Showed up as scheduled and went to work immediately with a crew. Did the work and cleaned up within an hour. Very satisfied.

Great; came out did the clean up I use them because I have bees and they are ok working around them.

We knew our trees were at risk of the Emerald Ash Borer and had put off treatment because we expected it would cost too much. We bought 2 of the Angie's Deals which treated our 4 trees. We chose to go with a different chemical because research showed it was more effective on already infected trees. Our trees were starting to decline and we want to save them! The up-charge was reasonable for the "Tree-age". Only time will tell whether the treatment was successful. Communication and response were good. Overall the experience was good. We will use them again for other tree services...hopefully not for cutting down the Ash Trees!!

They came out and did what was expected. I went with them because I have bee hives and they were ok working around them.

Two workers showed up on time and were very polite. They verified the work to be done with me. I agreed and they got started. They were experienced and worked efficiently. I was very happy with the work that was done and the price. I will definitely be using them again.

They are a younger company and did great work. I had my daughter recommend them to me and couldn't have been happier. They put plywood down on the drive so they wouldn't leave marks and protect it.

Andy and I were in touch for a few weeks before he and his crew showed up to work on the garden. They were on time and got to work immediately pruning a couple of trees and one bush. The major work was the weeding and cleaning up that had to be done. They were there for just a few hours but the garden will look so much better when spring arrives next year.

They trimmed the hedges and removed the branches as requested...

They did what they said, when they said they would do it. Professional, friendly organization, will use again.

The crew showed when scheduled and removed the two trees in 30 minutes. Three days later they came back to grind the stumps.

It was a good experience. He was responsive and gave me some timing proposals.

I called and scheduled and they came on time. About the only thing I would recommend is that they leave some note confirming they were there - though the lawn plugs pretty much did that.

I had scheduled them to come out at 3:00 p.m. that day and I took off early from work, I got home, they had already been there. They damaged my yard by the truck running all over my grass, leaving deep tread in my yard. Not only that, they left tracks in the yard across the street. In the end they didn't do what I asked them to do. I don't normally have anybody on my property while I'm not there. The guy told me they came out at 11:00 a.m. when I had a 3:00 p.m. appointment to be there. I specifically told them I wanted to be there for the job. Steve's son came out after and he was extremely rude and argumentative. I told him that it was not the job I asked them to do, and he tried to tell me it was. When I tried to call back to get Steve, the owner, Steve would not talk to me. They claimed that they were going to come back in the spring and fix it, they didn't do it. They left my property damaged. Plus, they left the shavings from chopping up the tree in my driveway; they didn't clean up after themselves. It was terrible.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for tree service and they agreed to combine it with a previous Big Deal I had for lawn service. I had one tree that was right next to the house and a couple other trees that were very near the house. They safely took down the tree that was next to the house without any damage to the house. They then removed another smaller tree, and did some major trimming on a large tree that was also near the house. They did a great job, were prompt, and did an excellent job at cleanup and removal of the branches.

I could not be there on the day the service was being performed,. The rear of my property abuts a common area shared by several of my neighbors. I planned on being there to show them where my property ends. I call the company to reschedule. Rather than reschedule, they came out one day before I left for work to go over the perimeter with me. I was able to show them the specific area that needed to be treated. The service was performed on the original date and they did an excellent job. My neighbor was at home and saw them working. He later asked me for the company's number. He was impressed with what he saw. They left a flier which explained what they had done, what needed to be done and a discount to repeat the service next year. Unfortunately the flier was unreadable after the rain got to it. I sent them an email and the next day another one was left in my mailbox. Their professionalism and service were excellent.

I am very happy with Parks Tree service. I asked them several questions about the aeration and fertilization process They were patient and informative. They did a professional job and were also prompt on the day of the scheduled work. I will use them again.

Went well. This was a Big Deal. The service was performed later in the fall, seeds will probably not germinate, but the areation was helpful.

The job was well done. They arrioved on time, surveyed the yard and discussed what they could do within the contracted time. I felt the assessment was fair. They proceeded with the work. The worker who was assigned to trim, got advice when he wasn't sure about how to trim certain bushes. All the work was done with had cutters. I feel some of it would have been done more quickly and efficiently with electric cutters, but the job was completed on time.

Part of our yard is a wooded area and I wanted him to clean it up for us. I had quite a few fallen trees that needed to be cut up and removed. He did do that but he didn’t complete all the work that I asked. I wasn’t home at the time, so when I got home I found that he hadn’t removed all the trees that we had discussed. He did take care of cutting them up but he didn’t remove them, he just moved them back further into the forest. There are still some trees that I had hoped he would take care of. He didn’t complete everything that I thought he would and I thought he would get more completed for the price that I paid.

They were on time. They aerated all of the yard and they did not miss any spots !!

I thought very well, so far. As I said above, I need to schedule to have some work done. Superstorm Sandy got in the way of contacting Steve the next week.

While they didn't do the job on the day scheduled, they did come out on the next business day to remove the trees. I am still waiting for the stump and roots to be removed, but understand the delay may be because of the storm (Sandy). The workers were very professional and did a very good job given the cold, rainy weather conditions. They did not use tree spikes to climb the oak to remove the dead limbs. The estimate to do the work was very competitive with the other bids I had received. The Big Deal price of $199 for $400 of tree service truly was a great deal.
