Description of Work: A couple of years ago, Drake installed a new high efficiency furnace and air conditioner in our home. The latest visit from them was a check up of the system. We have been extremely pleased with the Drake's service personnel. I highly recommend this company.

+ -1 moreWe had a contract with them for the last seven years. We recently moved and the contract was on our old house. They were super professional and they let us know when it is time, instead of us having to call them for service. They did a real good job. I referred them to my in-laws because their heat was broken and they were there the same afternoon, when other companies couldn't come right away.
Description of Work: We used Drake Heating & Air for heating and air conditioning. They did tune ups and did service for the summer and winter.

+ -1 moreI have been very pleased with their service. They are prompt, get the business done, and they move on. Their service has always been prompt, pleasant, and excellent.
Description of Work: We had a service contract with Drake Heating & Air for twice a year checkups. The last time they visited, they repaired the thermostat. They took it apart and put it together again. They have also repaired an air-conditioner for us.

+ -1 moreI previously used other people that I wasn't satisfied with. We have a better contract with Drake so that makes a difference, but I think their prices are reasonable and they always respond.
Description of Work: They do my heating and air conditioning, and they just installed a complete HVAC system.
