Awesome. This is not his full time job so it took a day or two but was worth the wait. He is honest and great to deal with!!

Perfect. Marty had a good idea what was causing the problem based on my description of the problem. He was absolutely right. He did a test with a known good power supply and demonstrated that the problem was caused by a poor power supply in my pc. The power supply was changed and I have not had a problem since.

I will need to experiment a bit with all the options Marty gave me, and will probably need another lesson. I will know about the screen repair in about a week. It is VERY hard to find someone reliable and able to help senior citizens with their computers! Marty Williams is the third person I have contacted; the first one was not helpful at all and very impatient, the second one was a no-show three times. I am grateful to find someone reliable who listens to me, does what I can't do/don't have time to research how to do, and TEACHES me how to do the things I want to do.

I'd like to add to my earlier review. A day later Marty checked in with me and decided that the computer was still not operating at peak performance. He then spent several hours with me while he connected remotely to find the problem. He didn't give up and I never got the impression he was fed up with my problem. I don't believe he'd seen quite this issue before (but I could be wrong there) he kept digging until he fixed the problem. Now my system is positively ZIPPY! Martin is an awesome example of someone who provided exemplary service.

Outstanding personal attention and follow-thru here! I was very concerned for my 10 year old iMac when I dropped it off. I thought it was finished. However, Martin managed to isolate the problem, salvage data, replace parts, rebuild a user profile, and the iMac lives this very day! As a recent SF Bay/Silicon Valley transplant, I was concerned as to whether I could find capable hands. I searched through the options in Lake and Cuyahoga Counties. The results were thin and the reviews were quite mixed to downright terrible! Martin, at PcFixme! had solid reviews and he was very confident he could help once he had a chance to assess the machine, so I took a chance on him. After this experience, I would not hesitate to go back to PcFixme! Martin is a knowledgeable, determined bootstrapper, working alone, so give him time to work and remain patient. I highly recommend PCFIXME! fast, honest service. Marty was AMAZING. I emailed him about the problem with my 9 month old Asus laptop--I could sign in, but got the blue screen of death--no Windows screen, no option to open a browser, nothing. My personal circumstances forced me to wait almost 2 weeks to take it in for a diagnosis. I hoped it could be fixed, but if not, I really needed the data transferred to a hard drive. For similar problems, I've been taken to the cleaners by a local big computer store several times over the years--waited weeks and paid $$$$$$ for just the data transfer. Marty ran diagnostics remotely and found our hard drive was failing and needed immediate replacement. We dropped the PC off to him and he repaired it in less than one day. Everything has been fine since and all the problems solved. The price charged was very reasonable as it included the previously agreed on diagnostic services. We will use his services again.

Awesome - Marty is very professional and responsive. He'll take the time to explain everything he is doing in terms I can understand. When there was one minor issue with the new computer, he addressed it within minutes. And, the price is great too. The price he charged for a new computer and to perform the setup, software install, clean up, and copying of old files wasn't much more than the price to just buy a desktop alone.

Marty has repaired several of my own laptops over the past few years. I recommend him to anyone who needs their PC fixed. I have always been very, very happy with his work, I have never had an issue once I brought my laptops home. If I email him with a question, he replies immediately and he takes work in right away too; there's never a wait to bring your PC in to be fixed. He gets everything done very, very quickly, which is important when you reply on your PC; and the price has always been more than fair; in fact, I've offered to pay more on several occasions because he did a lot of work and I expected it to cost me more. He's also worked on some of my laptops remotely, I didn't even have to take them into his shop. One thing that I consider a huge factor with PC repair people is their trustworthiness, as they need to know all your personal passwords, etc. I trust Marty one hundred percent and have told that to all the people I refer to him as well. After years of needing to either have our computers repaired or data transferred, we found this company who was highly favored by customers in our area. We were able to set an appointment with Marty for the same day and he assessed our situation on the spot. There were other customers in and out of the office and he handled us all like a pro. We got a little lost on our way there but he was understanding and waited for us. He stayed in regular communication via text about what we needed and was a troubleshooter by way of text on a different device that we had not taken to him. He was prompt and the longest part of our wait for repairs to be complete was for the delivery of a part ordered but that was out of his control. He made suggestions about a needed purchase of a new battery and actually located several online sellers in hopes of finding us the best deal... (he did that without us even having to ask). Once the work was complete he accommodated our schedule with a time that worked best for us to pick up our equipment. We will definitely be using PC Fix Me again and were impressed by the efficiency of this small computer repair business. Marty seemed to work with integrity and pride in his work. It was personal and we felt assured that the job would be well done and it was. We're very happy we've found this service provider and would recommend him to others without hesitation.

Martin was very responsive and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and made the repairs promptly. The charges were very reasonable. He went out of his way to meet me at the store on a day that it was closed in order that I could pick up the PC. In the end everything went fine. I was having problems getting pictures to print from a zip file. Marty was able to help me transfer the pictures onto my desktop so that I could print them. Then the printer stopped working. He was able to reset up the wireless printer. He also showed me how to print multiple copies of the same picture on one page.

My desktop PC was dogging it badly. Delays in opening files, delays and garbage popping up! It was frustrating! A few years ago, my friend gave me Marty's phone number at PCFixme. The first issue he handled was giving my PC more memory and increasing its power! Awesome. The work was done in 1 day and the price was great. A few weeks ago I discovered that the PC was slow slow slow agaiun. I contacted Marty and he was able to do the cleanup of my hard drive REMOTE! I didn't have to drag the PC down to his office, I just clicked a few buttons and he was in! He went online last night and worked on it for several hours. Unknown to me I had malware and spyware issues and he cleaned everything up beautifully. My PC now works like "greased lightning"! The cost was phenomenal! I am thrilled with his work but also am very impressed by Marty's business professionalism. If I ever have a question, I know I can email him and he gets right back to me with information! Laptop completely crashed and they completely restored to new! Would strongly recommend

I work from home and am no techie, so my computer has got to be working. Marty is my go-to guy whenever my computer is acting up. He's located close by if I need to drop it off, and he's reasonably priced.

I had downloaded something a while back and ended up with ASK as my homepage, which I didn't want. But I don't know how to fix my problems with it. I have called Marty a couple times with questions I have had and he is always willing to help me out.

Marty ran into a problem with my power supply not being compatible with my new ASUS MB, he was willing to provide a new power supply at no cost to me to meet his estimate on the work. He beat Newegg prices on the new hardware by $70. He transferred all my files, cleaned my other hard drive up and cleaned the interior of the tower up like new. All the wiring was run like a pro. I ran into a Windows pop-up problem when I set the system up at home, called Marty, and he walked me thru the fix in just a couple minutes. I highly recommend PCFIXME and will use them again. First class work, and a very good price.
