Luxury was scheduling furnace preventive maintenances two weeks out. When I expressed my concerns for both services needed I was schedule for the following day to have the furnace maintenance and the thermostat installed. One of their competitors (their location much closer to my home) would install a thermostat with a quote of $140.00 plus for the thermostat and a $89.95 service call. Then, I could schedule a furnace preventive maintenance after December for $79.00 with a coupon. Luxury had a range of thermostats (same manufacture as the competitors) starting $50.00 for programmable and additional thermostats with additional features. Since, the manufactures were the same, the thermostat was programmable and the price was $50.00 vs. $140.00 plus the decision to trust Luxury provided me with a peace of mind. LUXURY ACCOMODATED MY NEED FOR A THERMOSTAT AND FURNACE MAINTENANCE THE FOLLOWING DAY AS IF I SCHEDULED MONTHS AGO. Excellent customer service, fair pricing and going beyond their scheduling to accommodate my situation speaks volume for Luxury's integrity and values to take care of their customers. To reinforce what I stated the competitor wants $89.95 to install a thermostat and later would schedule a furnace preventive maintenance for $79.00 (a mailed coupon was needed) That calculates to $168.95 versus $81.00 (Angie's List Big Deal 10% savings), two days off of work versus one day off, and thermostat at $140.00 plus versus $50.00 both same manufacture. The $140.00 plus thermostat may have more options but Luxury provided many options and the programmable thermostat I choose from Luxury was to my expectations after researching my options thru the internet..

We love this company. They are always prompt and courteous. The workmen are always friendly and are always making sure they keep the home clean (by wearing footies). This time the workman came in, changed the filter in the heater, checked the thermostat and was on his way. Quick, easy and no hassle. They are a great company that we will continue to do business with.

Paul met with us to determine our needs and desires. He came back a week later with appropriate choices. He brought available rebates and discounts as well as optional additions to the system for discussion. We made our selections and scheduled installation. The installation crew was on-time, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They mindful of our dog and explained the entire system to me. I would highly recommend Luxury Heating!

They did a great job with that install. They were timely and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure we got the rebates that were available to us. I like that they call us so I don’t need to depend on myself to remember to schedule regular service.

The technicians are knowledgeable. We have the latest high efficiency system. They are on time, consciousness, and polite. When they leave the equipment works the way its supposed to. We have a seasonal contract with them and they come twice a year. The price is competitive. We have used them for 10 years.

We recently moved and the home we purchased has a furnace that was serviced by Luxury Heating. We had them over for a fall furnace check and found them prompt, knowledgeable and fairly priced. The service rep even hosed out our outdoor ac compressor. We will definitely use them again.

They do good work. They did it in a timely manner and they were professional. They have good customer service.

They came out within an hour of call. checked everything out and saw that someone had taped the safety switches so they wouldn't go off. Without pressure they let us know price of repair vs estimate of replace. When we decided to go with replacement they had someone out to measure and give final cost that day. Returned first thing the next morning and had everything done early afternoon. Very friendly, gave us rebates from Carrier and used coupon from Angie's List. Cleaned up well and explained the new thermostat well.

Everything went great. It took a whole week for them to do the installation. We are very happy and have had no issues.

Luxury Heating offered us electric heaters immediately. Our house is pretty well insulated and we didn't think we would need them since we have a furnace in our family room that we expected to help keep the rest of the house from getting too cold. They couldn't get the specific model new furnace from the distributor until Monday and this was Saturday. Sunday morning, the house was pretty cold and we borrowed space heaters from friends and neighbors. Late Sunday morning, we got a call checking on us although we had been provided with a cell phone number and could have called Paul earlier. We asked Paul Samek when we could expect to have heat and he told us about 1 Monday afternoon. The crew arrived Monday morning and didn't stop working for lunch until they had heat. It took them several more hours to compete the job but we did have heat as quickly as they could get it. They provided us with all of the paperwork to sign and they submitted all of the rebates for us. Paul later mailed me verification and tracking numbers to check the status of the rebates. He called the day of the installation to be sure that we were satisfied and had no questions and again several days later. I don't know what more they could have done. If they had not told us, we would not have known that there was a recall on our furnace that made us eligible for a $900 rebate on the new unit. The cost I listed does not reflect that rebate that we will get back from Carrier.. We are impressed with the professional job and the caring attitude that Luxury showed us. I did not rate the price since we didn't get prices from any other contractors.

Luxury Heating replaced our 22 year old gas furnace and whole house air conditioner. The salesman, Bob, came to give us an estimate within a couple of days of our contacting him. He thoroughly examined our situation and gave several options, explaining each clearly. He came back a second time to answer further questions and refine the proposal. The written estimate was sent quickly by email and was thorough, complete and easy to understand. The work was scheduled at our convenience. The installers came on time, were pleasant, careful, competent and did an excellent job. They cleaned up all debris. They explained the new system including an internet ready thermostat. They will return in a week to make any adjustments to the heating ducts that might be needed. This company installed the original system 22 years ago and have given excellent service throughout the years, both for annual maintenance and for emergency calls. Their price was very fair.

Technician found a couple of burned out fuses that another HVAC company, which we used for a number of years, did not find. This was a small job, but we feel this review is worthwhile because we just felt things were done right. We were treated courteously when we called for an appointment. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable and respectful of our home, and also gave us useful information for considering a new HVAC system. Our experience was so positive that we will again contact Luxury for replacing our furnace/heat pump.

They showed up on time and were very professional. They attempted to fix things instead of just upselling services to me. In fact, they helped me locate the warranty on one of the parts in my unit.

Mark showed up as promised { received a confirmation call the night before} and quickly identified the problem. We soon had our air back on! Great experience.

This installation went without a hitch. With our input, the techs identified the additional two ceiling vent locations that were needed to heat/cool areas and created an additional cold-air return to service the new enclosed space we created by finishing the basement. It took less than three hours...AND they did it quickly enough for the drywall installers, who were ALSO working in the basement, to complete their ceiling and other installations.

Our aging water heater developed a seeping leak underneath it. We contacted this company via AngiesList and they were able to come out on short notice and replace it. There were no hidden fees for feed lines, etc. They even replaced the exhaust line from the water heater to the wall without any additional fees. The old water heater was brought out and the new one has been working like a champ ever since. They were courteous and professional, even careful to not mess up our carpets and handling the small, cosmetic details with the floor.

Wonderful experience - they were terrific to work with. Bob the salesman was so nice and helpful, really helped us through the process and afterwards with the rebate process too. The service people arrived exactly on time and worked thoroughly and professionally. Great job - highly recommend!
