Steve responded promptly to my request for an estimate. The original estimate offered a discount if they didn't have to haul the tree away (I have a wooded lot so there was plenty of room to dump the wood out of the way). It didn't include stump grinding, so I asked for that to be added. That was no problem. It took a little while for me to get things sorted out on my end and, as a result, also took a little while to get me on their schedule. There was also some confusion about my contact information. They were supposed to come out the Saturday that Hurricane/Superstorm Sandy started hitting us, and had to cancel. That was no problem and they actually came out the following Monday. At that time, they didn't grind the stump, and I wasn't sure if they were coming back, so I contacted the office and Jessica told me that another person does the stump grinding and that he would be out within the week. He came the following Saturday. Overall, a good experience. They did exactly what we contracted for and did a good job.

They arrived when scheduled, cut down a dead tree, and trimmed back the branches of another tree. They were prompt and curteous. Did not take very long to get the job done. Cleaned up most of the debris, I did have to gather numerous branches afterwar before I mowed the yard/

In spite of really awful weather, they worked hard and efficiently. Andy extremely professional and pleasant. Gave me some good advice about general landscaping decisions. I will definitely call them again!

They came on time and did the work. They brought a chipper and cleaned up well. There are spouts that could have dug out for the ground, but that was not part of the deal.

A+ I signed up for an Angies list deal for aeration amd overseeding. They came as requested, on time and performed the work exactly the way I needed them to. They were courteous and professional

I called them 3 times and was not able to get ahold of them.

Parks Tree got busy right away cutting, clearing, and cleaning the mess this tree made. When Parks Tree was done, I was relieved and very, very thankful. I have hired them before and they are thorough, conscientious, good people.

I called and sent an email to parks tree service about my trees. They called me within a 1/2 hour to see if it was an emergency. I told them that I needed to remove the tree that was against the house. They sent a 2 man crew out within an hour. They were very friendly and professional. They cut up the 2 trees and said that they would schedule the clean up at a latter date.

Excellent job by the two men. They were here on time, did a bit more than what the basic agreement called for, and were very polity and professional. I would definitely hire this company again.

They did a very good job by taking their time and doing the job right. They were considerate in not messing up our driveway and sidewalk. Plus they cleaned up after they were completed. I'll use them again next season.

Parks Tree came to my house and removed the 3 small diseased cherry trees and 1 large dead oak tree. The oak tree was very close to my garage and they did a great job. The crew was prompt and professional and did everything perfectly. The only disconnect was that I thought that they would remove the stumps at the same time. They have a different crew/contractor for that. It took a while to coordinate the stump removal, but they did an excellent job! I would most definitely recommend them!!!

It was ok. They were very nice & prompt but I felt more could’ve gotten done & they could’ve worked smarter. I don’t have any complaints about anyone in particular; just that I think more could’ve gotten done. They did come back & pick up some additional yard waste. I would use them again but I would make sure the owner could guarantee that everything I needed could get done as expected.

I purchased a "$400 of tree service for $199" through an Angie's List email deal. I made my purchase on Sept 27. When I called to schedule an estimate I was told that they weren't scheduling the 'Angie's List deal' for another week, October 1st. When I called on Oct 1st they were able schedule to come out and quote what I wanted done within a few days. When I didn't hear back from them I called the following week to find out what the next steps were. I was told that the paperwork had not been dropped off yet and to call back in a few days. When I called back (the fourth call) I was able to get scheduled for the same week. I gave them a "B" in responsiveness simply because I would have like them to have called me back after they did the estimate rather than leaving me wondering and having to call four times to get things scheduled. The guys who came out were on time and did a great job. I had originally asked that they trim a tree that had a lot of dying branches but they recommended I remove it. They charged an extra $200 to remove the tree (left the wood). They were friendly and professional and cleaned everything up. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Mom lives in a condo where the front is maintained by the condo association. She is responsible for the back. I contacted Parks Trees to see if they could spend a couple of hours "cleaning" up the back. They (2 guys) arrived an hour past the appointed time but had called to let us know they were running late. They worked for almost 2 1/2 hours doing everything that was asked of them. They did a great job of cleaning up and took the dead bushes with them.

I contacted park tree and they said they would be out this week, but haven't been here yet. I paid $128. for a $50. job.

They cut down a dead tree in the back for me. They came on time to do the work but my neighbor didn't want the tree to be cut down. They sat there for an hour while I tried to convince my neighbor to let us cut it down. So I did have to pay them for another hour but not at their fault. They did a great job. I would highly recommend. I'll be calling them for work in the future.

The original plan was approved, the gentlemen doing the work adjusted the work to my needs, and although the arbor vitae did not end up being trimmed, I suppose due to time running out on the 4 man hours paid in advance, the overall effect was improvement in the appearance of the home.

Looks like a thorough job. Even blew off my driveway.

Arrived as scheduled. As always Parks Tree people are proffessional and responsive. This is really an excellent and trustworthy company. My "Big Deal" was worth every penny.Thanks !!

This was a "Big Deal" from Angies list which we purchased in September. When I called the company to se up the appointment all seemed well. Appointment was set for Oct. 9th - we were to call for approximate time. When I called the morning of the 9th, I was told between 11:30 and 12:00. No show. Called twice and left messages. Finally got them on Oct. 10th and was told their machine had broken down. I asked for an appointment as soon as possible and was told it would be next week. I canceled and ask for a refund which Parks said had to come from Angies List. Called and went through the process. Approximately one hour after my call to Angies List, Parks called us and said they would be out the next day - first thing in the morning. They finally showed around noon. I guess the work was done ok - won't really know until next spring -- but we were so turned off by their lack of communication with us that we would not hire nor recommend them.

Park arrived on time, asked for specific instructions and went about their work. They looped back to make sure they had done what was requested and suggested that I inspect the work they performed.

Went fine...Came on time and did the work agreed upon

Godd telephone followup. Came and performed all work professional on date promised.

We were very happy with the job. We have used Parks Tree before and find them to be very professional and knowledgeable in managing the emerald ash borer problem. We will use them in the future.
