They came out & performed the work much faster than I thought they could. They donated an extra half hour total & did a very nice job in the time given.

Excellent service. Arrived on time with an appropriate crew of workers. Worked as a team and accomplished all services in whatseemed to be a very short time. I felt the work was top knotch, professional and well supervised. I was extreemely please and felt the value was ideal. Cleaned up after themselves and no mess was left.

It went fine, they punched a lot of holes in the half of my lawn in which I requested work. Getting in touch with the right contact at Park to confirm they were coming wasn't smooth as the contact on the coupon was not the right person, and I had to leave messages and play phone tag.

The employees arrived in a timely manner and cut down the trees that I had identified. They also cut some of the limbs to prevent a safety hazard. Additionally, they cut down a smaller tree at my request at no extra charge.

The crew was very efficient with their time and I would use Parks Tree for future Landscaping.

The did a good job and completed the work as expected.

The staff were very polite and once they worked, the work was done well. We had some difficulty getting the appointment made and never used all the hours that were covered with the Big Deal but the ivy is growning well!

Initial visit established the work that needed done and that it fit the Angie's list deal price. There was a delay in performing the work because hurricane Sandy produced more urgent work than mine. I initially said there was no rush anyway. Trees gone like magic.

Estimate and work order is the reason for a B. Day of estimate, appointment was for 3pm. Parks Service determined in the morning that it would be more convenient for them to arrive at 11am since earlier appointments got canceled. I was not at home at that time and could not answer home phone when they called. They would not come back out at 3pm so had to talk over phone. I wanted 3 trees removed including stumps. On day of service I was informed that stumps were not included. I still plan to follow up with Steve on mis-communication. A written work order by coming out to perform the estimate would have been very helpful and gotten everyone on the same page. Service performed on day of work was excellent. workers were prompt on arrival, professional, and did a great job. This I give an A.

Steve came out to look at trees on property. It's a small property so there wasn't much to assess. He was running late, but did call to let me know. One large maple tree needs some work. Price quote was competitive with others (probably the cheapest by a small margin), both for tree removal and for pruning, cabling and fertilizing. I have not yet scheduled the work, but plan to have it done in the spring.

Very well. Both crews arrived when the said that the would. The tree trimming crew initially missed one area (perhaps because I wasn't explicit enough) and cheerfully came back to do the are that they had missed. In the lawn areation and seeding, filling in low spots was not part of the original Angie's List offer. We negotiated a very reasonable rate for the extra work and the dirt necessary, and the man carried out and completed the work the same day.

It went well as I thought it would.

They did a good job. This was right after the bad weather caused by Sandy, so it was a little difficult to schedule a time, but they came on the appointed day and finished the work quickly. The only complaint we had was that they didn't do a fantastic job cleaning up the scraps in the area. We had to do more clean up after they left, but it wasn't horrible.

The crew did a great job of thinning out the branches of our trees. Everything came back looking much more healthy the following spring. Justin Parks also provided a diagnosis for the fungus that was defoliating our trees and bushes. He made recommendations for treatment and provided a fair estimate for providing the service. He was very thorough in his explanations and both patient and responsive to many questions. I truly comes across as a contractor with expertise and integrity. My only gripe was that there were one or two large branches that were not removed from one tree after being cut. However, I removed them myself, rather than calling for a return visit.

Steve Parks came personally for the estimate. I had difficulty scheduling the service due to my busy schedule, but his team were able to fit me in. I had a huge tree stump ground down. They performed the service, but did not rake out the wood chips. Had another estimate for tree removal, but declined to use them because they were pricier than other companies. If I were to use them again, I would definitely have a coupon and be very specific about the details of the service.

He came out and looked at the job. I was looking to use the special that was $200 for $400 of service I believe. So everything I wanted done was covered in that amount. I was not home when they cam but when I got hoem from work everything was completed. The areas was very clean and looked great.

My experience was excellent. I bought an Angie's List big deal for a couple of hours of yard service. I called the company and arranged a service date, and discussed what I'd like done and in what priority. They came on the agreed date and did an excellent job with the leaves, the grass, and the garden beds.

They were great! Polite. Professional. Quick. Efficient. Complete. And everything was gone when they were done.

They were unfortunately late for our scheduled appointment and I therefore had to leave instructions with another member of the household. There was consequently a misunderstanding between what I wanted done and what got done. I called the company on my return to say I was not happy and they did return to do some additional work. The work that was done was adequate, I just didn't feel like it was really work the money.

We had a bit of a miscommunication through scheduling, which meant I was absent when they did the fall clean up. I called back, quite upset because the whole point was to take out the dead tree. Andy came back immediately and took out the tree, and was really cool about it. My yard looked wonderful.

Punctual, professional, and courteous. Knew their job and performed accordingly.

They worked hard and intermittently checked with me to be sure they were doing what I wanted. They wanted to make sure I was happy with what they had done. Cleaned up well afterwards.

I bought the voucher. I called the number on the voucher. I gave them the voucher number and told them what I needed to get done. They came out and did it (minus the smallest tree) and that was it.

Work was done on schedule as planned.

My husband called several months in advance before the holiday to schedule a complete yard cleanup for our large yard. We wanted everything completed in the same day, just prior to our guests arrival. He provided our yard dimensions as it usually takes 15 to 20 man hours to complete the job. We asked for additional services and understood we would be charged more but when the two very nice young men arrived to do the clean up they were only scheduled for the short Angie's List promotion time of only a few hours. I called the company and expressed my frustration given our numerous phone converstations and the company's call to us the week prior confirming that a complete several man hour yard clean up was scheduled and that the yard would be done when the crew left. Customer service was terrible. It was clear the company was overwhelmed with the number of their jobs. I explained that I understood that miscommunication occurs, but what was totally unacceptable was his rude and "what do you want me to do about it" demeanor. He raised his voice and continued to explain all the reasons why we weren't scheduld for a complet cleanup. He never apologized. He seemed outraged at me. He said his crew had already been on my job for longer that allotted. I felt this was not my issue as a customer and reminded him that I was very happy to pay for additional services and time, since that was our original agreement. He made it clear that using the Angie's List promotion somehow made me a sub priority client. After speaking with my husband, the company did send a crew out the next day ... Just as our guests were arriving. We did come to agree on more hours but the final, overall yard appearance was mediocre. There was still a large amount of debris and leaves throughout the ivy and bushes and the experience was certainly not worth the number of phone calls and the disrespectful exchange.
