They were able to see the unit needed more freon and had a small leak. Couldn't find the leak with equipment. They offered to come back and do a dye test. I decided to see how long the freon would last. If it runs through the freon quickly I will call back and have them come out. It was fantastic they were so punctual and efficient.

Went fine - provider was very up front, fast to repair, answered my questions.

So far, so good. The company suggested we have someone clean our vents and left us with a referral for that work. I appreciated that help, too.

They've never really had to do anything except do the checkup on the system. It costs $165 a year.

They are a really great company to work with. They are very prompt when it comes to appointments. The installation of the furnace, they said when it was going to be done and it was done. Their scheduling is perfect.

I've used them for several years. If I had a question, they answered it. If I had a problem, they fixed it.

It turns out it was a simple (expensive, but that's how these things are sometimes) part that the tech had on his truck - he could have easily convinced me I had to buy a new AC, but instead was upfront, friendly, and honest.

They were fantastic in every aspect. As a matter of fact, I spent a lot of time researching them before I even used them. I interviewed three different companies and they were the ones that won.

Our Air Conditioning went down during a long stretch of 90+ temps. We found & called Luxury HVAC on 08/02 as members of Angie's list and was a charged a $90 service call fee only to be told that we would have to replace the entire system and someone else would need to come out the next day to give us an estimate. Randy Moore came out and looked around, took measurements of the doors and windows then said we would get the estimate in a few days. After waiting 'till Saturday, we hired a different company and have yet to see an estimate. What a waste of $90, our time and suffering in the heat. As a note, we are both in our late 60's & the heat was terrible.

Luxury did an excellent job from installation to cleanup. Highly recommend.

Air pump outside would not come on. Circuit breaker in garage would not go to on. Technician immediately suspected a short. When opened the unit outside, found mouse nest and had chewed through key wire. Mouse had also chewed up the paper warranty taped inside the panel to use for nesting. Technician stripped and adjusted the wires and voila! runs like a charm. He also hosed out the unit, and helped straighten it (it was tipping slightly). Nice pleasant technician, was expedient, knew just what to do. We were impressed and so happy to be cool again. Thanks to this vendor.

It was fine. They should make the pricing clearer.

It was fine. They came out a couple of months after I purchased it. I had to probably 6 weeks or so before they came out because they were really booked up. I just had to wait. I was anticipating in getting the service but they were really backed up. I paid extra because I needed a filter. The only thing I was concerned about was it took longer than I anticipated. The guy was on time.

Returned all phone calls during the sales process. Installation went smoothly and they were punctual. The furnace and AC unit was a two-day process and they even accommodated my schedule so that I could attend a funeral.

Luxury Heating Co. was one of five estimates we got for replacing our failed furnace (and air conditioner). They were the fourth to visit our house but the first to discuss all the various rebate options available to us and provided us the most options to choose for various models and such so we could decide what worked best for us. The installation crew was great! They were prompt, courteous and very well skilled. They worked like a well oiled machine. They answered all my questions (multiple times). I would highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, Luxury Heating doesn't work on boilers (at this time), hopefully in the future. The technician was very helpful and friend but could not work on our BOILER. He gave me several suggestions for those who could do the work. The rest of the process, booking the appointment, confirmation the day before and arriving on time all were outstanding.

I was given a time of arrival between 12-4pm. The serviceman arrived at about 12:45pm. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He told me about my furnace and explained everything he did. I will definitely call this company near summertime to inspect my air-conditiner. Great customer service!

Our AC stopped blowing cold air. Called this morning and they were here in a few hours. They replaced a part and it is back to working normally. Quick response, professional technician and reasonable price.

Received a quote from the estimator, Bob. He took the time to measure the house in detail in order to calculate the correct size unit. A new unit was installed within a week and to my satisfaction. Two days later, there was a minor issue. I called and they came right back first thing in the morning to address. There responsiveness and customer service has been top notch. Everything is working as expected.

Never got back to me with a price. I emailed and called requesting the information, but never heard a word.

One thing I felt he should have done was change the filter. He definitely didn't do that because the the one in there was sort of damaged and it was easy to see that it was the same one.

I was impressed with the pricing and quick response of such a big company. Hands down, they gave me the best Trane system for the best price... and their customer service was also excellent! I didn't think I could afford a Trane high efficiency smart wifi system but with Luxury's volume discounts, they made it affordable. I highly recommend these guys for any of your HVAC needs.
