They were suppose to call prior to coming but they did not. I was not happy with that. If I was here I would of had them clear the area out more and I did not have the opportunity to extend the service. I couldn't tell if they left the mess or if it was there before it started.

They came on-time and completed the service. Very professional--will discuss future services.

Everything was top notch as before. I was called two days before to see if I would be home on the 13th because they would be in the Painesville area and could come then. The answer was yes and they arrived about noon. There were three young men, two from before plus a new one. The job to be done was checked out and I let them get at it. It took about 1-1 1/2 hours to do the job. Not many branches were involved, just high and long. Before they left I was asked to check out the work, that all was ok. I did and it was. Then I realized they had also removed a moderate brush pile I had accumulated by the tree so that was a nice perk. This is a responsible tree service company with very a pleasant and efficient crew.

Parks tree service was very professional from the estimate to the tree clean up and did a excellent job. They were the best priced by a few hundred dollars also!

Overall, I would consider them qualified for the job. They did an excellent and safe job with cutting down the tree. However, they did not complete the stump grinding job. I emailed the owner on April 10 informing that the grinding wasn't complete, sent pictures of the incomplete area and requested the worker to come back out the work. The owner did respond saying "Sure no problem" but I never received follow up and such did not pay the $75 stump grinding cost. I just sent a follow up email since I haven't. I will try to update this after the issue is resolved and my opinion might be increased in this review. I'm frustrated because I've been wanting to replant grass and time is running out to my knowledge. I hope this can be resolved quickly now.

Estimate first to tell me how much of the work I wanted would be covered by the coupon. Workers came on appointed date and did what was asked.

Went very well. I will have them back for pruning next year.

They arrived on time, introduced themselves and went to work. They brought their truck up the driveway, estimated where they would cut and cut down the tree. It fell perfectly and then they cleaned it up and shredded it. Then they cleaned up the driveway and were on their way within 30 minutes. Amazing. I would hire them again.

We live in Cleveland Heights and have very large trees in the front yard. The men came out exactly when they said they would. Asked them to be careful of the landscaping under the tree and they did so with no problems. They were courteous, professional, and explained exactly what they were doing and how much it would cost. We purchased one of the big deals and were very happy with the results. They handled our enormous 100 year old white oak with ease! Truly experienced and knowledgeable. We would use them again without question.

I called the vendor to explain that I had a fallen tree I wanted removed and did not want the job to extend beyond the 4 man hours. I explained that I was not in a hurry, since the tree had been down for a while. He said he would come look at my situation and call me back. Three weeks later, I called him and asked if he had forgotten about me. He reluctantly admitted he had, mostly because I said there was no hurry. ( I must admit, I found his candor refreshing) . He finally came out and looked at my situation and assured me that the 4 man-hours would be sufficient to remove the tree. An date was set for the job. The morning of the job he called to reschedule. The job was finally done and I must admit I liked the way it turned out, I never met anyone, never saw the work, I was out when they came and by the time I returned the crew and the tree were gone. It was not a demanding job and we had some fumbles with scheduling, but the did what I wanted with no hassles.

We obtained three estimates for the job. Steve focused on what the job entailed, with no pressure for any additional services. He provided the best estimate, even letting us know of an Angie's List deal that would be available the following week that he would honor. This experience, along with the Angie's List rating for Parks Tree made them the clear choice. Steve scheduled the job, arrived promptly with his crew at the scheduled time, and completed the job in the scheduled amount of time. The wood was left as requested, with the trunks cut in about 6-8' lengths, grouped together in the rear of the yard as agreed. Everything else was removed/cleaned up. The stump grinder came about a week later. We had some significant mounds with stumps and roots to remove. Numerous large rocks prevented the grinder from performing a complete mound removal, but he thought all of the major portions had been removed. Unfortunately after leveling the mounds afterwards, some significant trunk and root structure remained. I contacted Steve, and he was very accommodating. I indicated that I would ensure as many rocks as possible were removed, and he sent the grinder back out to complete the job. The end result is exactly what we needed, at a very reasonable price. =)

Great Job! Follow-up was timely and Steve always took my calls when ever possible to answer questions and address concerns.

The company was prompt in coming out to review the work and give a quote and they were prompt in returning to remove the trees. The work was done in a safe and professional manner. The trees were taken down and all debris was removed.

Everything I asked for was done well and in a timely fashion.

I bought an Angie's list special - 4 "man-hours" of yard work. I initially requested that they cut down a hedge all the way to the ground, which I thought would take the whole time. They arrived on time two men equipped to do that. I also asked them after they arrived if they could perhaps remove a large tree branch impinging my roof "if they had time." They did both tasks, even though they had really planned only on the hedge. So they were willing to bring in their "tree person" even though not part of the original request. I was very happy!

We used an Angie's deal for tree service. The owner came out and discussed work to be completed. We scheduled a date. The crew came and worked expertly and efficiently. We will use them agian.

The work is excellent and the yard now looks 100% better.

The young man that showed up was very professional and polite. I showed him one of the trees that needed to come down, and when he said how much it would be, I told him thank you, but his estimate was too high.Compared to other tree services I have used locally, in the past, they were at least double the price of the others. I reviewed my other estimates and have made arrangements to contract the job with another tree company.

Great job. Would definitely hire again if needed in the future. They did the job on time and cleaned up the yard after themselves neatly.

Steve was prompt for our estimate.The crew was on time for the job.They even called the day they were coming to confirm the time of their arrival.

Employees very polite and reviewed work to be done before starting. Explained the process and worked efficiently.

They were very cooperative and punctual. Steve, the owner was very nice over the phone. He came out and gave the estimate. The workers that came out were very nice and bent over backwards to do exaclty what I wanted. I was very happy. I was in a hurry to get the work done and they were very accomodating.

They took care of it easily without any mess! They did a nice job on the clean up and left things looking good.they even took time to take care of some small birds in a bird nest that they moved! I look forward to using them again on other services they have to offer

We played phone tag a bit and then arranged for him to come for an estimate. He told me what I could get for the Big Deal price, and how much it would cost to add the removal of the spruce tree. I agreed to the written estimate. His workers arrived when expected and did a good job. The stump grinder came a week or so afterward. I am well pleased with the work and the money I spent.

The Park Tree people arrived promptly at 9 am to start the job. They had to use a cherry picker & pulled it into the driveway along with the wood chipper. The gentlemen introduced themselves and got right to work. They had to cut other trees that obstructed the work they were asked to do, & checked with me to make sure I understood that this would be the only way they could accomplish the job.They finished by 12:30 pm, cleaned up all the debris in my yard as well as the neighbors yard. They were asked to lower all pieces into my backyard and not to disturb the neighbors yard except for the debris that was caused by the removal of the trees. They accomplished this as promised. I will definitely be calling them again for additional tree trimming and yard work.
