business." When I then spoke to the owner he agreed that the fan blade did not need to be replaced but that there was some "miscommunication" and told me to never call them for service again. After 30 years of using them, they dumped us because they made a "mistake." Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Great experience. Luxury did all the legwork with Carrier and saved me from needing to replace the entire furnace. The technician was prompt and professional. The service team at Luxury kept me up to the minute on what they were doing to resolve the issue with Carrier. Luxury will be the only call I make in the future for any HVAC needs. They showed great concern and response. I am always suspicious of home repair contractors but Luxury has definitely earned my complete trust. A superstar class company.

In September our air conditioner of twenty-one plus years gave up the ghost. We called Luxury Heating and Air Conditioning as well as two other companies inorder to get estimates on replacing our heating and cooling systems. Paul Stamek of Luxury was on time, very perfessional, knowledgeable, and very personable. After obtaining the information he needed, he patiently answered my questions and thoroughly explained their products. Once the calculation of our home, the heat loss / heat gain report was completed, we received a detailed proposal that included the recommended systems for our home, the modifications we wanted, and the pricing. Paul was also willing to come and go over the proposal and to answer my husbands questions and concerns. We were completely satisfied with Luxury Heating, Paul Samek, the price, and the ability of Luxury to have our systems installed the next week.The installers were on time, they put down drop cloths to protect my floors, they cleaned up after themselves, and finished on time. They went over everything explaining and setting the digital thermostate for me.

Their sales rep has been very helpful. The service has been great. They are very clean and neat. They are very prompt. Any issues we have had with scheduling they have been able to work out.

They are very professional. They are a family-owned company. The grandpa started the business and we found it impressive. The sales engineer that we talked to is continuing in his grandfather’s tradition and the father still works for the company. They seem to have very high quality standards and work. That's the way they presented themselves. Their service people did a good job. We would use them again.

realized this morning my A/C was not working. I called Luxury at 7:15 A.M. and got an appt for between 10-12 today. The technician (Ken) showed up on time and diagnosed that rats had gotten into my A/C and ate the wires causing the circuit board to catch fire and fail. He was very thorough in fixing the issue and thoughtful about how he made the repairs and explained everything that he had done and provided recommendations on how to check the unit in the future to ensure the same thing does not happen again if rodents get into the unit in the winter which will allow me to check before using the unit to avoid future issues. I had a great experience from start to finish and would recommend Luxury to others who want quick reliable well priced service.

AC was not keeping up the the high outside temperatures and running all the time. Luxury installed the unit 13 years ago when the house was built and have serviced it over the years. Called at 7:15 AM and the phone was answered on the first ring. Mark was able to schedule for a visit that same morning due to the proximity of other calls he had scheduled. He diagnosed the problem as a build up of ice on the heat exchanger and melted the ice by turning on the furnace. Checked and added freon to the compressor. To my relief it was something simple that i can look out for and deal with in the future if it happens again. He was very informative about the operation of the unit and possible upgrades i might want to consider in the future. Money well spent and we will continue to use Luxury in the future

We liked everything about them. We had a couple of different people come out for estimates but he came out and actually recognized that our old heating system had been done by his grandfather years ago since they marked their work in a certain way. Their prices were average and we felt comfortable with him. He had an electronic device with him to check things and he gave us a good idea right away on what we would need. He went as far as to tell us that, should we choose them, anything that might come up after they did the work would be serviced for free. They would not charge us for anything other than what they had found. They did really good work and were very thorough. They put in a gas for the system and we are already seeing the benefits coming in with our electric bill. The system is quiet and efficient and we are happy with it.

They did a good job and every thing was done well. They cleaned up and everything is working well.

Quote to install took less than 1 week. Paul Samek was the salesman. He was very informative and professional. He took great care to make sure everything was completed in a neat and timely fashion. I highly recommend their company.

They were very competitive on price. They beat out everyone local. I approached another company in town and they wouldn't meet the price. The best they come up with was $7500.00. These guys were good from beginning to end. They did some extra things that I noticed they didn?t charge me for. They were in and out in 2 days. They are very good at being here for small repairs and they fit me in easily in their schedule. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

We made a decision to replace our HVAC system, i.e. furnace, air conditioner, and humidifier. We then determined which manufacturer's equipment we wanted. The next step was to identify local authorized dealers. Luxury was rated A on Angie's list. Paul Samek came to provide us an estimate. He told us that although they were an authorized dealer for the manufacturer we chose, they primarily installed this equipment when a builder specifically requested it. They normally used another manufacturer for their replacement business. They provided us with a quote for this other manufacturer. I appreciated Paul's forthrightness and honesty. He presented us information about a promotion this manufacturer was offering. Paul stated they used this equipment because of their positive experience and low number of equipment problems. We chose to remain with our original manufacturer decision because they offered a superior warranty and was assembled with components that were readily available from most supply houses. The equipment Luxury used for its replacement business, though high quality, is assembled with some proprietary components. One must go through one of their dealers to obtain this equipment - it is not directly available through supply houses. ($8,100.00)

The service was very good, Excellent!

It went fine. They did their job the way I asked them to do. Their was no mess involved and they were on time. They cleaned up everything.

He actually installed my furnace 11 years ago and is who I call when it needs service. He is very prompt and professional. When I have needed him due to an emergency he has always been there.

Terribly. During the tune up I was told everything was fine, but after the service man left the furnace just stopped working. They came back and said that the computer board was no longer working and that it was a "coincidence" that it happened at the same time as the tune up. They are trying to charge me hundreds of dollars to replace a part they obviously broke during the regular service call. I had used them before but obviously will never use them again.

OVERALL EXCELLENT JOB. CAME WHEN PROMISED FOR QUOTE AND INSTALL. ONLY ISSUE WAS IT TOOK A VERY LONG TIME TO GET THE QUOTE. BUT THE PRICE WAS THE BEST (BY FAR), THE INSTALLATION TEAM WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE INSTALL WAS EXCELLENT (EXTREMELY NEAT APPEARANCE, GREAT FUNCTIONALITY). I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
