The August 23rd & 24th storms of 2023 were brutal to areas including Lake County, Ohio. PARKS TREE INC. showed up & showed out! 🌳🌳🌳 Services were professionally performed by their staff, employees and personnel. Courteous, respectful, prompt, professional and knowledgeable of the work. They pay close attention to detail and strive for perfection : which are all attributes I look for in a tree service company. I Will Be Calling on PARKS TREE INC. again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Professional and prompt. The arborist was very pleasant and knew what she was doing to transplant a tree.

They arrived a bit early and started trimming the branches of two trees that were hitting the house and garage or entangled in the communications and power lines. A bucket truck parked on the street allowed access to the side and top of the front yard tree. They worked safely and got the job done as desired, and left no mess.

We hired them to remove weeds in backyard landscaped bed, front yard, and along the creek bed next to our house. There also supposed to clear out some leftover yard debris in the back. What they actually did was completely obliterate everything growing in the backyard with a pro-grade weedwhacker - shrubs, flowers, everything. They also suddenly left halfway through the first day - it was only after calling the main office that we found out they left because of "an emergency service call." It was a sunny, clear day so I don't know what possible tree emergency could be that serious, but I digress. They weren't even going to return for an additional week until my wife called and insisted they finish the job. When they returned the following day they did a slightly better job weeding the front yard but left several areas half- or completely unfinished. Overall I wouldn't have agreed to pay them $1,700 if they were just going to do a mediocre job of weedwhacking for a few hours.

We couldn't be more pleased with their work to remove ten, 40' high arborvitae. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They worked very efficiently and completed the work within the time frame they projected. Their price was very competitive. Their team of workers were all extremely courteous and careful to protect shrubs adjacent to the work area. They completed a very thorough clean-up after everything was done.

The company did a great job. They arrived on time, were professional, worked quickly and cleaned up before leaving. I will definitely be hiring them to do more work.

I’ve been a customer with parks trees for years and have always had a good experience from them, this year one of their snow plow drivers slid off the driveway and hit our garbage can and a bush in our front yard, not a ton of damage but I wanted to reach out and let them know about it. Their office rep emailed me and said the driver did acknowledge that he hit the garbage can but not the bush so I sent pictures showing the one set of tracks in the yard and the minor damage to the bush. I was expecting them to just apologize and figure out how we would handle the damages once the snow melted. Instead I got an angry call from the owner of the company saying that we had left a nasty review on Facebook and called their driver a liar. Neither were true, but when I tried to ask him about what he was talking about he abruptly told me they were reimbursing me for the contract and cancelling our contract. I am extremely disappointed in the level of professionalism and customer service from the OWNER OF THE COMPANY! He should really leave all customer contact to his office manager as he was extremely disrespectful and irrational. I will be contacting all of the people that I have referred to let them know about this issue so they know not to even bother calling them.

Fabulous! Professional, timely. Clean-up was fast and efficient.. They even went next door to blow tree mulch back into my yard from the stump grinding. If I had another tree, I would call Park!

My yard was a jungle and I bought four hours of time and the young man that came to the house was very thorough polite listen to instructions and did a wonderful job I will definitely use Park tree services again in the future And all the debris was hauled away by the service

Excellent. Parks Tree provided a quote and certificate of insurance. On the day of the tree removal the crew showed up early. As they removed the tree, the crew kept cleaning up the area. The tree came down in about half a day. Part of the crew stayed to grind the stump, spread dirt, grass seed and hay over the area where the tree had been. The crew was very personable. I recommend this company highly.

Wonderful. They arrived on time and did a great job. Took less time than they had originally quoted. Cannot complain about anything. Would recommend them to everyone.

They removed a couple of large dead trees and trimmed some branches. They needed to use a bucket truck for a large dead tree. They did it safely and were careful not to damage my yard (laid plywood down to drive the truck onto). They are very professional.

The crew of two arrived on time, explained their "plan of attack". and put on a display of teamwork and efficiency. Never once did either take a break or rest while the other worked. The limbs of the tree were taken down first. Then while one of the crew shredded the limbs, the other ground out the two stumps. Finally, the remainder of the tree was taken down and removed with the stump. I was surprised and pleased at how quickly the process was completed and the area cleaned up of debris. I would readily hire Parks Tree again when the need arises.

I have nothing but great things to say regarding this experience. They came out within a day or two of me requesting a quote, performed the work in a timely manner after I accepted the quote, and the price was absolutely unbeatable. I immediately contacted them for more work!

Parks Tree was awesome. I will call them again for future work. I have two large oak trees that were in need of trimming..lots of dead wood. They also cleaned up several large piles of accumulated branches and brush. I highly recommend Parks Tree. A+ work!
