Scheduling the appointment was a challenge, but the service was excellent. The two individuals who came to do the work were very courteous, professional, and efficient. The work was well worth the price we paid.

They arrived on time. Performed work as promised without aid of cherry picker because of fenced-in yard. The men were polite and efficient. I would certainly call them again for tree service.

prompt, did exactly what they said they would do, removed all of the sticky, fir trees and left us with some great logs to cut into firewood.

They removed and cleaned up afterwards. Was not home when they were here. They did chipping a few weeks later and did okay. not sure I was happy with a few ruts in yard, but overall I am pleased.

They came as scheduled and did exactly as promised. The lawn, which died earlier in the summer because of the loss of a large tree, looks like there is great hope for full recovery. I didn't get an answer to one email, but all else was top notch.

They were within one hour of the appointment time,. I would have liked to have had a call the day before the work to verify the appointment. Their office said they normally do so. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the quality of the work and would recommend them in the future.

Parks Tree staff arrived and got right to work. I watched as they trimmed the designated branches using pole saws and a bucket truck. They put the branches through a "mulching" machine and cleaned up the yard very well. The price was pretty good when compared to previous Tree trimming companies I hired. I could tell from our converation that they cared about the environment and they did not "butcher" the trees.

Service was great. The guys who came out to remove the trees were professional and efficient. Only complaint was they didn't clear off the debris from the porch. The price was competitive, and with the Angie's list big deal unbeatable. Steve was well organized when we talked over the phone about the job, but I did have to call him back to prompt him to schedule a date to do the work. I'd also like to point out that when Steve came out for the estimate he didn't try to up-sell me into any other services like the other companies I talked to. He simply figured out what I wanted done, asked good questions, and made some good suggestions, then quoted the work. Other note worth being aware of, they contract out the stump grinding, so that part of the job is done at a different unscheduled time. When he came out to grind the stumps he did a great job and very carefully cleaned up after. But we had no idea when he would be coming, and he actually just showed up in the middle of the day on a Saturday. I think he might have called an hour or so before but I missed the call. Overall I was very satisfied and would recommend Parks Tree.

The guys arrived on time, We walked the property, and I explained the job to them. They started right to work, were very polite and professional, and did a fantastic job. They hustled, and removed all of the clippings, and completely cleaned up the area. The bushes look great. I will certainly use them again.

I hired Parks Tree to do some minor fall yard clean up and everything went great. They sent a crew of two workers who arrived on time and were very courteous, helpful, and professional. I have a small yard (Bungalow on a 40x140 lot), but what they accomplished in a couple of hours would have taken me all day so it was well worth the investment. My tree lawn, shrubs, and flower beds look much more appealing now, and the damaged spots in my lawn have been repaired so they will look much better once the grass seed germinates and grows. In summary, Parks did a great job and I would hire them again for future work.

Everything was great. The estimates for trimming the trees were reasonable.

When I came home from work after the crew had supposedly spent 4 man hours doing a spring clean up of my very small yard, I could barely tell that they had been there. As one of the crew had left me a voicemail on my home machine that he was lost and couldn't find my home, I had his cell number and promptly called to inquire if they had indeed managed to find my home and completed the job. I was assured that they had, but when I was asked why the lawn had not been edged, was told that their machine had broken down and they would come back to complete the task. They did return, but the edging was subpar. Without my call I doubt they would have returned.The lesson that I learned was that when a business discounts their price, you sometimes only get what you pay for. I would have done a much better job myself, and could have done it solo in 4 hours.

They very nice to work with and they did a phenomenal job. They really aimed to please as they did the work on my lawn. I would absolutely use them again.

It turned out well, they did an excellent job.

They arrived on time. I removed some dead power lines to my garage that was in the way of getting the bucket truck into the back yard to do the work. Work was finished by 3 PM and they did a nice job. No damage was done to my garden near the tree and clean up on my part was minimal. A neighbor asked for some fire wood and they complied. Have used them 3 times and will use them again.

It took a very long time to get the work done from when I was originally told they would be able to do it. Wanted to have my 2 trees trimmed and shaped to match the smaller one in my backyard. After I looked at the job I noticed not only were they not shaped, but they were still much larger than what I expected. Was told that they could only do so much because the tree would die if too much was taken off. I don't remember being told this. Was originally quoted $400 for the job and then an additional $300 to finish later in the spring? Wasn't sure why this needed to be done in 2 parts when every other quoted I received could finish it at one time. Once I saw the coupon on this website for $200 off I contacted them again and scheduled the job. I told the owner exactly what I wanted to be done and was never told at that time they would need to finish the job at a later date because trimming too much would kill the tree. Then I was told they could only perform 4 man hours of work since that was what the coupon was for? I would rather have paid extra for them to finish the entire job at once. Apparently it was miscommunication between the two of us.

They were very informative. They were on time and came on the day that I suggested. They did their job quickly and efficiently. I was pleased with the outcome.
