Overall it went well. My objectives were met at a good price. I would not do anything differently. Just expect that due to service demands it may take awhile before the service is completed.

They were nice enough and came to do the job. This is part of a big deal purchase. I had Parks come out and remove a large branch from a tree which was hanging over the house. Additionally I had them prune a few other limbs which I was not able to easily get to. I had two issues with them doing work. The first was that I they destroyed a gutter and didn't tell me about it and the second was that I asked for them to cut the branch into logs that I could split instead of chipping it and they took the wood. Concerning the gutter, I had walked around the house after the first day and noticed that there were large logs of wood in the back yard (which I wanted them to cut so that I could split it - see the second issue below) and that my gutter was damaged, siding scuffed up along with my cable line to the house was lying on the ground. It was very obvious that damage was done, but I did not hear from anyone that there were issues. Personally, I was more irritated that they did not tell me about it. After going back and forth with the owner about this issues that they had done (and with holding payment until they fixed it), the gutter and cable line were fixed. Concerning the wood, they had to do the job over two day as the few hours on the first day was not enough time. The guy working on the job called and left me a voicemail to let me know that they were going to be there a second day. I had realized prior to the second day of work that I wanted them to cut up the branch so that I could split it for fire wood instead of having them chip it. I called prior to their arrival and left a message that I wanted him to leave the wood, but the guy must not have received my message. When I came home that day they had cleaned up and there was no wood left. They were kind enough to come back later with a truck full of wood and left it stacked in my back yard. Would I use them again? Maybe, it is hard to say. They were nice enough and got everything fixed in the end, but I did not like they were not honest about the issues in the first place.

Very quick completion despite a problem with the aerating machine. Good communication and follow up.

I called Parks Trees after purchasing a coupon; they were very responsive, they called me and offered me an opening earlier than original appointment. They did a very good job and cleaned up after themselves. The only criticism I have is that they originally gave me an estimate for $400.00 which was the value of thecoupon. After the work I still owed several hundred dollars.

Work was performed as expected.

The leaves piled up more and more and it was time to get rid of them. We have a fairly big yard, so I didn't want to take it on myself. I called up for an appointment and although they were very nice, I felt like the next available appointment was a bit too long (3 weeks-ish). Otherwise, they came when they said and did a good job collecting all the leaves and disposing of them properly. I'm not really sure what else to say other than they did what they were paid to do!

Overall Parks tree service is good. I will recommend to other members.

Parks tree was punctual and professional. I am glad I had the work done before superstorm Sandy. I will use Parks Tree again for future Tree services.

Overall it went very well. The price was very competitive and the crew of four worked hard and cleaned up pretty well. The original service date was not kept due to an equipment breakdown, but another date was scheduled shortly thereafter.

I called up and they came by a couple weeks later. They made sure to ask where to do the work, and if there were any places to avoid. Otherwise, they seemed to have done a good job. To be totally honest, this was the first time I'd gotten this done so I don't know if they actually did a good job or not. I guess I'll find out when the grass starts to grow! The overall experience was fine, though.

Overall I was really impressed with the quick work, responsiveness, and very fast turnaround. They came back to ground out the stumps about a week later, and I was really happy with how clean they left everything.

We first walked the yard and reviewed each tree. I related my concerns and asked plenty of question.

It took awhile for thems to get here as the Superstorm kept the team busy. When they arrived I was greeted warmly and the gentlemen went right to work doing just what I asked them to do. It took a couple of hours and they cleaned up after themselves and even generously worked beyond the call of duty. Nice pleasant people.

Stay away from this company. Purchased an 8 hour coupon for $249. Scheduled landscaper initially to come out in September, they never called in advance to ask what needed to be done. Called me when the crew showed up and left a message ( I wasn't at home at the time). Called back 10 minutes later & the landscaping crew had already left. On October 8, 2012 crew came out and did appx 4-ish hours (they said) of the 8 hour coupon. Called to find out what the deal was. They scheduled the rest of the work 10-24 then called & cancelled. Rescheduled for 10-25-12 & never showed. It's been a month now, figured they just aren't going to finish the work. Really disappointed with their service, communication & scheduling. Stay away.

I would have prefered some prep for seeding, however, it was not promised. I really can't remember when it was done.

Very punctual. We had bought a coupon off of angie's list for 200.00 for 400.00 of service. They came out and for that amount took off several very high limbs that were dead or hanging over the house. They also went around the entire backside of the house and trimmed back a lot of the trees that were gettinig close to the house. I felt like they truly did do the 400.00 worth of service. Excellent Job! Highly Recommended.

I was impressed, Andy called me right away to schedule my yard cleanup. He was flexible with his dates, came as scheduled, and phoned me to be sure everything was taken care of properly. Excellent service, responsiveness, and quality of work. Thank you! I'll be hiring Parks Tree for tree work also.

They arrived on time. They hauled everything away and cleaned up the area. They were worth the money spent.

I phoned and left a message and was called back that evening. We set a mutually convenient date and they called to let me know when they were on the way. In the interim, Hurricane Sandy hit and blew over and uprooted a wisteria tree that I was planning to have cut way back. When they came, we walked around the yard and decided what they could do during the two hours we had scheduled. They did a very satisfactory and professional job and took away all the yard waste. We agreed they would come back in 10 days to remove the damaged wisteria and finish one of the beds. I was very please and plan to have them back again next Spring.

Wonderful! The company was very responsive when I called, Andy called back to schedule and to make sure that he was clear about what needed to be done. I will use them again in the Spring for some tree work and some other yard work. I was more than satisfied; they did a much better job than I expected. They were excellent!
