They completed the work requested, however I would have liked to met with crew before the job. Our complaint relates to how we received feedback after the job. The crew moved lawn furniture and did not move it back into place. The response from parks tree was sarcastic, "most customers move furniture for us".

Very well. Very smooth, they communicated with us and the neighbors if there were issues or concerns. Even my neighbors appreciated them.

We are not at home when the company came to do the aeration. When we returned it had been completed.

Terrible! The day of appointment I had to call to confirm because they were late. A gentleman named Chris finally showed up and spent most of his time in my yard on his half-dead cell phone with someone discussing problems and payments....That's were most of my consultation went. I felt rushed to discuss my needs and he seemed distant from conversation. Finally, he said he would send me a quote in a few days. I never received a quote. Let alone a phone call / email from Parks Tree to say they could not do. What a waste of time. Although, I would say that the gentleman (Wayne) who set up the appointment was nice.

Great. They arrived on time and did a great job trimming the branches as discussed. Not an easy job, since this was a large Shaker tree with branches that were close to the house. They were careful. They did miss one branch that was not easy to see, but they came back a day or two later and removed it. They did a nice job overall and the price was reasonable.

Efficient, responsive and attentive in all aspects of service. Both my husband and I look forward to doing business with them again very soon.

It was raining, so I thought they would cancel, But three guys came and worked through the rain! They did a great job and I have hired them to come monthly to keep my yard (2 & 1/2 achers) in top shape.

Need spring yard clean up so contacted for estimate. Estimate provided was fair and would have proceeded with work, but I had something come up so canceled work. Would use this company for future work as needed because pricing was fair. Estimate was lower than others and Andrew was willing to help with other yard issues.

Parks Tree gave me an estimate in early December to remove a tree because it had fallen on (but not severed) some utility lines during the high winds we had in Northeast Ohio following the East Coast’s Hurricane Sandy. I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the gentleman who came out. He was one of the owners of the company. His prices were reasonable and right on with the price I eventually paid for the contractor I lucked into in the end. I did not end up using Parks Tree because the day I was going to call them to schedule the work, my neighbor was using another more local contractor to clear up some trees on his property. I ended up using that contractor because it was already on the street and I was able to get my work done right away and their price was in line with what I felt was the fair Parks Tree estimate.

It was a good value deal. They were fine. They did a good job. They were a little vague about the yard fertilization, so I ended up going with another company. I would use them again in the future, it would depend on what my needs would be and what the price was.

Did a great job and will have them back again.

They did very well. Excellent service. They worked very quickly. Did everything with no fuss.

It was very good. The technician was very good and he answered all my questions. He cleaned up after himself.

They were two weeks out to give any estimates and month out to do the work I was told. we could not work with them.

I will evaluate results in the springtime to see if there is any improvement in mylawn.

Both before and after the work, they explained what to expect. All questions were answered. I got a really great deal and am happy with their professionalism.

Good experience, they accepted a coupon, showed up on time and performed the services expected.

They got at least one referral because of their efficiency and care. I have recommended them to others and would call them again when I need their services.

For the tree project, Steve, Justin and their crew were wonderful to work with. They are professional and highly responsive. And one of the few companies that will communicate via email, which I prefer. They came in, did the job in a remarkable short time (they make it look so easy), took everything away and cleaned up. Just a nice group of guys to work with. For our yardwork and landscape projects, we've worked with Andy and he's been just as nice, informative, and responsive (clearly a company culture at work). His guys did a wonderful job on the fall clean up - again, arrived when they said and on time, did a beautiful job, cleaned up and were on their way. Am really looking forward to working with Andy now to see what we can do with the front yard landscaping! I'll be back to write more then!

Overall, the experience was positive. Initially there was a mix-up regarding the date the technician was to be at my home, but we worked out another day. The technician came, performed the job with care and I am very pleased with the result. He also provided me with tips on reseeding the lawn.

Work went well, crew was on time, did excellent work and cleaned up very well.

I have used them in the past and they did a great job. I ended up cancelling this Deal just because I didn't need it at this time.
