Had a tree fall down during a storm which fell between other properties and brought down a fence. Very tight, limited space to work. it did take awhile to get time with them, but once we did they were very prompt and efficient. The tree had to be cut up and removed and the trunk removed. They also removed another problem tree on the property. They worked in a difficult space, but did a great job.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. Two men came and they did well. They cleaned up their stuff after getting all the grass and weeds out of my yard. They were very professional, on time and personable; I really liked them.

There was a king of hung up that issue was unresolved and somebody from the company management called and they were concerned that we were unsatisfied with the service that was rendered at that time so there are sending somebody out this Friday and they are going to try to make amends for so that we were satisfied. I would use them again.

We bought the Big Deal and it was great. They came out and gave us an estimate and our deal covered the cost. On the day of the removal they came and cleaned up as if they were never there. They were friendly and professional. We will use them again for our tree needs!

The company showed up on time, actually worked 30 minutes longer than contracted to finish the yard clean up. They picked up everything and cleaned the area porperly.

The owner came out and looked at the work that I needed done. It was a small enough job that the big deal would cover the time and labor. We made an appointment for his crew to come out and cut down the tree. There was a bush that was not part of the job, but they asked if I wanted it taken out, which I did. They cut that down as well. Then the gentleman that grinds the stumps called and made an appointment and came out and did that and then cleaned up. There were no extra charges. I would use them again.

Three workers arrived on time. The evergreen was removed and then they proceeded to trim the shrubs. The job was done well and the workers cleaned up nicely. Have used this company before and have had good results. Will hire them again.

Parks Tree did pretty much what I wanted, but the one thing I did want, they did not do, and I put it on the initial request. There was a very small tree that I wanted them to remove and they did not do good clean-up. They removed the vines that had grown up on one of the larger trees that I had, but other than that, they really didn't offer anything additional. I did want that one tree removed, but because they didn't clean up, I didn't contact them again. I did call them after I bought the Big Deal and they didn't get right back to me. I called, they missed an appointment and did not call me back. I ended up calling them and then they came out.

I purchased an Angie's List deal and had them come out to estimate the job. The price was below 3 other estimates I had received for the same work without the deal. It did take them a few more weeks than they had promised (weather) and I was the one who called to keep track, that's fine. The crew that came out was friendly, professional and seemed to work well together. They took down the tree and had everything cleaned up in about 6 hours. We were very specific as to where the tree was to come down as we have a specific septic system and did not want any trucks or trees on the laterals. The guys were fine with our request. I had also paid to get the stumps removed/ground and another guy has to be scheduled for that work. He took a lot longer to come out but no big deal.

I had purchased the Big Deal of $500.00 worth of tree trimming. When Steve first came out to assess the job, I had shown him what I wanted done and he replied that there was still more work left on the deal. He then made suggestions as to what would be a good use of the additonal work. I was very pleased with the work--especially the care and clean up when they finished. One tree we had agreed upon was not trimmed on the initial visit. When I called a new appointment was made and they came back out and completed trimming that tree. Also, apologized for having missed it on the first trip. I would highly reommend this company to anyone who asks. And, when need arises, I will definitely call them for future work.

The price was what I purchased it for. It was not that great of service. I had to keep coming out and telling them what to do. I did not think that it was really worth it. I would not use them again.

Parks Tree responded quickly to my request to schedule an appointment. They were very busy and it took them several weeks to come to do the work, but they were very efficient and thorough. They cleared a large amount of weeds, roots, and brush from the base of a fence line and removed extensive ivy growth on the side of our house that we needed to have removed in preparation for painting the house. overall, we were very pleased with the work and will definitely use Parks Tree again in the future.

We were satisfied with the end result. I called them and I got a message that they were supposed to call me back within 24 hours, I had to call them back a week later.

In 2 days, Andy's team of 3 men, worked hard and consistently to revive the property. It now looks amazing - and vey inviting to prospective buyers. I was very pleased with the crews professionalism, knowledge and "eye" for what needed to be done. I will be using Parks Tree, again and again. Thank you!

Two men came exactly on time to take down a tall Cedar tree. They were very polite and professional and made short work of this tree. I asked if they could also remove a small ornamental tree, and a large limb damaged from a storm two days previous. Although this extra work was not on the job order, for just a bit more money they took care of these extra items. They didn't grumble about the time or the extra work, they were very gracious and cheerful and made me feel like they took the same pride in my yard that I take. So refreshing!!!! The third man came a bit later in the day to grind the Cedar stump. He had a hard time getting the machine through our arbor to the area of the stump, but he kept at it until he made it through - and without damaging any of the surrounding plants. When they left you would never know we had a messy project done. This company is courteous, professional, and I completely recommend them to anyone who needs tree service.

They were very good. They did very good work. They were on time. They cleaned up after themselves and cleaned up all the debris. It was just good service.

THe service was excellent. Both estimators stopped on the job to make sure everything was correct. I was very pleased.

It went very well. They come out when they were suppose to and did exactly what they were suppose to. They did a great job all around.

Workers were prompt and efficient. Everything except edging was done in the time for which I had paid. Had they known that we had a drain that had to be dug up a few days before they arrived, they would have brought a machine to level the yard work.
