Quick response, arrived when they said they would. Great clean up. Still awaiting stump grinding.

This large tree was in close proximity to our home and garage. A crane had to be used. Parks Tree worked around these obstacles and performed the service effectively, efficiently and professionally. They left the property as clean as could be expected for such a largejob.

I couldn't be more pleased. They were working when I arrived from home; they were courteous, business-like and did the job. This was the first time I used this business, so I was a little apprehensive, even though Angie's lLst recommended them. What was so great was the how easy they made it for me to add the additional tree, because I believe it altered their schedule. The reason I say that is that the original crew did everything about the trees, but the owner and another helper finished the clean-up. I say they are really good and I would reccommend them to anyone.

It went great. The owner was great to work with. They were just flexible and easy to work with. There were no additional costs.

It was good. He was very nice. He came out as soon as I called. The next day he was there as expected. The people were all professional.

I was not very impressed with them. With weeding, they did top stuff and left the roots and everything, so everything grew right back.

They did a great job, gave me an accessment of all my trees and the types of tree and I was very please with the service. They also gave you a diagram of all the trees and where they were located on the property that you could include when you go to sell your home.

It turned out very well as they came out and did a good job. They were very courteous when they talked to me. Once I explained what I wanted, they got right to the job and got it done with no problems.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service. They kind of put it off saying they had truck trouble. They kind of came by and did the job. It was a good deal but it wasn’t that important that they got there on time. The price was good but I don’t know what it costs otherwise. I guess the quality was good. They did let me know what was going on. I would not use them again and that’s only because they are way out east and I think that posed a problem for them. From the logistics it made it tougher to arrange. I would probably use someone who’s local. They did do what they said they would do and it was a good price, but the distance made problems for them.

I originally purchased an Angie's List special for aeration of my lawn. However, a miss communication with a lawn care service I have used in the past resulted in me not needing that service from Parks Tree. Parks Tree was very cooperative and worked with me to apply the payment on other services - trimming my front yard trees. Communication was excellent, they kept me informed through the whole process and in fact had an opening and completed the job three weeks before the scheduled work date. They did an excellent job! They were very friendly and knowledgeable and did a thorough cleanup job. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Great. They provided guidance around an appropriate level of trimming for the health of my trees and performed the work well.

Excellent service. Arrived when they said they would. Did what they said they would do and more and left the area neat and clean.

The two workers were polite and organized, They went right to work and did a good job, but not an excellent one. Some spots were missed, especially at corners.

I just happened to arrive the same time the gentlemen were arriving. The person who spoke to me was so kind and personable. I asked him questions and mentioned an area I was concerned with which had no grass. When they were finished he gave me an information sheet which advised what we should do after this process. He told me he had patched the area previously mentioned, I was extremely pleased, another task we eliminated from our things to do list.

The gentlemen came in and performed the work while I was at work. I was please with the job.

The workman were professional, arrived on time and the aireation was of good quality. The fly in the ointment was the overseed. After they left, I went out and walked the lawn and could not see any evidence of grass send applied. I could not see "1" seed. I thought perhaps they were going to do it on another day and emailed their rep (Andy) who replied that 5 pounds of seed was put down on the lawn as per the agreement. He also stated that I could put more seed down myself if I wanted. It seems that the 5 pounds is insufficent for the 11000 square feet that the aireation contract covered. Perhaps I am guilty of not reading the fine print?? $129 for the aireation is not a great deal and I could have had it done by other companies for a lot less. I purchased the contract because of the overseed and now found that it was?? probably not effective. I would not sign up for this again. It's not a good deal. Live and learn.

I scheduled tree service in July to be performed on August 14. I was told that the technicians should be there around 11:00 A.M. On August 14 the technicians had not shown up by 12:00 Noon so I called Parks Tree to check the status of my work. I left a voicemail for someone to please call me. Around 2:00 P.M. I called Parks Tree again to check the status of my work. This time I was able to talk to someone, but I got the impression that my work had not been on the schedule for that day. The technicians finally showed up around 4:30 P.M. and finished around 7:30 P.M. The technicians were not able to take the two trees they cut down that day because their trucks were full, but they said they would be back within a few days to remove the wood. Two weeks later on August 28 I had to call Parks Tree and ask them when they were going to remove the wood. The weather was rainy at the time and we decided to wait until the next week. The wood was finally removed on September 6. I was very happy with the quality of the work that Parks Tree did, but I was not happy their punctuality or responsiveness. I had to take a vacation day on August 14 to be there for the tree service at 11:00. If I had known that they were not going to show up until 4:30 I could have gone to work and been there later in the day. Parks Tree also did not come back and remove the wood from the cut trees until I called them two weeks after the original service.

I had to call them twice to make an appointment even though they were supposed to call or email me. The appointment was for 9/25/13 between 9 am and 12. I called on 9/24 to make sure they were coming the next day and was told we were the second appointment of the day. The first one was in Chardon. I took the morning off from work. At 11:38, no one had come so I called the office. At 11:41, Andy called me back and said his crew was finishing a job in Concord!!! I didn't ask why I wasn't the second job. He finally admitted that they would not be here by 12:00. I told him to cancel the job because I had to go to work and I wanted a full refund.

Very well. It was an Angie's List big deal, and we were pleased with the price and service.

Brian and his crew arrived on time and did a great job. All the work was done to my satisfaction and the yard was clean when they left. Highly recommended.

Parks Tree was excellent from the first meeting time to come out so we could explain what we wanted and determine the scope of work within the budgeted hours. Punctual and Professional at all times, scheduled and kept the date. Punctual, all 4-5 members of work crew was polite and focused on task at hand. Parks Tree did a great job, took their time to make sure we were happy and were focused on getting the job done to our specifications. All yard debris was cleaned up and hauled away, looked great and we had hosted a big event the next weekend where guests commented on how well the yard looked. We had a grand experience with this super deal and with Parks Tree. In fact, we recently purchased a lawn aeration and overseeding from them and expect we will be as satisfied.

Very professional - completed the work in a timely manner, just as promised.

I made the mistake of not being there when they gave me an estimate for the trees. I assumed that when they came out to trim that they would do a complete job. However, the deadwood on my tree exceeded the $500 limit I had asked for. Therefore my treets ended up with still alot of dead wood. I assume they took off some larger branches, but decided due to time not to complete 1 tree, but to a little bit on the two trees. I feel that they should of contacted me and informed me of this and given me the choice to just have them complete 1 tree.

First of all I was told to wait for Park tree to contact me, and after about 7 days I called Angies List and was told that was not the case even though that was the written instructions from Angies List. I was told to contact Park tree which I did and then made an appointment for the work. I had to wait longer than I wanted because of Angies misinformation ! The work was completed on the 11 of Sept and was done satisfactorily .

Came out on the scheduled date. They did a very thorough job. Our yard is broken up into several areas, and they could easily have cut some corners on the more difficult areas. Thankfully, they didn't. They did a very good job.
