I had used PCFixMe before so I am a returning customer. The services are very reasonably priced and Marty stands by his work. HIs remote service link saves time and money. He is very efficient and knowledgeable.

I had recently gone to Florida with my son to see Winter and Hope, the dolphins from Dolphin Tale. After uploading 1000+ photos to my computer it crashed. I lost ALL my photos. I was devistated. After having multiple places try and retrieve the photos with no success, I found Marty. After several days, and what I'm sure was a lot of hours of searching, he was able to recover the photos in time for me to create my son a memory book of our trip for Christmas. He was kind and prompt and communicated with me through out the process. He said he would only charge me of he could find the photos which is why I let him try after so many other people had tried without success. I'm so glad he found them. It was the best gift I could have gotten.

I have been working with Marty for several years now. He accessed my computer remotely and took care of the constant messages from Windows 10. He checked my security to make sure that it was updated. As I switched to Firefox Marty answered all of my questions via email. I also took a zip drive that I was having trouble with to Marty and he walked me thru the procedure. We have been customers of Marty's for several years now and find him to respond quickly to our needs and answer all of our questions. Marty's price are reasonable. I would highly recommend him for any computer issues.

My laptop crashed and when I tried to turn it on the Windows logo would not appear and it would not get past a black screen. I took it to the nearest "big box" chain store where they told me my hard drive was shot and I would need to replace it. When they attempted to do data recovery it was unsuccessful and they told me they would have to send it out for a minimum of $500. As that was a lot of money to put into a 5+ year old laptop, I told them I would need to think about it and proceeded to search for other professionals to help me. I had a few people tell me to find someone who specialized in data recovery and that they wouldn't look at it. I found Marty on Thumbtack and he offered to look at my laptop for a free consultation (his standard operating procedure). He made my week by being able to bring up my profile and all of my documents, etc. on the first try! He transferred the data to my external hard drive and even kept a copy of my data on his server until I was sure everything had transferred. He was very professional and the cost was very reasonable. I will be bringing all future computer problems to him, as well as recommending him to anyone I know who runs into computer problems.

I took my laptop in to PCFIXME to have my laptop fixed. The owner gave me a great price! I calledd around to a few other repair shops and received much higher prices. The owner fixed my laptop in a timely fashion and was very professiona, and.... there were no surprise fees like other repair shops. This is where I will be taking my computers in the future in the event i need any repairs on the hardware or software.

I had called PCFIXME,MARTY WILLIAMS [ sent him an e-mail ] this was on a Saturday and I didn't think he was there,within a couple hrs. he got back to me.I told him what the problem was,and he fixed it within a couple minutes,I had been dealing with PCFIXME for about three years now and have reccommened him to several of my friends.I guess the thing that impressed me most,was he is easy to talk to and knows computors.And being a Vet and a Senior citizen,I received a discount.Personally,I'd give him five stars.

Very prompt and professional. We made an appointment to meet at his shop and Marty's looked at the computer, made a provisional diagnosis and told me how much it would cost. it was ready to go about 24 hours later. He also gave me some free tips on some freeware that has been helpful.

Marty diagnosed the problem and ordered the part in a timely manner. He kept the cost to a minimum and has a very positive demeanor. Very satisfied.

I have been to other computer companies and they have been slow to get back to me with information and slow to get my computer back. Marty has solved my personal and company computer issues the first time I brought them in. I am extremely confident with him working on any of my computers. He is very informative and helpful.

My system is running faster and I have the security knowing there is nothing hidden or running in the background that should not be. I have a better virus protection!

My computer would freeze up; couldn't do anything but shut it off manually. The owner worked remotely on it and was able to clean up all the junk that sneaked into it. He reset when the updates were installed so it would not interfere with normal daily operation. He also reset my search engine and the way my email accounts appear. Perfectly satisfied. This guy really knows his stuff. This is not the first time I have used this service. Will never go anywhere else for tech support/repair. Highly recommended!!

Marty removed the malware and gave my computer/printer some tweaks and I was ready to go the next day. I appreciated the quick service and his patience in explaining how I might organize my files better. Will definitely return for any future problems I have.
