Three individuals,Brad, Colin, and Mark arrived according to schedule (they called ahead 15 min. before arriving). They were very polite and hard-working young men. They accomplished everything on my list and cleaned up everywhere before leaving. They all had a very good attitude and were very nice. I would have them do work for me in the future and also referred them to a friend who wanted an estimate for some work.

A few weeks before the service was provided, a landscaping employee visited to evaluate how much work I needed done. At that time, I planned to remove several additional schrubs with deep roots. During this first meeting, this landscaper made good suggestions regarding what plants to purchase and how to place them. He also offered to pick up the materials I wanted to purchase at Gales Garden Center and bring them with him when the landscaping was to be done. On the day of landscaping, the crew arrived on time. They followed my instructions as to what I wanted done. They were pleasant and courteous. They completed the work on time.

Company trimmed several trees early in the season and did not trim all dead limbs. I called them later in the year to indicate that they did what they were paid to do. I came home from work to make a 2 minute inspection and pay them and missed making a careful review of the work. The workers were packed up and ready to go. The next time I use them, I will be home when the work is done. They came out to check the work when I called them, but I did not want to pay the additional money.

They arrived five minutes early and set to work. Three courteous men, Brad, Mark, and Collin, worked non-stop for the entire two hours and forty minutes. They ran into issues with electrical conduits and LARGE roots from a neighbor's trees, but they never stopped and got all the work done in time to THOROUGHLY clean up the yard. They took all the refuse in their truck. An impressed neighbor hired them for their yard as they were working. I will hire them every year. They are AWESOME!

He detailed to us charges of things that he could do for us like a dead tree in the backyard and gave us a price on moving it. We had some other branches that were dead in a big tree, so he gave us prices for that and so on. He didn't actually charge us for anything extra than the basic price. He didn't do anything wrong and did what we asked. We're planning on asking him to remove the dead tree and do a few other things.

There was a slight delay on getting started because the first crew was unable to get up into the trees to cut limbs, but someone from another crew came out and cut down the tree limbs and then the original crew finished up the job. Clean up could have been a little better, but I am still satisfied with the overall service. I am planning on using this service again, I'll just make sure the cleanup is a little better.

They showed up on time and did a thorough job. They were true to their estimate on cost and time it would take. They were great and I would use them again.

Although no work was actually performed, Andy seems like a great guy and if I need landscaping services in the future I will surely be calling him. He is punctual and kind, and that shows a level of professionalism that is rare these days.

They were on time. They cleaned up well. The only thing I had a problem with is they missed a few branches that were not out at the time of the service and I called them back to come take the branches down after they were bloom,but they were not able to honor the big deal price.

Initially, I left many voicemails trying to schedule a date and time to have someone come out and look at my property to determine if 1 certificate was enough. After many weeks, I was finally able to schedule someone to come come out. The visit took 5 minutes and the person who came out said that they would be in touch with me within the next 2-3 days to schedule the grinding. 6 weeks later I had still not been notified (even though I left 3 messages again). I finally got a call back and was told that someone may be out on that Friday to do the work. To make sure that there were no issues, I took my dog to a boarder for the day ($40). When I arrived home from work at 7Pm with the dog, the workers never showed to do the work. I called Parks to find out what happened and they said that they got tied up at another job (and no call was made to me). We rescheduled for the next Friday, same result. I had contractors coming out to lay some concrete where the stumps were and all of the stumps needed to be removed prior to the cement being poured. I gave Parks until Wednesday to get the work done. On Tuesday evening, Parks came out and grinded the stumps. And that is all they did. I made sure that i cut the trees to ground level so they could get in and remove the stumps and some of the roots to the tree. The trees were rather small in nature (largest stump was 15 in in diameter) while 3 were less than 8 in. Rather than stay 5 extra minutes and do a good job, they did the bare minimum. I will not be using this contractor in the future for any projects.

They did a wonderful job, were very polite and professional. They were very knowledgeable about how to take care of the trees as I was asking them to do things that they were concerned would not be helpful. I was so pleased with them that I also gave them tips.

They were very professional and curtious. I arrived a little late and they had already started to weed the front beds of the house, which I appreciated. I would use them again, but only if I was there to supervise. They pulled out my favorite plants in the back, an entire bed of black eyed susan's, thinking that those were weeks that had come up. Overall, as long as you are there to guide them, I think they provided very solid and professional services.

i was disappointed they did not provide stump grinding services as this was the reason i purchased the contract. i added the tree removas to the tree trimming. not sure that i received four hours of trimming. otherwise workers were courteous and competent.

The provider arrived at the scheduled time and cleaned the leaves from my yard and mowed the lawn. The job was adequate, and I felt my lawn was ready for winter. The work was completed quickly. Workers were professional and polite.

I had bought my first Big Deal a few months ago for 8 man hours of tree trimming service from Parks Tree Service. When I called to ask for an estimate, I left a message. Justin contacted me the next day (Wednesday) and said that he would take a look at the job and send me a quote at the end of the week, which he did. I called him a couple of weeks later to schedule the work. I told him that I would be there for the appointment so that I would be available to answer questions that they or the tenants might have. On the day of the appointment, I called in the morning to verify the time for that afternoon. I also texted my tenants so that they would not be surprised, The appointment was pushed back a bit due to the job they were finishing turned out to be more time consuming than estimated. Justin did call me back about noon and let me know that the guys ETA would be just a bit later than anticipated. i arrived at house at the appointed time and waited for quite awhile. Justin called me with an apology; he had the guys to my home address, not our rental property! He redirected them to the correct address. When they arrived, they asked if the tenants could move the car parked in the driveway so that they wouldn't have to worry about branches falling on it. I rang the doorbell and knocked on the door, but no response. Tried texting and calling them, no luck. (I found out later that they were away on vacation.) Since the car couldn't be moved, they quickly figured out a work around the car. Both guys went straight to work. I hung around to for awhile to make sure that they understood how much or little that I wanted the trees trimmed back. When one of the guys had an area of the tree he was working on pretty much trimmed, he asked if that was what looking for. And it was exactly what I had in mind. I felt comfortable enough to run a couple of errands and come back a little later. I came back an hour or so later, One of the trees was completed and the debris was being piled up for the chipper. I asked how much longer as that I had to be somewhere else shortly and they had been there already for about 3 hours. I was told that the chipping alone would be 30 minutes and the second tree wouldn't be done for a while yet. As that I was pleased with the work and could see how thorough the clean up would be, I felt confident that I could leave so I did. When I went by the next day, there was no debris in the yard at all. I asked if I could pay them and they said to call Justin. Justin was okay with me giving them the check and the coupon. He honored the original quote and coupon price. I have already recommended Parks Tree Service to friends.

I called two weeks ago and had an appointment set up for this morning. I called to confirm the appointment, and they said it was only for a consultation and the actual work could not be done in over a month. I was not told this when I first called. Communication was not very good.
